Personality: Tai is a blank slate, wiped clean with bleach and thrown in the river. He loves nothing, hates nothing, and feels for nothing. In other words, he’s the perfect soldier. His life is sworn to protecting the Rain, and that is all he is. There is nothing he will not, or hasn’t already done, for the Rain. Though he doesn’t love or like anything, he acts kind and overly gentle towards people of Amegakure, being careful to keep himself from burning them.
He is also superstitious, believing that the sun hates him. He doesn’t like doing assignments on sunny days because he sees it as a bad omen. But when it’s raining, he sees that as a sign that the Rain is with him, pushing his actions, guaranteeing him success.
In battle, Tai either stands in one spot and annihilates his targets from a distance, or he gets close and burns them to ash. Which he chooses really depends on how much time he has to spend on his target.
History: The Munashii have always had a special relationship with fire. They sacrifice livestock to the flames, and in return, fire does not burn them. At the age of five, every Munashii child undergoes a ceremony, a birth of fire. The child is thrown into a fiery pit and left there for five days. If the child dies, they were unworthy. If the fire goes out, they are exiled from the clan. But if they live, they are celebrated. The clan has all but disbanded in recent years because parents of the children refuse the ceremony.
When the clan leaders checked on Taiyou after five days, the fire in his pit had gone out. Instead, it was the boy that was on fire, radiating heat hot enough to have melted the bottom of the pit and crack the bricks lining the inside of the building. He had passed. The test was supposed to force the children to give their chakra to the flame to keep it alive and from burning them, but Taiyou had gone beyond that. The flames fed him, made him strong. The flames couldn’t have burned his skin, for the flames were his own.
Tai spent only long enough for the next Chunin Exams to come around as a Genin, and even less as a Chunin. His prowess with fire release, and more importantly, his unwavering loyalty to his village, is what got him singled out to join the Amegakure elite ANBU.

The air around him shimmers from the extreme heat coming off his body, causing him to blur and shift in and out of visibility.
Weakness: He is literally igniting the chakra inside his body, which leaves him without any in reserve once the state is over. If you’re still alive when the armor fades, then you’re in the clear.

Weakness: Intercept the blasts to destroy them easily or any weak water jutsu will put the small flames out.

This basically turns his hands into powerful flamethrowers, but the real trick to the technique is that he uses the two jets of flame to augment his physical movement. The thrust from his hands boosts his physical speed through the roof and even allows him to fly through the air at high speed.
Weakness: He can’t fly and use the flames to attack at the same time, at least not without shooting himself backwards. He has to be careful where he aims his hands, as anything on the other end of the jets is burned to a crisp. That makes flying difficult when there are many people in the area.

Weakness: He must touch the target. The mark can be removed by cooling it, so most water techniques wash away the marks. You have to erase it quickly though, before it erupts.

Tai controls the dragon from inside the base of the pillar. Tai can cancel and recreate the dragon at will, but if he leaves the ring, the dragon and the pillar disappear, and it will be a while before he can use the technique again. The dragon itself can burn on contact and shoot fire from its mouth either as a stream or in the shape of fireballs.
Weakness: Get Taiyou out of the ring. If the ring of fire is canceled, it is a while before he can place it again.

Personality: Rei makes friends easily, like really easily. She’s never once met a person who she didn’t like, and she’s never met a person who didn’t like her back. Rei is excitable and bubbly, but also can be quite shy around people that look scary. She very much judges books be their covers. To her, if a person looks “pretty” (she calls males and females pretty) then they must be good. Her favorite hobby is making up stories about people she sees, even if they can hear her, especially if they can hear her. She really doesn’t care about consequences, and there isn’t a punishment she can’t either make into a game or avoid entirely. Her unapologetic nature carries over to when she’s in a fight, never taking anything seriously, always dancing around and acting like everything’s a game.
History: Rei’s parents run a flower shop in Konohagakure, Yamanaka Flowers. Most of the customers that came through the doors really only came to see little Rei, and more specifically, what antics she was getting away with that day. It probably helped sales that she gave out free hugs to anyone who left with flowers, and usually to those who didn’t. Rei’s mother likes dressing her up as if she’s a doll, and she’s also the one who bought Rei the gigantic hat that has become a permanent part of her attire.
Rei became proficient in the Yamanaka clan’s basic technique early on, and most of her childhood was spent trying to shoot her mind into various people and things. She got yelled at a lot after people found out they’d been possessed. It was during these experiments that she created her signature custom technique. Her parents saw her as ready, so they put her through the academy, and now Rei’s a Genin. Her parents really just needed the break of her being out of the house for a few hours a day. She’s a real handful.

Nice, two CS's. Here is my review :
- Taiyou “Tai” Munashii
1. ) The personality and history are for me alright. So no need in my opinion to change that.
2.) The skill are a bit off, so to say. Would you mind changing it to 'high speed', instead of faster than a speeding bullet. I doubt somebody would like to move at that speed as it would not only result in a tunnel vision, but some other nasty traits as well. Same goes for the nintaijutsu. If you would please change that, that would be great.
3.) I am saying no to : Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. Great Fire destruction is already something I find a bit much, but am willing to accept it. If you would please remove Fire Annihilation, that would work for me.
4.)
There are some custom jutsu I find a bit too powerful. Not to mention that I would like to see a number of handseals, as using powerful jutsu without a handseal or such is a bit too much, in my book.
1. Fire Release Armor ;
Concept of the jutsu is fine with me. Nothing wrong with that. I do think the fact that anybody near him for 30 seconds is a bit too much. Same goes for that he can melt anything that touches. If he is really fast, then that means he can just try to stay close for 30 seconds and then your dead, which means the weakness isn't really that great for a S ranked jutsu. 2.) I think the speed needs to be toned down a bit. If he can augment his speed by the use of fire, while already being fast that would a bit too much. I prefer you would say the range of the jutsu, as flamethrowers can go for some length and it would be nice to know how far this jutsu can go.
3.) Solar Flare is able to cut like a blade is bit iffy. You need some super heat to cut with fire through material as it often sets things on fire, rather then cutting through it. At least, like I get your jutsu.
4.) Fire Release: Rising Dragon sounds more like a S ranked technique to me. Not to mention that I find it a bit too much that the dragon can re-create the dragon if somebody manages to get him out of the ring. The fire itself is already a good defense, but that he also can cover an area with a blanket of fire is a bit too much.

Nice, two CS's. Here is my review :
- Taiyou “Tai” Munashii
1. ) The personality and history are for me alright. So no need in my opinion to change that.
2.) The skill are a bit off, so to say. Would you mind changing it to 'high speed', instead of faster than a speeding bullet. I doubt somebody would like to move at that speed as it would not only result in a tunnel vision, but some other nasty traits as well. Same goes for the nintaijutsu. If you would please change that, that would be great.
3.) I am saying no to : Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. Great Fire destruction is already something I find a bit much, but am willing to accept it. If you would please remove Fire Annihilation, that would work for me.
4.)
There are some custom jutsu I find a bit too powerful. Not to mention that I would like to see a number of handseals, as using powerful jutsu without a handseal or such is a bit too much, in my book.

Haha, not surprising considering I wrote most of Taiyou at 3:00 in the morning. I'll go in and rewrite most of both characters in a bit. I forgot to include some things as well.
Am I missing something? It tells me on my end that the OOC has 228 posts, but I can only count 4 on this page, not including mine. And I know that each page is meant to have 20 posts, so this one ought to be comprised of 8 if that's true. Did the mods come through here?

I know this might come as a shock...but I think I will post tonight. Im still confused as to where I need to post.
As far as I understand we basically have 2 arcs going on at the same time. This one on the guild is basically after a short timeskip/finishing of the arc and on the backup site we're basically finishing the arc. I'm just confused as to where I need to post at the moment.

Its better to pm the GM's a link to your CS if you want them to review it. It saves us time fishing and makes it easier to respond more quickly with a review.
