Alright, post is up. Let's see how Emmett, and everyone else handles this situation.
I thought I'd get a reaction from Cillian in there, which is up btw.
Macabre and I can collab their discussion if you'd like. But we can just say that she filled him in on what's going on if that's any better.
Oh, I'm in the middle of his post right now. I was having him run straight back to his tent, being too strained to discuss anything at the moment. Besides, he's worried if not he'll just get himself into trouble again.
@MacabreFox Alright that might be better for you to go ahead and have the collab now since then I can run through the boring morning and have them hike through the desert with something rather interesting in their path within Emmett's next post.

I think this is a good decision.
I have removed my latest IC post as @beyond visions has pointed out to me that Emmett's next post, that was halfway done, contains actions that would be in unsolveable conflict with the ones described in my post.
I won't post anymore on that scene as it's apparently already planned for it to come to an end and I don't know the post for Emmett that is pending so I can't come up with anything that is not in conflict. Perhaps there will be a retrospective in my next post so there is at least any description of Othen's reactions to what was said to him etc..Othen Perelyn
Othen didn't let loose of Rook's nephew. In fact, it rather seemed that his grip slowly tightened as the discussion around him progressed. If deliberately or by being distracted from fine-tuning his strength, that was up to Emmett to judge. If it had been someone else than crazy Emmett, he would not have believed this flower picking story at all. For the days passed since the beginning of this journey however, that boy had been prooving himself to be foolish enough to make the thought of him searching nice looking petals in the middle of the night, in the middle of the Badlands, feasible. And Floure and Grace apparently did support his statements, so even if he had not believed it right now, he would not have been in the mood for initiating a three-against-one trade of barbs. He had no idea that all three of them were making a fool out of him...
Yet there was something that did grab his attention: The rope. "Tell me Emmett... did you tie yourself to a tree in order to limit the area within you could get lost ?" His downward-facing countenance was telling that he knew that something odd was going on here, but Othen still had no hint about what that could be. Emmett was a bloody, steady annoyance. With that opinion having been confirmed once more and for the sake of being able to continue slumbering sooner, he let loose of him.
Before heading off back to the camp, Othen unraveled the knot that held the rope slung around the dead tree's trunk - and then slung it around that other trunk that was his forearm. "Feel free to go for a pee now. I don't think that thing's long enough in order to gain enough distance from the camp to not annoy anyone with the smell of it once I'm back there." He indeed did intend to serve as a dead tree's replacement for the rest of the night. Whatever Emmett had been doing out here, he likely wouldn't be able to do it again within the range he would be restricted to as, apparently, he had to go out this far for it. Hopefully Emmett would be fit by tomorrow and not be impaired to much by this self-induced lack of sleep: There was a strict training regime Othen had ready in his mind for Captain Cocky. He planned on 'proposing' it the moment Emmett would live up to Othen's nickname for him the next time. He had not yet made that new name public.
Alright so, I'll just wait up on the private conservation between Grace and Cillian.
