LHG asked me about player character limits, etc. Well, its going to be max 1 red 'essential' character, but I will allow you to take a second yellow character. You can make a full CS and RP it like any other if you feel like it, or you can make a skeleton CS to say 'its there' so people can reference to it in the RP so it doesn't start existing in a vacum once your main dies.

So LHG, you can make a red one, but you'll have to RP both in equal fashion (Even a slight focus on red)

EDIT: And you can have an infinity of militiamen/civilians.

@Wernher so, in your understanding of the lore, as GM. Would it be feasible to have a character who remembers what things were like before the old blood was discovered and not have him be apocalyptically old.
