I hope to start writing today. I wanted to see what the circus had for a character first. That way, I could plan for s four-man team instead of three. It works for two 2-man teams.

I've been a ghost lately, I had something written up, But I jumped the gun and doesn't seem to work with the main IC post. Then I wrote another one....but hated it. I'm working on another now, should be up soon.

Ffolkes, I am Tongan, not American! LOL
The Tongan military is very small, so it can't support all the schools that a modern military has. Hence, all of the cross training.

Good posts, folks! I like the way this is going so far. I'll wait until @thecircus posts his stuff, then we'll continue.

Just a couple of heads up for @cpldingo: the aircraft you're launching out of is an Airbus A400M Atlas, as described in the Weapons and Vehicles of the OOC, should have made it clearer in the first IC. Secondly, you are not performing a HALO, but a HAHO jump.

Yes, my newest favorite quote.

I'm sure the Airbus A400 Atlas is much quieter than the C-130. I recall trying to have a conversation with someone on a C-130. It is almost impossible. You need to put your mouth against someone's ear and shout at them to hear you. Best thing you can do on a C-130 is sleep or read a book.

I should a clarified the jump. I thought it was a typo.

My bad.

As for the Airbus, I should've caught that as well, I ended up rewriting my into like 6 times.... I'm guessing that just slipped my mind.

Hey guys, let me know if you don't mind my writing in MINOR actions that your character takes. An example would be partners doing equipment checks on each other.

I have no problem with you all writing minor actions for my character. Military themed activities are a teamwork event. It is difficult to do that if everyone doesn't share in small amounts. I have seen many RPs like this fail because people acted like individuals. Fortunately this group has 3 of the 5 authors are veterans. I've always wanted to do an RP with vets. Here it is. Thank you, gentlemen.
