@Holy Soldier Decided on a Noibat, and I think she makes for an interesting character.

Written Appearance: She tends to wear, at most, a somewhat small light purple tube top and black short-shorts when in human form, but she also has the outfit in the picture as well that she wears from time to time when it's necessary to wear more 'acceptable attire'
Personality: Noibat is a very intelligent and crafty individual, if not without a few odd quirks, chief among them being an aversion to wearing 'human clothes'. Having grown up in the wild with another Pokemon who was rather against the way society worked, she has adopted his views and even though he had gotten captured a long time ago(an event that made her very anti-trainer as a result), she still refuses to follow societies laws as much as she's able. Thus, she does her best to avoid capture, more often running from encounters with trainers then actually finishing the fight(though if she does find some good weakened suckers, she's likely to trick them into drop their valuables), and spends a lot of time in her Pokemon form whenever she can. When she does have to be in human form, she tends to wear only the bare minimum amount of covering, though she does have an outfit(the one pictured) for times when she has to go into town when the pickings along the route aren't looking too good.
She has little love for trainers since a group of trainers stole the closest thing she had to a father away from her, leaving her to defend herself ever since. As such, if captured, don't expect her to be the most grateful or friendly of traveling companions for some time, though her defiance wouldn't be outright and blatant. Also, she's a bit of a kleptomaniac, so she'll end up stealing anything that isn't nailed down whenever she isn't being watched(and sometimes, even when she is), having become very adept at both that and pickpocketing over the years.

MovesScreech- Taking a deep breath, she lets out a loud, ear-splitting screech at her opponent, the ringing in their ears causing them to become somewhat disoriented, making them more open to her attacks. Lowers defense by 5 for each use, up to a maximum of 30 for 6 uses. Accuracy of 85
Supersonic- She lets out an odd, high-pitch shriek from her mouth, the frequency of which tends to have an odd effect on her foes. Has a chance to confuse her target, which lasts for 4 turns and gives them a 50% chance to hurt themselves when making an attack. This attack is both physical and typeless in terms of damage calculation. Accuracy of 55
