Well, I'm unsure how much tactical knowledge your character has, but at any rate that attack hasn't got a hope in hell of landing.

1. Too obvious
2. Too ineffectual (Raising your sword high in the air and then striking downwards is easy to avoid, and ill-advised considering the Skeleton is wearing armour at that exact point.)

Also, the fact that your character charges his attack will be fluff in this circumstance, because you need to charge in the post prior to using the charged attack.

That's about all.

My only advice would be if your character is that determined to strike in that fashion, don't raise your sword so high in such a stereotypical and over exaggerated fashion. I'm sure some other people can give you pointers for your earlier action as well.

Ooh, you read my sheet I see. I know it needs a post of preparation, I just didn't plan on having him put it down immediately, so it's not actually in it's 'charged' form yet.

That advice is much appreciated actually. I've gotta get this subtlety thing down better.
