So before I write my bio I'm not too sure what the arc is suppose to incorporate. I know it's like a development of our specific character but what am I supposed to write? Villains or something? An obstacle that our specific character faces and the arc is them over coming the obstacle through the help of friendship no jutsu?

so yes, the story arc will help your character progress whether it be controlling their Quirk, understanding how their Quirk works (for example if they've been using their Quirk and during the Arc they realize that they've been using it the wrong way), they want to be a hero even though part of their family are villains, Ect. it's whatever you feel fits your character.

Costume: He wears this coat with black dress pants, black boots, and black fingerless gloves.

Quirk Name: Vampirism

Quirk Description: He drinks blood in order to gain vampiric abilities, which consist of enhanced senses, regenerative capabilities, and superhuman speed, strength, and agility.

Quirk Drawback and Limits: He needs blood to survive. If he does not drink blood he becomes extremely weak and may die. He cannot eat or drink human food, as he cannot digest it and it makes him sick. If he is blood-starved, before reaching his weakened state, he will enter into a feral state in which he acts only on instincts and is inclined to attack his friends for blood. If he drinks too much blood, he loses control of himself and succumbs to bloodlust. When he is blood-starved, he loses all of his vampiric abilities and does not regain them until he has sufficiently fed. His quirk is somewhat parasitic in nature, as dark urges sometimes overcome him, compelling him to act like something inhuman. He must constantly drink blood in order to maintain his power.

Bio: Shin’s biological parents gave him up for adoption when he was an infant. He was adopted by a kind man and woman, and they cared for him greatly, that is until his quirk manifested. They were deeply disturbed by the dark nature of his quirk and worried that he would become a villain. Because of this, they distanced themselves from him and handed him over to UA as soon as he was of age. They hope that the teachers there can keep him on the right path.
