Just a heads up as some may know, and some don't, I am moving back to the Netherlands this Saturday. (I've been living in Japan) This means however that I am really busy with packing, sorting out stuff (insane amounts of paperwork!) and meeting friends that I will probably never see again in my life. Long story short, I'm not going to be overly active until I am back home and have gotten rid of Roro :p

Hey everyone! I've got a character in mind I'd like to submit. There seems to an awful lot of characters I need to read through first though. Are all the characters in the CS Bin still active?

Also, I don't really mind what village my character is from. Kirigakure, Kumogakure and Amegakure, right? Do any of them particularly need characters?

You don't really need to read through the characters. Almost every character has been active till so far. Unless I missed something. As for the village, yup. We want to fill the other villages a bit up before allowing people to fill up Konohagakure again. We need more students, but if you see a spot (Jounin. ANBU or such) to be filled, then feel free to try your hand at it. :)

I think it would be best to read through the characters and make sure I don't make someone similar to anyone else.

I'm happy with a Genin to be honest, haha. I can't decide which village to choose though! :(

Is anyone good at thinking up Japanese names? Fieryfly, you've spent time in Japan right? Maybe you can help me ^_^ My character is going to use vibrating Kunai to reproduce his voice so I'd like a name that represents that in some way. Do you know any names to do with sound or the canary bird?

Oh and, what chakra nature would someone who mostly uses sound Jutsu be?

I would lower the speed. He already has a technique that 'greaty' increases his speed. Combined with his S ranked Technique, I wouldn't like to add an 'incredible' speed to it. It causes the S ranked to become already kind of OP in my eyes, together with some other techniques. If you would be so kind to reduce it to average speed than it has my approval.

I am not sure if the weapon/hat is a joke or such. But a floating hat that eats people (sorry, I am trying not to sound too serious about it.), but that is a no from me. Also, she has sensing transmission, but no sensory technique? If she has one, would you please set in the jutsu link together with a little detail about how far and such? Else she wouldn't have much with the sensory transmission technique.

The custom techniques are a bit hmmm. Well one can remove a tag, she can activated the jutsu on miles away. That needs to be toned down if its a D ranked technique. Not to mention that it sounds like an auto-hit technique (of course when the tag is planted, something that can't be done automatically ), but I am against auto-hitting technique. So if you would please change that please.
The last custom technique is a bit confusing. If it fails, it works? Sorry, but I can't work my head around that one.

Thanks, AlterNathan. I had a look and tried translating Sound Child. It gave me Otoko but I think that means Train Man, haha.

The site probably gave you that because "oto" is sound and "ko" is child. But it is hilarious because "otoko" itself means man.

Anyway as for names. there are quite a lot of Japanese names that have something to do with sound. For example there is Ayane (kanji for color + kanji for sound), Kanon (flower + sound), Akane (red + sound) etc. Are you looking for a male or female name?

I am a bit wavering about the lighting resistance. I would prefer her to create a light resistance (so to C and lower) later if she becomes more experienced with handling Lightning release. You also spoke of a Mion Punch (damn Midori...), but I don't see the technique anywhere on the Cs. Mind putting it there?

Time for the next CS reviewing.
