"Ok, Cubone, use Mud Slap."
Drilbur fainted.
(It's a 2v2 by the way in case you didn't know)

"Blast. I'm sorry Drilbur, I'd hoped to prevent this." Roku felt genuinely sad for Drilbur, but he swiftly masqueraded this with a mischievous smile. "Guess it's your turn, Elekid. Finish Cubone with Quick Attack!"

[MinnieKing]

Cubone fainted...
"Crud... good work, Cubone."
Zach returns Cubone to its pokeball.
"Larvesta, go!" Zach says, sending Larvesta out.

[Ryougu]

"Heh, I guess you're in for a shocker, Zach! Elekid, use thundershock!"

[MinnieKing]

"Larvesta, use Ember."
Larvesta: 30/38

"Guess you could say you just got burned."

[Ryougu]

"Clever, but we'll see this battle through to the end, one way or another! Elekid, use thundershock again!"

"Ok. Larvesta, Ember."

"Elekid, keep it up, hit 'em with thundershock again!"

"Larvesta, Flame Charge."

"Alright, these are the final moments, Elekid. Use thundershock."

"Cmon Larvesta, Flame Charge."

"Gotcha now! You can do it Elekid, use Quick Attack!"

[Nyctophilia]

"No, Larvesta!" Slightly upset, Alex shoves his pom poms back into his bag.

[MinnieKing]

Larvesta fainted!
"Ah... dangit. Good job, Larvesta." Zach says, returning Larvesta.

[Ryougu]

"Wow Zach, you're really good! You almost had us there." Roku said with a friednly smile. "But I've gotta run along now, I'd hold the gym battle right away, but my team needs some rest." With his hand already on the door's handle, Roku paused for a moment and turned towards the gym leader. "Don't get me wrong, I'll be back here in a flash and I'll take that badge!"

With his praises sung, and the gym leader once more challenged, Roku quickly left for the poké center.

[MinnieKing]

"Thanks." is Zachs reply.

At the pokecenter, his pokemon get healed.

With nothing better to do, Alex decides to challenge the gym leader himself.
"I'm here for a battle!"

[MinnieKing]

"Uh... prove yourself first and battle that Zach guy."
"Cmon! Not again."

[Ryougu]

Returning to the gym, at the speed of light Roku finds Alex challenging the gym Leader. "Hey, not cool man... I had to fight that dude, Zach before he'd allow me to battle him, too. Mind you, this guy's a joke, all his trainers just left him. Anyway, gym leader, ready to get your @$$ handed to you?"
