"Well met." Arcadis responded to both of them. He suddenly realized that he was now next to the crazy ones primary target so he stepped slightly away, keeping his eye on Darth. "Mind telling me what's tie deal with that one?"

"From the coversation and memories of the phsyco's host, He's essentially possessed." Argus contiued his rising of the dead while sending in some stronger dead at Darth.

Darth stopped shaking the earth and went back to striking at all the skeletons with his dark lightning. "I live to kill and destroy."

"Some people just don't have lives," Azzurra commented in response to Jenny.

She then stopped once again at the sound of movement around them. Her eyes darted around, trying to track the whereabouts of this unseen individual, before the movements seemed to have just ceased. That was when a loud voice came from above, followed by the trees in front of them catching on fire. Azzurra glanced up at the source of the voice to see a green creature, similar to the one she saw earlier yet not exactly the same one. The first one didn't seem aggressive at all. This must have been the one responsible for that earlier rock attack too. Was this another supernatural with a split-personality?

She instinctively shielded Jenny with one arm, swinging her other arm to send a flurry of ice in an arc towards the burning trees and putting the fire out. Once that was done, she leaned in closer to the teenage girl and spoke in her usual flat tone, but this time with a hint of urgency.

"Continue on straight, you'll soon be out of the forest and you'll see the university. To the left there's a path that leads to the city. Go on, get out of here."

Azzurra then turned her attention back to the malicious creature, forming large spikes of ice out of thin air. "You people..." the multiple spikes launched themselves right at the creature. "Need to get a better hobby!"

"Sorry, but you lost my respect with that first move," Azzurra continued in a disinterested, condescending tone. "A rock? Really? I don't actually want to fight you, though, if you desire to get trashed that badly, I'll gladly indulge you."

(@bloonewb Jenny can stay if she wants, that was just a suggestion by Azzurra :))

Well, apparently that's an ice witch thought Duel. Would've been a bit more convenient to know that before I tried to start a fire.

He stared at the long spear of ice that protruded from his chest. Well, thatsa pickle... Suddenly he felt something inside of him, trying to crawl out. He forced it back. Not now! It's my turn! MY TURN!

His body flowed off the spike like it was liquid. Seconds later he'd completely reformed about a foot away. He rose above the now snow-sprinkled trees. "Oh, where are my manners? I'm afraid I've forgotten to introduce myself! Name's Duel. Yours?" He almost purred as he spoke.

Jenny took off in the direction Azzurra indicated, trying to protect the back of her head with her arms. Through thick shrubbery and tall grass she ran, a few times acquainting herself solidly with trees. Then, she broke through a particularly dense bit of foliage to find herself in open air, as well as short, well maintained grasses, an area devoid of trees, and a small dirt path leading away to a cozy building in the distance. Jenny felt the need to pinch herself, doubting the events that just occurred. She, much to her fright, found that she was awake.

Arcadis nodded as Argus explained what was going on. "I see. Well I want a slice of the fun too." Arcadis started to work his illusion magic and as Darth struck down each of the undead, the magic made it appear as if they were still animated and swinging for Darth.

"Nice" Argus said smugly. "But can you do this!" he cackled as he prepared the spell. "Jistovi Kesnov Montiy!" Let the floor bend and drop to his eyes. "Now Darth should start seeing the floor drop and twist, with him on it! I feel sorry for Jyden if he throws up in the morning" he said with a devious grin.

Darth was still distracted with trying to kill the skeletons, but when he struck through one instead of knocking it down, he finally realized what was happening. An illusion. He stopped striking and was now looking for the one who did the illusion, but as he was doing so, the floor seemed to drop and twist in his eyes, making him dizzy. At least they're trying.

Aaru decided to get away from all the commotion and began walking in the direction in the city. He was hoping to find a place where he could relax for a bit. He then remembered most stores and restaurants were closed at this time of night. He sighed as he turned a corner and walked down a street that led to his neighborhood.

Alexander had gone into a city, looking for a temporary place to stay till he was able to afford his own house. He decided to to take refuge on a bench next to a closed restaurant. He found himself thinking about the commotion that was happening in the park where he had almost been attacked by some black-haired psychopath.

Azzurra cocked her head at the creature. Is this guy for real? No, one does not simply try to start a casual conversation after pulling what he did. That move of setting the trees on fire could have caused some extreme damage had she not had the means to stop it. No doubt, the guy's intention was to cause destruction, and perhaps even injury and death.

"Don't start that with me," she replied coolly. "You're totally off your rocker, aren't you? It's pretty obvious, from what you just tried to do. Perhaps there might be someone more... sane, in there that I could speak to?"

Her last line was, of course, referring to the other, possibly existent, personality of this 'Duel' creature. If this malicious side of his was still insistent on staying outside, however, she would have to find some way to incapacitate him. She had already seen that impaling or cutting did no damage to Duel. Maybe she could lure him into a trap. She stood where she was, prepared for him to make his next move should he choose to do so, at the same time hoping at the back of her mind that Jenny had gotten to safety.

Arcadis smiled as Darth kept swinging at his illusions, but it didn't last long as it became apparent Darth stopped fighting and started looking for him. He decided to bend the light around him to appear invisible to Darth, but he could only do that for so long so they needed to figure out what to do next.

"Well, your screwed" he said as he brought out his sword.

"Someone else?..." Duel paused for a moment. "No, you must be mistaken. Mr."Sane and Nice Guy" is not here at the moment. Would you like to leave a message for him?"

Jenny slowly made her way through the streets, the events of the night replaying themselves over and over again in her mind. She was tired, and slightly thirsty as well. Maybe some coffee would help with that. So she trotted over to a little coffee shop she knew on the outskirts of town. Seeing how it was the dead of night, there were no customers present except her. Jenny ordered a coffee loaded with sugar and cream, hoping this would make her forget, or at least calm her down, and drank it in small sips on the sidewalk right outside the store.

Just as I thought, they are the same person...

Azzurra simply nodded. "So that's how it's going to be. Well then, it seems that you need to be watched over until 'Mr. Sane' returns, don't you?"

She wasn't letting her guard down. Duel had obviously proven to be dangerous, and worse things might happen if he kept this up. The conversation they were having appeared to have toned him down, though, one could never be too sure that he wasn't secretly scheming.

Duel seemed to cringe for a second before laughing and responding. "Well ya see... This isn't really my element you know? I only come out when bad things happen, so if I want to stay out I have to make those bad things happen. This is nice and all, but I have the feeling that if I stay here and chat, I'll eventually revert back to normal," As he said normal, he made air quotes with his hands, "and trust me, being shoved in to the forgotten parts of someone's mind is preeetty uncomfortable. So... I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm going to run away now and set something else on fire! Toodles!" As soon as he said that, Duel became invisible.

Darth was about to strike again when daylight came around which caused him stop fighting all together. Finally! The swords he never used disappeared, his white robe returned to his normal purple and his black hair returned to his natural pink color accompanied with white highlights. His golden eyes returned to their normal purple. Jyden looked around to see how much damage he did as Darth, but it looked like the only thing that REALLY got hurt was the fallen trees. Welp, that's better than it being a person getting hurt. He then looked up at whoever was drawn towards him because of Darth. "Did I hurt either one of you or cause someone to run off?"

Alexander was still sitting on a bench outside of one of the restaurants when the sun came up indicating it was daytime now. He looked at the building he was sitting by. It should start opening soon then.

Aaru had gone back into his house in order to get away from all the ruckus that night. He was watching TV whilst sitting on his couch in the living room.

"Well I can't really get hurt, but we're fine" Argus said with agrin while he and Kija turned thier forms to human. "But now we need to figure things out but first, I've haven't been on earth in over a thousand years, I need a bite, know any good places we can eat and chat?" he said while his clothes turned to a nice suit.

"I guess you don't then..." Azzurra muttered to herself right after Duel disappeared.

What a nutjob. She should have probably been at least a little concerned about what kind of chaos the guy was off to cause next... no, who was she kidding? She didn't actually care, though, if he did get in her way again, he'd be toast. She resumed walking along the path that led back to the university, eventually emerging from the forest. She looked up at the sky and saw the sunrise, realizing that it was morning. Had she been in the forest the entire night?

Well, there goes another sleepless night. Azzurra didn't regret it however. It had been an eventful one, and it was rather refreshing to encounter supernatural activity once in awhile, as opposed to her current routine life on campus, where practically nobody knew of her abilities. Plus, she wouldn't have slept anyway. She then remembered having a morning lecture that day, and casually made her way back to her quarters to get ready for it. It's off to class I go, then...

The sky turned from pitch black to a dark grey, which soon itself gave way to a rich violet and soft orange. Jenny watched the sun rise, finishing off the last dregs of her coffee. Now jittery as a paranoid bug, she toddled back to her home in a daze and crashed on the bed, passing out almost instantly.

The alarm clock rang out. Grumbling, Jenny sat up and beheld the bright blue sky of early morning. Happy to find herself comfortably in her own bed, she stopped the clock and almost danced to the living room. Whew, what an exciting dream she had last night! There was this magic ice woman, and some sort of skeleton, and it was all very exciting. Perhaps she should write it down before memory eludes her, but nah. It was nice to be back in normalville, earth. A small niggling doubt crept up in the back of her head that it was no dream, but she quickly stamped it out. There's no way that could be real, right?
