Woot first posts! Are we doing a posting order, or.... How do we want to run? like, 1 post per character per day? I don't really know. Sometimes these rps break off into groups, but, I've had experiences where everyone sticks together, then nothing gets done because it takes 2-3 days for a posting order rotation to go around.

On that note, chances I can find a ralts? (or shiny ralts?) I kinda want to carry around a cute blue mushroom in my hood. :P I wanted to start without a pokemon, just to be a bit different. I figured it would fit better with his story, as the only way I could think to include one was to create some completely random "befriends a wild" chapter that couldn't easily happen.

I think a free posting order should be good. Normally I like posting order but its quite true that those usually take quite a few days to continue, having to wait for said people to post. Busy schedules will get in the way, and it is very understandable and can be worked with. However, it should be known that if there's no forewarning or something of the like to let us know there will be set backs in anyone's responses, there will be a sort of 'probation period'. There will be a 3 day grace period. If we don't hear from you by that 3rd day, you'll be placed on said 'Probation' list. If it hits a weeks time, you'll be placed on an Inactive/Resigned list. :]

On that note, chances I can find a ralts? (or shiny ralts?)

I think finding a normal ralts would be much more likely, but I'm not opposed to you finding a shiny one. You'll be the only one allowed a shiny, due to the rarity of shiny pokemon, and the fact you're the first to ask about it. :]

@Dusksong Gabite is fourth gen. :] We're actually only doing up to Gen three. Here's a link to the Bulbapedia page where you can choose a different pokemon, though. Maybe it could be a Salamance, or some Dragon-type of a similar footprint. :] Maybe even an actual Charmeleon, to fit your post's description :]
