Depending on age? Well, teenage I'd say a year at least. Although that said my point of reference is from people with curly hair so I may be skewed, but definitely more than weeks.

It wouldn't be a fight. I'm not hating or anything, I'm just spiting facts. If we wanna talk on pure skill, Dio would annihilate him in Taijutsu, hands down, no argument there. Dio' Water Nature counters Tenshi's Fire, not to mention the fact that Dio's tactical prowness would outclass that of Tenshi's: I.E waste most of your chakra on four clones in the start of a battle.

Dio just has the tool at his disposal to easily deal with Tenshi. It wouldn't be a good fight. If you want a real right, something like Dio vs Ira would be a interesting fight.

Dio vs. Ira also isn't much of a fight because I think the chakra from gentle fist could pass through the metal defense (quite easily) since the users chakra is in the metal, therefore obviously foreign chakra can also puncture it.

Also, Dio is a chunin, so he has a 'bullshit' shield that he can use to more or less dodge stuff with the claim that he is just faster and more experienced.

So I am thinking I am going to need a new Appearance image for Tenshi since I think the picture might be broken or an Alt appearance So here are some possible ones I am thinking of. I found them on google and I am not the best of picking out a picture to fit my characters. The first one I used originally was great, it just sucks that it is messed up now. If someone can find one better then these that fit my character let me know.

Oichi was born into the Tsubaki clan of Sunagakure, a relatively small ninja clan whose only prominent notability came from their ownership of a large bathhouse on the outskirts of the village. Sounds familiar During her early years, she remained almost exclusively on the upper floors of the bathhouse due to mother being extremely cautious and worrisome over her well-being after the death of her two oldest children. Sounds familiar This mentality, though extreme, was fueled by a love only a mother could understand. But because of this, Oichi's younger days were lived in relative solitude, isolated from her peers or anyone she could potentially consider a friend. Once a week, she was allowed to explore the village, though always with constant supervision. But even when she'd see kids playing about, she was never allowed to participate out of her mother's fear of her getting injured. This simple mundane life continued for many years until Oichi became of age and began to feel like a bird trapped in a cage.

On the night of her 13th birthday, Oichi snuck out of the bathhouse to attend a local concert by her favorite idol. Just fyi this takes place in the early days of Naruto history and during a very cold winter. Read the history. I'm not sure if there would even be idols during a time where people are literally dying of starvation She had never done something so rebellious in her entire life, but it was a feeling of freedom that she had never felt before. While there, she met a boy from Konohagakure who she fell madly in love with. Without her mother's knowing of course, she would sneak out every night to see him. Why he in Suna??? Their love bloomed, and he showed her a world she had never been able to explore. And as a ninja of Konoha, he began teaching her the basics of ninjutsu, a talent she picked up surprisingly fast. Eventually, her mother found out above Oichi's secret relationship and banned her from seeing the boy ever again. Further heartbreak struck when, a year later, she got wind that her first love had died in battle. Devastated and furious at her mother, Oichi ran away from home and took up residence in Konohagakure with her uncle.

Though she started off incredibly popular thanks in part to her extreme beauty Do you ever play regular looking characters, most of her peers perceived her to be excessively melodramatic, temperamental, and angsty, with very little control over her emotions. Though a certain amount of distress could be expected after the death of her first love, she basically spent the entire year wallowing in sadness and as a result, it was difficult for her to make any new friends and lost many of the ones she had. And eventually, much to her displeasure, she garnered the nickname "Easy Oichi", for her tendency to move from one boyfriend to the next. lol A common misconception was that she was sleeping with each of them, but in fact, she hadn't. Her constantly having a new boyfriend when one didn't work out was a coping mechanism of sorts, a strange void she felt needed to be filled--a longing for a love she hoped she would be able to find once again. But often she was judged, because she had moved on to a new boyfriend so soon, yet looked for comfort and retained feelings for the previous one, all the while still deeply pained by the death of her first one.

Not to mention, despite being incredibly loyal and sweet to everyone, she had often been thought of as a poor judge of character. The large group of friends she had managed to make, left her side after her wallowing continued. She often underestimated the cruelty of those around her and often felt that everyone deserved a second chance, no matter what they did. I'll kill your entire family. give me second chance. this is some A++ class rhetoric Not to mention she got criticized for her poor taste in boyfriends lol. And even when her best-friend at the time essentially got a several classmates expelled from the academy for something they did not do, she contested that her friend was still a really good person and simply made a mistake, though her best-friend also got expelled as well.

During her very emotional teen years, Oichi did her best to focus on her ninja-training, to continue on in the footsteps of her first love, the person she just couldn't seem to let go of. Even till now. Training on the side with her uncle has helped her develop her hiden-technique. And though despite being very girly and seemingly weak, she is a force not to be reckon with you mean to be reckoned with, not 'not' reckoned with. dumb, because there is nothing stronger in this world than the power of love. And she has plenty of it. But even now, despite the love she has for her mother, she has not seen or spoken to her since she ran away years ago. A part of her still doesn't forgive her mother for what she did, but she hopes that she will eventually move on from that as well and re-kindle her mother-daughter bond that she desperately misses.

The Tsubaki clan is a small clan residing in Sunagakure. They are known primarily for their large bathhouse that resides on the outskirts of the village. It's been met with decent success, but nothing special. They aren't particularly well-known, generally those visiting Sunagakure will generally visit the Tsubaki Bathhouse as well, per recommendation from the locals. Centering on relaxation and restoration, this clan consist primarily of medical-nin and healers of some sort, though not all of the ninjutsu-variety. They generally provide tertiary healing and natural alternatives to the Sunagakure residents should they need it and are rarely needed to perform beyond that. Only a few of the clan members actually practice the clan's hiden technique, that being Oichi, her mother, her grandfather, and her uncle. The Tsubaki's are supposedly very very distant cousins of the Yamanaka clan. orly

Oichi is a medical-nin who uses support based ninjutsu to help her teammates. Medical nin require insane levels of chakra control, so you'd better incorporate that somehow. Her unique Hiden-technique allows her to amplify the abilities an ally, forming a very strong power couple that is hard to take down. Though she can handle herself in a fight and can dish out damage on her own, she performs better when she is linked with a teammate as she is generally weaker offensively than most in her class. What she lacks in durability, she makes up for in sustaining herself and her team.

Soulmates is a primarily supportive hiden technique used by a small number of members in the Tsubaki clan. Oichi can project a portion of her soul to an ally, creating a visible link of bright coloured chakra connecting from herself to the other person. The person she is connected to becomes her temporary "soulmate", though the link becomes severed if they move to far away from her. When connected to her soulmate, her abilities affect both of them simultaneously. She can heal them, boost their offensive power, movement speed, create force-fields around them, and even make herself and her soulmate briefly immune to all forms of damage uhhhhhhh. Furthermore, she can switch from one soulmate to the next in the heat of battle as needed, though connecting to a soulmate is not instantaneous and she can miss. When linked to an individual that is very powerful, it becomes hard to take them down as her hiden technique provides high sustain for them to continue on in a difficult fight. Also, she passively can feel and understand the emotions and temperament of the soulmate she is linked with. This is basically a combination of your emotion-feeling hiden and your linking hiden. Shouldn't Ria be at least Lee level of speed or if not close to it? One does not simply learn Chidori and not be fast. Then again by right as a Swordswoman, she is fast. I was just wondering how fast is she. I do agree Senhime is a lot faster which made Ria look like a turtle, it's like Itachi wrecking Sasuke in the wall back in the day. I'm just curious on how fast is Ria.

@Masaki Haruna I imagine there's a difference between 'Attack Speed' and 'Movement Speed'. It's a lot quicker to flick your wrist and swing your blade that it is to recognize the blade is coming and then move out of the way.

If Ria is slower that Rock Lee speeds by a significant margin, I can still see a workaround for Ria to still be 'fast enough'. The way I see it is maybe Ria's Chidori is more of a literal lightning blade, her sword swing/thrust getting the right amount of speed for it to be used? Like the image of a jet breaking the sound barrier, but with it bursting into lightning instead of a sonic boom. The ultimate "Stab" in simple swordplay.

(Totally not suggesting this because "holy shit Rock Lee fighting anyone other than Gaara and human paste may be made" is scary and Kei would be scared :P)

Born the second of two children to Hidorama and Kureha Senju, young Hotsuma had to contend with both living up to the expectations put upon him as a respectable member of the Senju clan, and the the shadow of his elder brother, Madarame. While watching Madarame's training with their father and eventual promotion to chunin, Hotsuma couldn't help but be inspired by his big brother's hard work. It was not long before his own determination was put to the test, with Hidorama taking him into training at the same age as he once did Madarame.

Having absorbed the lessons of Madarame's training exercises for as long as he could remember, Hotsuma took to the regimen rather quickly. However, one thing stuck out to him during those early training sessions with their father. Through all of the praise, the most common thing he heard from Hidorama was "You move just like Madarame". As a youth, Hotsuma couldn't quite put his finger on why the idea unsettled him so much. It was only once he'd been officially enrolled in the academy, hearing the name of his brother who had since advanced to the rank of Jounin, that he understood that he was constantly being compared to his older brother.

While at first this made Hotsuma a little bitter, he swallowed his pride and set about to doing something about it. As Madarame distinguished himself in the field as a medical-nin, Hotsuma was hard at work perfecting his own technique, finding particular gratification in the art of taijutsu. Having graduated the academy and achieved the rank of genin, Hotsuma's success at the academy brought him under the attention and, consequently,the tutelage of the Nidaime Hokage, Eichiro Kishimoto. The head of the Leaf left a lasting impression on young Hotsuma, even to the point where Hotsuma diverted attention from his taijutsu training in order to master his idol's signature move, the Rasengan. As the winter approached, Hotsuma had completed the chunin exams and, while there were still many who whispered the name of Madarame, both the acknowledgement of the Hokage and the many who recognized him were enough to satisfy the young Senju.

Hotsuma had no time to bask in his success, however, for the devil of the Long Winter had approached, and the freckle-faced boy would be thrust into war. The Winter was harsh, and the tumult brewing between the villages locked in its grip equally so. Determined to do his part despite his fears, Hotsuma decided to put his full efforts into defending the Leaf from its enemies, just as Madarame had. Before setting off to war, the brothers promised each other that they would see each other again when the war was over.

Showcasing great ferocity and skill, Hotsuma distinguished himself early on into the war, earning himself the title of "Konoha's Young Tiger" and eventually being granted the prestigious rank of "Jounin". However, despite his greatest efforts, he was not wholly able to prevent the loss of his fellow soldiers. Consumed by thoughts of why the war was even necessary in the first place, Konoha's tiger began to have doubts about the war effort. The winter had made the land too harsh to grow crops, and the fight for resources was growing ever more fierce. But what if the Winter never stopped? Would the hidden villages be locked in combat for eternity? How long could the other villages be expected to hold to the word of ceasefires in these trying times? And so, with nary a word, Hotsuma "disappeared", branded a deserter and a missing-nin as he laid down his headband and travelled the world in an attempt to find the reason for the accursed Winter that afflicted the land, and perhaps some measure of inner peace and self-improvement along the way.

For four years, Hotsuma traveled from country to country, occasionally making his home in the wilderness as he kept his skills sharp, awaiting the day when he would return to Konoha with his tail between his legs and empty hands.
Now, having been missing for four years and not much closer to the great answer which he sought, Hotsuma's travels find him yet again at the outskirts of the Land of Fire, unsure of whether or not to return to his former home.

The Senju clan, the "Clan of a Thousand Skills" has been an asset to the Leaf since coming into the fold. While smaller than the Hyuga, Sarutobi, or even the Uchiha, the Senju's dedication to keeping a strong balance in all of the fundamentals of ninjutsu has given them a no less impressive reputation within Konoha and the hidden villages as a whole. Content mostly in the act of serving the village, the Senju have thus maintained a fairly positive public image in the Leaf.

Hotsuma's biggest fear is the idea that events like the Winter are unavoidable. That things like a decade of Winter and war or some other catastrophic event is the fate that the world has been given. And worst of all, that the leaders of various countries would simply lay down without attempting to do anything about it, content to fight over the scraps the land affords them.

A technique combining the destructive spin of the Rasengan with the power of the flame release. The user forms a Rasengan, pouring fire nature chakra into the sphere. As the sphere spins, it gradually begins to glow white-hot. Before long, flames begin to emanate from the sphere, eventually giving the impression of a flaming blue orb with a hot, white core at its center. Once the sphere reaches the point of white heat, it gives off the sound of a jet engine going off. The sphere can either be thrown of applied to the opponent directly, dealing damage through both burning and the rotation of the sphere as it carries the target along its trajectory before detonating.

A significant margin is fine, I don't care if she's slower than the canons. I got no freaking clue on how fast is she.
Given Swordsmanship alone and then Chidori. I'm just playing things safe so I won't be called, "Hey this thing doesn't exist nor invented yet" scenario. Which Lee are we talking about? Base Lee, Lee without weights or Gated Lee? I can understand she's nowhere near Lee without weights and Gated Lee. Base Lee seems to be at least believable level at her current level.

Also, she doesn't use Chidori Katana or else it would be an entirely new jutsu which I got cussed at for having too many Chidori variants in the past.

I did state in the CS, she can infuse her lightning in her swords.

The only thing I'm getting flustered about is how fast is she in general/areas.

She's no Lee or Sasuke but I did state speed is one of the areas she focuses on.

@Masaki Haruna Let me reiterate something I just explained in the Discord.

Lee moved as fast as a body flicker technique, literally disappearing from eyesight, even for a sharingan user IIRC.

By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

This is with chakra. Lee did not possess chakra. Therefore, he did not use chakra, to move at the same speed. Even before he removed his weights, he was already faster than a lot of other shinobi. This was because he trained his body and only his body. His sole purpose in training was increasing his speed and strength.

Ria meanwhile has spent time learning the Sharingan, swords, and ninjutsu. There is no way she has time to dedicate to taijutsu/body speed/strength besides that. It's just impossible.

So no. She's not even close to weighted Lee.

I was just trying to balance Ria's stats. I never want to surpass Lee/Sasuke's achievements BTW. Cuz rule of writing, an OC should never surpass the canon character unless it's Sakura, she's antshit useless.

This is giving me a headache on what's her current speed stats. I think it's safe to say, let everything flourish ICly.
