Hrm, well if these are comparable to other armored vehicles, the idea of one that focuses on laying down fire (Automatic weaponry like Autocanons or heavy MG's) seems useful for dealing with infantry and softer targets. I might try to play what is apparently a 'typical' FRAME in the setting :P.

On a side note, are military grade lasers a thing in this setting?

I answered this in the Discord chat, but for others, we're stocking to conventional ballistics, for the most part.

Large direct-fire pieces might come in the form of 60mm AT recoil-less rifles and bazookas; good for laying siege to sturdy positions and packing a wallop at close range.


iirc, the current standard for light anti-armor is sitting at about 84mm (AT-4) and 120mm (larger RPG-7s and typical ATGMs).
-Russia currently fields the 152mm Kornet ATGM.
