Are all characters Specters, or are we basically the "squadmates" of a specter NPC, or is it a flavor/choose yourself thing?

Cool! That means I can always blame the boss if something goes wrong ^_^

Also, about the Power/Skills stuff, do we have to take abilities from the game, or should we make a more general list, like "Veteran Marksman", "Pilot Training/Zero-G vehicles"?
