Technically yes. Assuming the tactics are not changed, all players present should roll for stealth, with advantage. I'll move the game on tomorrow morning. Please excuse the sluggish pace on my part, I have had some other things to attend to.

But yeah, Orchid is pretty beat up. Eve just one well placed rock would take him out, so it might be best if he sits back. Or maybe be sneaky sneaky, get that rogue cred...

I'll place the enemies into the initiative tracker more accurately once it is actually discovered when they move. This means it would be best not to post back to back until that, but I usually visit the site quite frequently so it shouldn't be much of a slowdown in any case.

Question, how tall is the building Orchid is next to? Could he use his athletics to climb it? Would using his harpoon as an improvised grappling hook of sorts help him in any way?

It's approximately four metres high, and climbing it would be somewhat difficult without any help. Using the harpoon as a makeshift handle could grant the ability to attempt to scale it without disadvantage.
