Welcome to 🅸 🆁🅴🅼🅰🅸🅽, a horror RP I've been wanting to do for months now. Well, I tried my hand at it earlier, but interest pretty much faded away before it even had a chance to start, so I'm giving it another shot in the most wonderful time of the year; the holidays! With a different spin, of course. Now, the basic premise is that everyone is a group of friends that decided to meet together for the holidays at a ski resort provided by a friend... only for a freak blizzard to hit the bus they were using, and they have to take refuge at a hotel until it blows over... then everything goes wrong. A being of the night will appear. Whether supernatural, or mundane, the cast will fall one-by-one to this monstrous force... and anything can happen from there.

Whether the cast reaches salvation, or death, is up to the writers.

1.In-Character Rules & Notes

[1.01] The usual rules. No godmodding, metagaming, powerplaying, autohitting, etc.

[1.02] Swearing, alcohol, drugs, and sex are fully permitted in the RP long as you do not overdo it (Also, sex will attract the killer/monster).

[1.03] This is the important thing: characters will die. By submitting a character sheet, you accept that I may assume direct control, and kill your character off at any time. I am trying to achieve a cheesy horror-movie vibe, and to do that, some characters may have to die for the sake of the story.

[1.04] On that note, your characters will have to face the consequences of their action. Anyone trying to go Billy Badass will be met with a swift end.

[1.05] There is a few-times-a-week posting expectation. I plan for this to be pretty fast-paced, so keep that in mind before you join. If you stop posting without a word, or leave, your characters will be reduced to canon-fodder.

[1.06] As for posting length... I don't really care too much about length unless it's a one liner (Don't do that, that annoys the shit out of me). Just write what you can, one paragraph is all I ask. Just don't load a post with meaningless filler.

[1.07] At the start of every post, please note where your post is taking place in.

2. Out-of-Character Rules & Notes

[2.01] Respect everyone else at all times, please. Solve conflict with civility. Last thing I want is for things to become toxic. The golden rule is: Don't be a dick.

[2.02] Me and my GMs have the final say. We aren't tyrants, but if things get out of hand, we'll have to settle things ourselves.

[2.03] I'd rather that we talk on the OOC as much as possible - even if it's irrelevant chatter. I makes the RP seem more lively, and keeps everyone attached to it. If you must, my information is in my sig.

[2.04] I tend to very critical when judging sheets - please don't take it as a personal attack.

[2.05] Feel free to ask about anything, anything. I'll happily answer them.

3. Character Creation Rules & Notes

[3.01] You don't have to make a detailed character sheet. I'm not looking for a ton of detail when I don't want people to feel like they wasted a ton of time and work writing a character sheet only to see them get killed. One paragraph should do it for appearance through personality.

[3.02] That said, I'd suggest making at least two characters in case one gets horribly murdered so you can at least last a little longer before becoming a spectator.

[3.03] I know this is a horror RP, but let's refrain from making any edgelords. Write mental disorder realistically, I'm not a fan of sociopaths, no retardly tragic backstories, etc.

[3.04] You can write as many characters as you believe you can handle. If it gets out of hand, I'll step in, but I'd like a large cast. More murder!

[3.05] Please don't post a "wip" sheet. Post the complete version or don't post it at all.

[3.06] Any super-badasses will be killed with impunity!

Alright, here's the official OOC. I decided to make it, because why not? There isn't a whole lot of info or lore here... buuuut, given an RP like this, I doubt it was truly necessary. Get started on your characters boiz - and while we're at it, discuss possible relations with other characters. Like I said on the Intcheck, the RP will be open until the IC get started, which could be awhile. So, you have plenty of time.

<.< I may have quietly stalked someone here to the interest check because I'm currently bored. Posting to let you know I'm lurking, at least. Tempted to bring out Amune and Jareth, minus any fantastical abilities. ...Except Amune studied aikido intensively, along with a mixed program for self-defense, and if you try to hurt her she will mess you up without any compunction. *frowns* I mean, it's not absurd? And she did start early? But that doesn't negate her skill. Her original base does have survival skills, but I don't see a good reason to give this version most of them. She was never /fond/ of toughing it, so that means there's little justification to have them. And with the freedom to kill people off if my people ever return and things get interesting again, that's kinda nice. ...Not sure how much cheesy appeals. Not sure how much probable death appeals. Will consider this. In the morning. Since it's...holy crud it's almost three am. I should be in bed. x.x *poof*
