@Bourgeoisie You can put as many pictures as you want in his C.S. or reference it in an IC post like I do. Example: He drove a white 2016 Subaru Legacy. Words. Words. Words. If you look at Nana's C.S. I have her house picture there :3
In terms of Homeless policy, when Nana first came in town 5ish years ago, she joined a Homeless shelter that helped her get her settled and on her feet. One of the volunteers, an NPC mind you, volunteered there and is now Nana's best friend. There's probably a Veteran Housing Rental Assistance Program. This is a big reality roleplay so there's most definitely programs that would help him.

I highly highly doubt a mental institution would give a cop confidential information on their client when he has absolutely no relation to her. He did his job, thats the only tie he has to this. Unless, of course, he's been stalking her and abusing his power.

Your post is fine though, considering he saw them pull up in the driveway.

I was trying to brainstorm ideas but so far I got nothin haha

You'll probably have to make his family NPC's in town. Unless one of our other players wants to volunteer to have a dead brother/family member in general that was in the military?
