Okay I'll help tear here.

First off, We would all like to have you write a bio/story about him because without it... we are confused. Well at least I am and I read every character and take notes on them. If you have a project to work on that is wanting you to avoid writing.... then I don't think a role-playing website is what you should be spending your time on.

But here are some things to consider;
Why does he have hookswords? How did he get them? Is he any good at them? Take these questions and answer them somewhere in your CS.
You HAVE to be specific on your rations. You can't just say 10X rations. As far as we know, that could be anything from a single bean to a cheeseburger.
Also, like what tear has everyone on their toes about: How much water can your nine water bottles hold? Also is your 2 gallon pack used for water? Probably, but do you know how much water weighs especially if you are trying to run away from zombies and/or humans trying to kill you?
How or why is this person afraid of spiders or other arachnids?
Go in way more depth into your personality too. He is a caring sociopath yes? Explain.

And on top of all this, It is VERY unlikely that a fifteen year old is going to be surviving in the zombie-apocalypse. If you even read throughout the other characters or the actual OOC in general, you'd know that this character will not be accepted. I think you are trying to make a BA character in a world where there is no such thing.

Look, I would be pleased to have you join. I'm saving you from the wrath that Tear will bring upon reading your character.

*gives 1000 internets, awareded to Svenn* Thank you, my friend. You get it. I think he's got the beginnings of a good concept, but it needs a lot of work, and a lot of thought or consideration. You hit the nail on the head with your questions, which saves me some time.It means much to me, that you guys get it. Also there's the consideration that this isn't a video game. This is more of a collaborative writing work. I've thought often over the last few days whether I should have set this up as an Advanced rp. I can settle for casual to high casual. Along those lines, I wouldn't say start reading Max Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide either. Its got good info, but don't rely on it.

Again when it comes to character creation, everything matters. Everything is changed in any number of ways by the smallest of things.

Oh, that reminds me, I do have a floorplan for the asylum, but I need to edit it and get it posted.

And I'm sorry things haven't gotten started yet. Svenn, again, was right in that I want to throw some of my own characters into the mix. I'm working on them, for sure. This RP has been on my mind most of my waking hours. While at home, I've been turning over ideas, reading over sheets, plotting some, and turning over ideas for characters examining them every which way. When I'm at work and have the time to think about anything but work, I'm usually focused on this. As soon as I get done and home, I'm on my computer, checking the thread... and then I find -another- new character or two, which changes things. Not that I'm complaining. I think that's effin' great!
