History: Ysran Stormreach is the son of a very successful business man (and woman) who owned Stormreach Harbor. After their untimely death, the company was left to Ysran. Instructed by a family friend, Ysran became very successful like his parents. However, Ysran grew bored of the harbor, and decided to roam the vast world as a traveling Magician. Eventually he came across a book that would change his life forever. A book containing the secrets to Eldritch and Occult magic. Real magic. Ysran's dream. Returning home, Ysran learned about a secret Occult language and soon was able to conjure a ball of force, and soon a Shambler (a zombie minion basically) After making a name for himself as "The Magician of the Deep" His efforts soon led him to Brazil, where an aquatic diety revealed himself to Ysran. After completing a few tasks for him and his people, he was granted great understanding of the Eldritch, and can now fluently commune with them, as well as learning a few new spells. He now seeks out more knowledge and spells to fill his collection.

Here's a more detailed list of the spells Ysran can cast, as well as a short description of them.
A ball of dark energy capable of delivering quite a bit of force, about enough to go through a door. Against living targets, this can knock people down, and it terms of damage, it would take 2-3 to kill a normal person as the darkness burns like a strong acid.
Attracts all manner of fish and sometimes other aquatic creatures to a singular point. The range can vary from a few inches to several feet.
A zombie-like minion is summoned to do Ysran's bidding. It can follow simple commands such as "Hold this" or "Go there". If told to, the Shambler will follow another person's commands until told otherwise by Ysran. It prioritizes Ysran's commands first.
A fish (or other aquatic creature) is summoned much like a Shambler. These can be anything from a goldfish, to a Great White Shark. However the general rule is, the bigger the creature, the shorter time it has before it is unsummoned. This can be delayed, but requires great concentration from Ysran.
Creates a layer of Scale-like armor around the skin. It doesn't turn your skin into scales,it just created a layer of them on top of the skin. Greater Fishscales is stronger, but normal Fishscales can be cast on others.
Can heal most wounds, poisons, and some diseases. This spell however costs quite a bit of mana, and spell casting time can take a while.
Fills an opponent's lungs with water, drowning them. However first, Ysran must mentally overcome his opponent. The spell also takes a moment to cast, and only lasts as long as Ysran concentrates.
Another thing about Ysran's magic is that in addition to mana, it also costs a bit of sanity to cast. So if Ysran goes around slinging spells super fast, he'll likely break down and start laughing uncontrollably or get unreasonable paranoid. Stuff like that.

Oonar is old and with age comes a strange mix of wisdom, humor, peace, and rudeness. Oonar himself can be considered proud and impatient with those whom he deems to be foolish. Nonetheless, he never forgets his own failures and genuinely cares for the people of Aeos.

Oonar is remarkably powerful in magical ability and blessed by the gods. He can manipulate fire, light, water, earth, darkness, and lightning and is gifted with telekinesis. However, because of his age, Oonar tires easily when using his powers. Thus, he uses them as little as possible and most often fights with his staff.
History
Oonar was born a normal human mage over a thousand years ago. He is old enough to remember the time before the Demon Lords and the chaos that followed in their wake. He was one of the heroes of that age, using his magic to battle demons and it was he found the Hero, Miernes, in a small village and rescued him when the demons attacked and led him to Falendale, the elven city. It was he who guided his friend on his quest for vengeance, recognizing the power that lay within him. Oonar was at Miernes side throughout his adventures. After the death of the last Demon Lord, the two traveled together. It was during these travels that Oonar noticed the change in Miernes, but he closed his eyes to the truth of his old friend’s corruption. It was only when they separated that Oonar realized his mistake. He returned to Falendale, but found that he was living long past the normal span of a human. In a dream, he was visited by the gods, warning Oonar of his old friend’s corruption and decreeing that he must live for as long as his old friend was a threat to Aeos. Oonar left Falendale to search for Miernes, but he never found him. Now, a nine hundred years later, Oonar searches for heroes to aid in the downfall of the new Dark Lord.

Truthfully, Ossian is the furthest thing from a fairy tale her that you can get. He is cynical, sarcastic, and prefers to keep to himself most of the time. He has no time for grand rebellions or reliving stories from the past. He is a realist and prefers to only have himself to look after. Nonetheless, despite this uncaring attitude, Ossian cannot bring himself to be totally heartless. As a mercenary, he is willing to do a lot of things. He is willing to fight, kill, and steal without hesitation, but he draws the line at hurting children or innocents. Nor is he one for torturing people unnecessarily. Often, he struggles between doing the right thing for himself and the right thing for others. Still, he retains a self-preserving attitude and doesn't often do anything that would not benefit him.

He is a skilled swordsmen and bowman. In particular, he is skilled in fighting with a longsword and a dagger in tandem and possesses speed beyond most normal humans. In addition, he can endure extreme heat and cold and can manipulate fire. He can also endure injuries better than most humans.
History
Ossian was born a bar wench’s bastard in a small village within the Empire of Halleoth. He never knew his father and, though this bothered him as a child, he grew not to care as he grew up. Though it seemed likely that the most he would amount to would be an innkeeper, Ossian was always fascinated with the mercenaries and soldiers that would visit the tavern his mother worked at. He was able to befriend one particular mercenary company, the War Hawks, and caught their leader’s eye when he showed himself to be a natural with a knife one mercenary gave him. When he grew older, he was invited to join the company, though his mother objected. Nonetheless, despite her objections, Ossian joined, promising to return to his village at a later date. He quickly showed himself to be among the best in the company despite his age. One day, he did return to his home village, but the place was a ruin. It had been burned down by the Dark Lord’s forces and its people enslaved. When he returned to the War Hawks, he found them slaughtered as well and himself a fugitive in the Empire. He does not know why he is hunted, but Ossian has vowed to survive. Unknown to him, however, the reason the Dark Lord hunts him is simple. He is the descendent of the Dark Lord himself.

Standing at roughly 3’6” and weighing just above 35 pounds, Eahara is covered from head to tail in light green scales with some form of spikes protruding from her head. She wears heavy clothing that appears to be roughly stitched together as well as gloves and footwraps. A red scarf sits around her neck, a more sentimental piece of clothing more than a truly useful one in her eyes.
Personality:
Eahara is a mostly loyal creature, not being one to abandon friends or revoke friendships over petty things such as arguments, among other things. It is also worth noting that Eahara is a serious kobold who keeps her mind focused on one thing, her goals and anything that gets in the way can be accepted as acceptable casualties should they mean harm. As well, the kobold, like much of her race, is not very much into the sharing and prefers to hoard all valuables to herself. Furthermore, Eahara is a pessimist and always believes that the world is out to get her and her friends; always believing the odds are against her.

- Bow Mastery - Eahara is fairly proficient with using bows so long as they are sized correctly with her species, still she has a fairly accurate with almost many shot.
- Agility - This kobold is an agile creature, even with her heavy clothing that would seem to weigh her down. She is adept at avoiding attacks and balancing, nothing gets in the way of a good ranger.
- Brand of the Traitor - A magical tattoo placed upon her left arm which glows a bright red and causes wearing pain whenever the forces of the Dark Lord; it acts as an early warning system for her at the sacrifice of being unable to hide well.
- Enchantment Knowledge - While unable to enchant intend herself, Eahara knows how an enchantment should go and can guide someone with magical capabilities to do some enchanting for her. The only reason she knows this is from trying to rid herself of her mark.
History:
Eahara was born into one of the last clans to fall under the control of the Dark Lord, one of the first to be drastically reduced in size due to their fight for their independence. She was raised as a hunter from the beginning of her life, supposed to be trained to join the dark army and bring death upon the Dark One’s enemies. The worst part was, she proved more than capable for the task that was presented the young daughter. More so, she was happy in her position of killing the likes of man or orc, being as useful as could be to her dark master. Of course, this was all before she saw the atrocities committed against her people.
Other Kobold clans fought against the Dark Lord and his minions, only wanting to live their lives in the natural isolation that was their way. It was after the slaughter of many that Eahara had realized what she had done, though she remained under the Dark Lord. Not by fear or by the promise of glory, but by her oath of loyalty that she took to serve him and give her life through her service. For three years did this continue until someone had framed her, she had not the faintest idea who, but she was found the primary suspect as she had already shown questionable loyalty.
Thus, the huntress was branded with the Mark of the Traitor then released into the wilds to be hunted for the rest of her life. Yet, she still lives, now having killed people who she may have once called an ally or a friend. They were all her enemies now and she swore that she would find the one who took her place away from her, then thank them. Now, she was free from her obligations to the Dark Lord and so she continued to flee for as long as she could. It was not until she came across one of her former allies did she swear to kill the Dark Lord, this friend she had known since they were hatchlings.
It all disgusted her, especially how quickly she had been prosecuted as a traitor when she had been completely loyal in the first place. -Undead Identification: Caractacus is familiar with most types of undead creatures that can be encountered, with a working knowledge of how to use them as allies, and destroy them as enemies.
History: Caractacus was always sickly and unwell, even in his youth. He was born to poor peasant farmers, under the rule of the dark lord. However, in his adolescence, Caractacus was discovered to have an affinity for death magic, a boon in the land of the dark lord, and he was shipped off to become a necromancer in the army of the empire. The training was cruel and failure was not tolerated. It was only by natural talent that Caractacus escaped the harshest punishments that surely would have killed him. Still, his time earning the rank of necromancer was painful and destructive to his psyche, and his opinion of all living things was shattered through the cruelty of his living instructors. Only the dead understood him. Only the dead protected him.
Caractacus's life was soon to change, however, as he was mustered out into the army of the dark lord to do battle with one of the remaining free kingdoms. The column was routed by a band of heroes and their guerrilla forces. Caractacus was taken, wounded but not killed. He awaited his death at the hand of his enemy, but instead, an offer of mercy came. In exchange for freedom and his life, Caractacus could swear himself instead to fight for freedom from the dark lord. Caractacus, seeing no other way out, took the offer, and while he does not trust his newfound allies, and they surely do not trust a necromancer such as him, he holds no love for the empire, and at least now, he has a chance.

-False life: Using death magic, Caractacus can extend the life of any living creature through pain and wounds. This spell allows anything he casts it on to continue living past what would normally kill someone. The spell cannot sustain a living being through injuries that totally destroy the body, or decapitations, and all wounds sustained will have to be healed before the spell ends or the subject of the spell will still suffer the effects of the wounds they've taken. As he sustains the spell, Caractacus feeds the targets life force with his own.
-Magic missile: A tool in nearly every wizard's arsenal, Caractacus produces a trio of magical darts, which he flings at his opponents. While not particularly powerful, they do not consume a lot of energy, and are easy to cast.
-Destroy undead: In addition to creating and empowering undead, Caractacus can reach out to other undead and weaken or destroy the magic that animates them. This spell will instantly kill lesser undead, but the stronger an undead is, the more time and energy Caractacus must expend to destroy it.

Appearance: Normally, Belladonna appears as a stunning young woman with flawless pale skin and incredibly fair hair spilling over her shoulders. She is small in stature, little over 5 feet in height and seems delicate and fragile, like a porcelain doll, but one look into her chilling golden eyes will show that she's anything but. As a queen, she has a taste for luxury and wears glamorous gowns and dresses of fine silks and furs. She also has a deep affection for gold, which is always dangling around her neck and off her ears. Her most iconic pieces accessories are the Black Forest Crown and the Mother's Claw. Both have become symbols of her power as a ruler and as a practitioner of the mystic arts.
In her Hag Form, her pupils become catlike slits and her skin gains a gray-green tint. Her mouth becomes full of razor teeth and her finger nails turn into sharp black claws.
Personality: Intellectual and logical, Belladonna is always one to keep calm in the face of adversity. She thinks things through thoroughly, making sure that every detail of her plans is fool proof and will benefit her kingdom. She is rational and level headed, always keeping a calm and frighteningly cool exterior, even if she's boiling with anger underneath. No one can ever be quite sure of how she's feeling or what she's thinking. She's an extremely crafty creature and finds great pleasure in outwitting some of the most clever minds in Aeos. She is quite a skilled strategist, not only in politics and battle, but in almost every aspect of her life. Belladonna loves to have control over the world around her. As she lay dying, she spoke of the prophecy of Belladonna's childhood and told her that her destiny was coming. She uttered the words "Black Forest" with her final breaths before she succumbed to her wounds. Belladonna stood up and put the claw on her wedding finger and received a vision of the Black Forest, a place whispered of by hags and feared by all others. That is when she knew what her destiny had come. With a heavy heart and sorrow in her eyes, Belladonna said goodbye to Oonar, who had a destiny of his own, and they parted ways. Belladonna once again travel Aeos and gathered every hag she came across, showing them the Mother's Claw and preaching of her vision and her plan. She gained a massive following and led them where she could feel the god's tugging her. Then, they came upon it.
The Black Forest was long dead when they found it, it's previous king slain by an arrow through the eye and the crown still attached to his skeleton. Belladonna was led to a large tree with images of the goddess Mortiphone and god Espiritus, whom created the forest thousands of years ago in order to give shelter to their followers, the Muertamantes. For centuries, after the mysterious extinction of it's inhabitants, Belladonna believed that the Black Forest could become the new home of her people. She offered herself to the deities of the forest, whom subjected her to tests of the mind and soul, making sure she had pure intentions. She passed their trials and they awarded her with the Black Forest Crown, which allowed her to shape a kingdom for all the hags that followed her.
She ruled as queen after the defeat of the Demon Lords and has done so quite successfully for centuries. There are still whispers of her "wicked ways" and the "evil" of the hags outside of the borders of the Black Forest, but this is nothing compared to the true evil of the Dark Lord. The Black Forest still remains untouched by his forces and Belladonna has not picked a side, but she is frightened that she might be forced to either fight or submit. Neither sound particularly pleasant to her as she isn't sure that there is anything quite powerful enough to fight against the Dark Lord but she not willing to give up her crown and subject her kingdom to the rule of this fiend.

Eternally plucky and eager, Thiara is dynamic and does like to take action, sometimes even before thinking. She also seems to have an alarming lack of understanding of human customs such as lack of nudity. Having shades of an spoiled brat, Thiara is highly materialistic and selfish with the loot, even though she can be convinced to relent easily for the good of the team. One thing of note of Thiara is that she's very bad at giving up. However, part of this act is a mere charade. The true Thiara, the dragon, is rather calculating and cold, even though she has rather the arrogant and cynical disposition. Her reason for this act is that she, as a dragon has concluded that while the risk is greater, helping the heroes is bound to give her a bigger share of loot than just sheepishly following a Dark Lord.
Weapons: Staff. She sometimes whacks herself with it.
Skills/Magic: Thiara considers herself a witch, although she's barely one. She can cast some basic spells, like healing or basic barriers, and even the odd elemental spell or two. This is because she's not as experienced in her human form as in her dragon form. As a dragon,
despite not being a full adult she's very capable, able to perform nimble flying feats, breathe fire effortlessly and even assume human form. A point of note is that dragons are very difficult to be affected by magic, due to the sheer raw magical power they possess. Thiara knows that, and in dragon form she will not hesitate to use that power to cancel out enemy spells.
History: Thiara, like her clutch siblings, hatched sometime in the peace interim in the lands that would later be conquered by the Dark lord. Her early life was pretty uneventful, what with the pillaging, eating spoils that her mother provided and fighting her siblings. However, after several decades, something changed in the lands that made her reconsider her lifestyle. Submit to the Dark Lord or else. Her siblings all chose to submit, even her mother even with some coaxing about plunder and treasures to be had, but little Thiara knew to do the math. There simply wouldn't be enough plunder for all of the troops of the Dark Lord, she thought, and if she had to risk her life for loot...
Better do it as a hero. So Thiara watched the humans, and terrorized a wizard into teaching her some magic.
After being a somewhat mediocre apprentice in the service of her master, Thiara decided that if her skills and fame were to shine, she had to push herself to the limit. And who better who defeat the Dark Lord alongside a bunch of other Heroes? She would learn many new things from them aswell.
And heroes get far more fame and loot anyway.

Kathryn stands at about five foot ten inches with dark brown hair and light blue eyes. Her hair is cut extremely short as it is easier to move in combat with short hair and it is less likely to get grabbed like that. For the most part she wears her Medium armor that includes her chest place, her covered helmet, a light chainmail armor underneath, and metal arm and leg pads for additional protection.
When not wearing the armor she has a stronger then average build to herself and she stands tall with pride and like she is ready for battle at a moments notice. Anyone that pays attention can notice parts of her body have several scars. Some scars are from blades, some from operations, some from burns, and some are too hard to tell. Anyone that spends enough time with her will notice her left arm moves noticeably slower then her right arm, which is why she primarily uses it for defensive uses.
On her right arm the word "Traitor" is branded into her arm. The language is similar to common elvish.
Personality:
Kathryn puts on the appearance of being a complete loyal soldier to her cause, no fear, no emotions, and no remorse for anyone. She acts strict and determined whenever she is in public. Though when she is caught off guard or she is not in view of the public is it easy to tell she is a total softy. She enjoys other people being happy, she likes to relax, and she gets cheerful at what seems like every little things. She also tends to get very protective of things she thinks needs protection, and people that she believes are innocent and are close to her.
Weapons:
Kathryn being the trained warrior as she is, carries a small armory with her at any given time.
*A retractable mace that holds two forms, a compact meant for storage use, and a fully extended where is stands about three feet tall with the head being surrounded by rectangular extrusions to act as just more material to cause damage to the target
*A small shield that is a little bit less then two feet in diameter. The shield is also designed to be placed on one's back when not in use, and has a small sheath for a small blade.
*A Kukri that is a little over a foot long and fits inside the sheath of the shield.
*A cheap bow with identical cheap arrows for a possible ranged defensive.
*A small combat knife, designed to be stored away with ease and able to be thrown by someone who is well trained.
Skills/Magic:
*Kathryn is a skilled fighter, being trained most of her childhood to fight as a warrior there are few things she can't take on in direct combat. Those exceptions being ranged weapons with a piercing ability, explosions, magic, and anything that is simply too big to be effected by a mace getting thumped on it's head.
*Kathryn with out her armor and gear would be relatively fast and more then reasonably strong. Though since she doesn't take off her armor much she tends to be a lot slower then she actually is. Her gear also tends to hinder her agility in fighting, but she figures between her skill and her armor it is worth it.
*Kathryn despite not working well with magic, she has an ability to learn languages extremely fast. For example, if she were to listen to a couple people talking for a half hour or so she would be able to speak the basics of it. If she were to see writing of it she would be able to read and write it with in a couple hours, for more complicated languages she would need to spend more time hearing it then more simple ones or ones that are not similar to the ones she knows.
History:
Kathryn was raised in a a clan that focused on training the best soldiers it could. In doing so Kathryn was born and raised as one of the top students in her class. The clan itself was intended to just provide protection to communities in exchange for food, but in recent years the terms changed. When the front lines of the war were getting closer and closer to the area of influence for her clan, the leaders made a choice. They decided to pull every student who was close enough to have finished training and enlisted every student and soldier for a raid of the surrounding villages and towns to find food and supplies needed to become nomadic. Kathryn was one of those students.
When the orders were given there was a conflict of morals within the war clan. While most were fine with stocking up to find a better defensive position to fight at the cost of the surrounding communities, a portion did not agree and a large internal conflict erupted halting the raids long enough for the Dark Lord's armies to catch up to the towns. What forces remained of Kathryn's clan were too weak to fend off against the Dark Lord's forces. Soon anyone that was left scattered or joined ranks with the armies of Darkness with no other real options for survival left.
Kathryn fled after the conflicts ended and ran as deep into the free world as she could. As a young cadet she didn't have much going for her other then incomplete training and the few possessions she still have left to her name. She eventually got too tired and sick to keep moving, and found herself in a ditch dying. By morning the locals who found her had brought her in and nurtured her back to health. By the time she was back to full strength the army of Darkness had arrived, she along with the town's few defenders decided to hold them back while the town evacuated. Though successful this time she got stuck in an endless loop of fighting the dark armies, running as far as she could, getting sick, and being brought back to health. Or fighting more to survive.
Eventually she met up with a large group of refugees and started traveling with them. Assisting where she could, and rebuilding her strength so she could eventually face The Dark Lord's Armies with out having to run away. And to help turn the tide of the war. With her makeshift training and her experience in combat, she wonders the front lines causing damage where ever she can do it.

Anyone that pays attention can notice parts of her body have several scars. Some scars are from blades, some from operations, some from burns, and some are too hard to tell. Anyone that spends enough time with her will notice her left arm moves noticeably slower then her right arm, which is why she primarily uses it for defensive uses.
On her right arm the word "Traitor" is branded into her arm. The language is similar to common elvish.
Personality:
Kathryn puts on the appearance of being a complete loyal soldier to her cause, no fear, no emotions, and no remorse for anyone. She acts strict and determined whenever she is in public. Though when she is caught off guard or she is not in view of the public is it easy to tell she is a total softy. She enjoys other people being happy, she likes to relax, and she gets cheerful at what seems like every little things. She also tends to get very protective of things she thinks needs protection, and people that she believes are innocent and are close to her.
Weapons:
Kathryn being the trained warrior as she is, carries a small armory with her at any given time.
*A retractable mace that holds two forms, a compact meant for storage use, and a fully extended where is stands about three feet tall with the head being surrounded by rectangular extrusions to act as just more material to cause damage to the target
*A small shield that is a little bit less then two feet in diameter. The shield is also designed to be placed on one's back when not in use, and has a small sheath for a small blade.
*A Kukri that is a little over a foot long and fits inside the sheath of the shield.
*A cheap bow with identical cheap arrows for a possible ranged defensive.
*A small combat knife, designed to be stored away with ease and able to be thrown by someone who is well trained.
Skills/Magic:
*Kathryn is a skilled fighter, being trained most of her childhood to fight as a warrior there are few things she can't take on in direct combat. Those exceptions being ranged weapons with a piercing ability, explosions, magic, and anything that is simply too big to be effected by a mace getting thumped on it's head.
*Kathryn with out her armor and gear would be relatively fast and more then reasonably strong. Though since she doesn't take off her armor much she tends to be a lot slower then she actually is. Her gear also tends to hinder her agility in fighting, but she figures between her skill and her armor it is worth it.
*Kathryn despite not working well with magic, she has an ability to learn languages extremely fast. For example, if she were to listen to a couple people talking for a half hour or so she would be able to speak the basics of it. If she were to see writing of it she would be able to read and write it with in a couple hours, for more complicated languages she would need to spend more time hearing it then more simple ones or ones that are not similar to the ones she knows.
History:
Kathryn was raised in a a clan that focused on training the best soldiers it could. In doing so Kathryn was born and raised as one of the top students in her class. The clan itself was intended to just provide protection to communities in exchange for food, but in recent years the terms changed. When the front lines of the war were getting closer and closer to the area of influence for her clan, the leaders made a choice. They decided to pull every student who was close enough to have finished training and enlisted every student and soldier for a raid of the surrounding villages and towns to find food and supplies needed to become nomadic. Kathryn was one of those students.
When the orders were given there was a conflict of morals within the war clan. While most were fine with stocking up to find a better defensive position to fight at the cost of the surrounding communities, a portion did not agree and a large internal conflict erupted halting the raids long enough for the Dark Lord's armies to catch up to the towns. What forces remained of Kathryn's clan were too weak to fend off against the Dark Lord's forces. Soon anyone that was left scattered or joined ranks with the armies of Darkness with no other real options for survival left.
Kathryn fled after the conflicts ended and ran as deep into the free world as she could. As a young cadet she didn't have much going for her other then incomplete training and the few possessions she still have left to her name. She eventually got too tired and sick to keep moving, and found herself in a ditch dying. By morning the locals who found her had brought her in and nurtured her back to health. By the time she was back to full strength the army of Darkness had arrived, she along with the town's few defenders decided to hold them back while the town evacuated. Though successful this time she got stuck in an endless loop of fighting the dark armies, running as far as she could, getting sick, and being brought back to health. Or fighting more to survive.
Eventually she met up with a large group of refugees and started traveling with them. Assisting where she could, and rebuilding her strength so she could eventually face The Dark Lord's Armies with out having to run away. And to help turn the tide of the war. With her makeshift training and her experience in combat, she wonders the front lines causing damage where ever she can do it.

It was when the country was finally attacked by the Dark Lord that everything spiraled down-hill. During the defense of the capital, Adrian and Sir Isabelle were tasked with the defense of the gate. When hope seemed to finally shine through, Sir Isabelle did the unthinkable; she surrendered the gate and opened it for the Dark Lord's forces.
The act of betrayal sent Adrian into a rage and engaged his former master. The fight, if you could call it that, lasted for a mere five seconds, when he was pushed off of the wall and fell into a pile of corpses. Unconscious and seemingly dead, Adrian was gathered with many of the corpses, outside of the city walls and near a remote village. Before the bodies could be entirely looted and burnt, a kindly old couple found the boy still alive, his body almost entirely broken. Taking him in, Adrian immediately set about recovering and honing his body for a great quest...one that would ultimately lead to what he believes his Knighthood. Finally recovered, Adrian has made a small name for himself in the villages that he has passed through, aiding the weak and helpless. If there is one thing that can be said about Tharac, it's that he is one determined bastard. Using a mix of brutality and cunning he attacks his goals with a carefully calculated ferocity. As one of a strong personality of will, he is one of the few that can be counted on to beat discipline into the rabble of different races that makes up his subordinates. He doesn't tolerate laziness or cowardliness, but neither is he foolish enough to ignore council. It's just that as part of his personal belief that anything be they man, beast, the arcane or even the world itself can be bent to one's will if they are strong enough and know how. He does not shrink at words as 'dangerous' or 'impossible'. As long as Tharac Galbash has the will, he will find a way.

An enchanted battle axe granted to to him by The Dark Lord himself for Tharac's years of service. The enchantment ensure the axe remains sharp no mater how many blows it takes, allowing it to cleave through most non-magical targets. He also sports a few short swords strapped to his back encase he ever gets disarmed.

As a commander Tharac shows natural talent in offensive maneuvers, specializing in isolating his foes into smaller groups and whittling down both their strength an moral. When it comes to personal combat, he shows with surprising amounts of agility and endurance, even for an orc. Rumor has that he once killed a giant with his bare hands.
History
Tharac had once been just another grunt, faces less disposable soldier in the Dark Lords army. He didn't really care much for Dark Lord's ambitions then. His only thoughts were towards survival and the prosperity of his tribe. To that end he sought to become a minor officer. It was a nice position from the back where could earn enough to ensure his clansmen kept some nominal relevance. Tharac had proven crafty as a soldier, but his ambitions were small and he had no real drive.
All that change when during a chance encounter he met the Dark Lord himself. On a whim the master of Halleoth told Tharac of his ambitions, his desire to see a united world and the process in which he built his empire to do so. Tharac new all of this already, but... speaking with his emperor in person, the way he talked about these goals and the look in his eyes when he spoke caused something to resonate in the young orc.
After that day, the position of a minor officer seemed so small. So, undesirable. Days later Tharac initiated an old orcish tradition and challenged openly challenged one of his superiors to battle for his leadership, and beheaded him there and then. This marked the start of Tharac's rise through the ranks. In battle after battle he forged his resolve. With a brutal efficiency he crushed his adversaries, growing his reputation over the years and securing his position. In time he would once again meet his emperor. This time though as promising warchief bristling with resolve. Tharac had reviewed the history of his people, how they had often been pushed around and kicked out other their homelands by the 'civilized races'. And that now, in this age, his kind were finally united under the leadership of his master. His goal had become clear as he set his sight upon it. To become the supreme commander of Halleoth's armies, and ensure his people's place under the Dark Lords rule in the new age of the orc.

Carrying a very dry sense of humour, which is also very morbid. This is pretty much from his own conquering of life and death, as such he has little concern for life, this is also because he is simply able to revive his servants that he cares little if they serve him fully to his high standards. He is also very harsh with his punishments, being subscribed to the belief that life is harsh to those too weak to alter their own fates. He is also very self-centred and greedy, particularly towards hidden knowledge, he is not however easy to shift from a decision once made unless he benefits highly from it.

Skills/Magic
Like all Liches he is an highly experienced Necromancer, in fact when mortal he was known as an Arch Necromancer (A rank given only to Necromancers who led groups and were aged over 50, which is rare as most tend to kill themselves to become Liches and fail horribly). He is also skilled in ice magic, allowing him to summon frost cones, ice spikes and cause an area of utter cold around himself. Like most Liches he is also able control his gravity which gives him surprising magical strength. He is also immortal and only he knows how he is able to be slain (No two Liches can be killed in the same way).
History
Born 450 years ago to a scullery made and a young lesser knight who had his small keep hidden away in a valley in the eastern mountains, the boy was forced to grow up hidden away from the rest of society. After coming to the age of 15 he was made to look as if he had found his way to the keep on his own. After that the knight seemingly took him in as his son.
After turning 17 the boy managed to find an old abandoned basement under the keep which was full to the ceiling with books, which he tore into with abandon, relishing reading each and every one of them. After a few months his father took a wife and she was soon with child, because of this the boy was all but forgotten to read through his books. As he got through more hidden books he discovered dark and forgotten secrets, which he soon thirsted even more.
Soon after the birth of his brother he was asked to go out into the surrounding valley so that he could find certain roses that grew high up in the valley. As he made camp for the night he spied a fire in the distance, deciding to investigate it he moved through the undergrowth and hid just out of sight as he saw a trio of black robed mages stood around a corpse, with a purple light leading into the body it rose. At the time he knew a little about necromancy but it still surprised him, which gave his position away and he was quickly captured by the necromancers, instead of being killed on the spot they took him as a slave.
For a time he was forced to work near to death, but even as he worked he learnt the secrets of necromancy. By his 19th birthday he was a novice necromancer himself. He took his leave of the group and set off on his quest for greater knowledge. He vanished from the world until the time he was 37. At this point he returned to the valley he had left long, long ago. Seeing now that his father had passed away from a sudden illness some years back and his younger brother lazing about he set a plan in motion. Whilst having also gathered the knowledge of necromancy on his adventures he had also gathered with him a small group of followers and undead thralls, using these and his knowledge of the keep he easily broke into the throne room and had the now resurrected armoured body of his father to slay his brother, taking his place as ruler of the valley.
As the years went on his power grew, in knowledge, arms, men and magic. His land slowly grew into a small kingdom, he replaced the knighthood with a self placed lord-ship, he invited everyone who disagreed with his title to challenge him. As they entered the throne room of his now much larger castle they would be followed by the undead bodies of those who had come before. Each of these defeated challengers added their realms to his. At age 78 he underwent the long and dangerous process to become a Lich, remaining in isolation for 9 months he finally entered his throne room in a blast of cold air and uttered from his skin less mouth, a voice which echoed through magic and will alone. "I am Anvarwel!" It is now this name that is remembered, his original lost to time and fire.

Though awfully young to be one of the Dark Lord's elite bounty hunters and assassins, what Sakem Ba lacks in age, he makes up for in madness and efficiency. He gives little regard for the rules of any society and simply does as he pleases. Only the Dark Lord may tell him what to do. He is viewed by his fellow members of the Lord's army as an odd and child-like warrior, but a warrior none-the-less. He is wild, untamed, and quite mentally unstable. Sakem often has extreme mood swings, going from a joyful and seemingly innocent young man to a psychotic and ruthless killer in a matter of seconds. His attention is not easily caught and he tends to have issues concentrating on things he doesn't take complete interest in. This causes much frustration in groups when he's forced to work with others, as do his other child like antics, which include practical jokes and the frequent asking of unrelated and astonishingly random questions. He is also quite fond of animals and only hunts them when in need of food or clothes. He has a naturally tender way with them and seems to hold them in higher regard than most people.
Though on Sakem's surface he might seem almost harmless, his darker side is extremely sadistic and bloodthirsty. He has a fascination with certain human body parts (such as eyes and hearts) and will often remove them from victims and often turns them into jewelry or items of clothing. He also enjoys the thrill of hunting someone down and will often toy with them as much as possible before going in for the finishing blow.

Sakem prefers not to fight with weapons, but when he does, he uses several throwing knives hidden throughout his person.
Skills/Magic
Sakem has the ability to transform into various species of animals and beasts, ranging from mice to medium sized dragons. The time it takes for him to change usually depends on the animal he's turning into as beasts with more dramatic changes take longer to shift to. He is also able to partly shift into an animal to use specific skills of that animal. He usually uses this to gain the senses of an animal in order to track a target. Sakem is also an extremely skilled hand to hand combatant and prefers a fluid acrobatic style of fighting. His speed, ferocity, and unpredictability make him a force to be reckoned with on the battle field.
Sakem is capable of casting minor spells, which he mostly never uses. The spells he does utilize are mostly to prevent his feet from getting cut or frostbite when he's out on a hunt.
History
Sakem was born in a far away land, among the Ba, a tribe of shape shifters. They were a kind people with a love for all life, man and animal. Sakem's parents tried to teach them their ways, but there was always something off about him. He would talk by himself, have unexplained outbursts of rage, and many of the other children were scared of him. They loved their child nonetheless and he tried to become more like them. He tried to gain love for people the way he loved beasts, but he had great difficulty with it. When he reached the age of 10, his tribe was attacked by a larger, stronger tribe. They slaughtered the warriors and the elderly and took everyone who couldn't fight as slaves. Sakem, who was already growing into a pretty young man, was ripped away from his mother, given a golden collar, and brought to serve the dominating tribe's chief and family in their home. The chief was not a pleasant man, but he rarely called on Sakem to do his chores, much preferring the company of the young female servants. The chief's children, however, were not like their father and made living in slavery bearable.
The prince and the princess were named Amun and Drama and they were kind to Sakem. They were around his age and treated him more as a brother than a servant. As they grew older, they became his only friends and his only sanity, keeping his mind from completely breaking every time he shouted out for his parents. He grew especially close to Amun, who knew exactly how to soothe him during his random bursts of aggression. When he turned 16, Sakem was not only proclaimed as their servant, but their personal bodyguard and received training from the tribe's warriors in combat. This new tribe became his home. He adopted their gods, dressed as they did, and, though it was forbidden, was in love with one of his captors. But, that didn't last.
A new, mysterious force appeared and destroyed the tribe, reducing them to nothing but ash and rubble. Sakem fought valiantly to protect Amun and Drama, but he was eventually overcome and forced to watch his new family die. He was shattered. Turned captive once more, they placed him on a ship and took him overseas to the strange land the invaders were from. When they got off the boat, he escaped his bonds and slaughter the entire crew. Impressed with his skill, a bounty hunter working for the Dark Lord took him in and taught him many things. Within several years, Sakem surpassed his master and became the one of the Dark Lord's personal hunters and assassins.

Personality
Miernes is a dark person, devoting much of his time to his own goals and pursuits. He is arrogant and proud of his own abilities, at times being blinded by his own ambition or anger. He can, however, be honorable. He rewards those that serve him, but he also leaves a catch in order to lure them into serving him for the rest of their lives. Surprisingly for a Dark Lord, he has a sense of humor and displays biting sarcasm when dealing with servants that displeased him. Miernes enjoys the pleasures of the world: battle, women, riches, and power most of all. Power to control and power to punish those that displease him. His most defining trait, however, happens to be his belief in himself. Though taking the title of Dark Lord and doing terrible things to his enemies, Miernes does not believe himself to be evil. Instead, he arrogantly thinks of himself as a savior and believes in his vision: peace and prosperity under his rule. He will stop at nothing to achieve ultimate power. Miernes also guards his own name, preferring to be called the Dark Lord by all save for those closest to him.

Skills/Magic
Miernes has incredible strength, able to cleave through solid stone with a quality sword. He also knows how to control people, how to inspire fear and awe and, in some cases, even love. Miernes has great power over fire, one notable example being his calling down of a fire storm upon a city that opposed him, though it left him severely drained. Miernes is a master of sorcery, his most notable power being his ability to reach into someone's mind and attack their will and/or uncover all their secrets. Granted, they would have to be in the same room as he or be connected to the Dark Lord in some way. Also, should someone have a strong enough will, they can resist Miernes' intrusion throw him out of their mind. A master of Sorcery, Miernes has many hidden abilities, among them eternal youth, but not immortality. He can die, though this is a fact he conceals zealously.
History
Believe it or not, the man that was to become the Dark Lord was once a normal human being. No one is born evil and Miernes is not the exception. He was born in a peasant family and he loved them dearly. Unfortunately for him, Miernes was born in yet another dark time for Aeos: the time of the Demon Lords. A hundred years prior to his birth, a dark cult of necromancers, dark wizards, and other unsavory magic types attempted a ritual which would give them the powers of the strongest of all demons in the Abyss. Needless to say, they failed and their very life-force was used to open a portal that allowed Seven Demon Lords into the world of Aeos. Born of pure malice and evil, these Demon Lords assaulted the land, gaining the allegiance of the wicked in much the same way Miernes himself would over a thousand years later. They burned, crushed, and destroyed all those that opposed them, throwing the world into chaos as they carved up their own kingdoms, sick parodies of true society. When Miernes was just 13, dark servants of the Demon Lords raided his home village, killing his parents everyone he knew. Miernes himself would have perished were it not for the young mage, Oonar, who had been passing through his village at the time of the attack. With a burst of light, Miernes distracted the demon's minions and whisked Miernes away.
Oonar comforted the boy and took it upon himself to care for him. They traveled together to Falendale, the great Elven hidden city amidst the troubled world and the rest... is legend. There are many tales about how the Great Hero Miernes trained hard to become powerful enough to challenge the Demon Lords, all conflicting with one another. The truth of the matter is that Miernes did somehow defeat the weakest of the Demon Lords and absorb its incredible power upon its death. Then, Mierenes with his mentor, Oonar, hunted the Six remaining Demon Lords one by one and with each victory, Miernes somehow gained the power of the Demon Lord he killed, becoming the most powerful being in the land. With the Last Demon Lord defeated, Miernes departed, traveling for awhile with Oonar and then, at last, alone, never to be heard from again.
For 1000 years, Miernes traveled, seeing the world with all its wonders.... and all its flaws. Whether it was a side effect of the power he acquired, the strain of living hundreds of years past the time he should have died, or a darkness within his own heart, Miernes began to bitterly despise the state the world was in. He grew to believe that only through his rule that the world would be at peace and brought to its fullest potential. So, 1000 years after the final defeat of the Demon Lords, Miernes took on the title of Dark Lord, using his centuries of experience and knowledge to gain power and conquer much of the land, all the while becoming the very thing he once fought against.
