Cooper sprawled on his side once knocked over, showing his belly, wagging his tail so fast, Kalinda expected him to take off like a helicopter at any moment. He didn't seem to be hurt, so Kalinda didn't worry. She steeled herself, and looked up, but ended up closing her eyes. thats the problem she thought i want to be with you. Every single moment of the day. It hurts. Both because I know I hurt you, and because of that, I feel that I have no right to be with you and yet she couldn't say the words, couldn't bring herself to do it. Because it would just hurt them both.

As he came over and caressed her check, she let her eyes open, her eyes swimming with tears, unshed. She swallowed, painfully. "It hurts." Her voice was soft, broken, riddled with emotion, "wanting to be with you, but being to guilty, to ashamed, to..." She swallowed again "in knowing what I did..." She sighed heavily, and looked away

Hal gave a bark, watching the puppy with an amused dog expression. Michael sighed, "Kali I know I know but I never stopped loving you never stopped never dated because my heart would only ache for one person and that's you Kali I'll be patient I promise you that."

you don't know how deep my love runs for you, if I told you now I'm scared you would run off and never come back. You came back and I'm grateful for that, but I don't need to scare you off again. He let out an internal sigh, he was scared on what to say his eyes were on Hal he didn't know what to say.

Connor put his arms around Hannah's waist, "come on no more spying on them michale might not be good with words but his patience never runs out he'll wait his entire life for Kalinda to come back to him now come on its rude to be spying on people." He whispered it in her ear.

As Haley watched Cooper, he waited,and was then on his feet, stumbling over his paws in his excitement to pounce, laying his front paws on Haley's side, in an attempt to reach an ear and tug on it.

It would be so easy to simply take, without caring. But she did care, with every fibre of her being, and wanted to be able to give easily, without guilt or shame. But maybe...maybe she could just give them both a little comfort. Without too much hurt. But she feared if she did, she wouldn't be able to hold back. And knew if she did, Michael would hold on and never let go, leaving the wound open still, and festering.

Sudden anger surged through her. It shocked her, and caused her to rock back on her heels. Why was she punishing herself, for what had happened, for what was beyond her control? What if this was what they wanted, to keep them apart, to break the team? It was quickly followed by horror. Had she played right into the spies hands? Reacting the way she had? Was she that foolish? She would have done anything to make sure Michael was safe. Anything.

"Michael" she said softly, waited for him to look to her. take the leap. Do it when he had looked to her, she stepped close, and kissed him softly, tentatively, almost shyly.

Hannah sighed softly, letting Connor pull her back a bit and said softly so she wouldn't be heard, "I just want to know everything's alright. Just a bit longer...." But she turned away, resisting the urge to look back. "Alright, alright"

When Michael heard his name, he turned his head toward her, to only feel her lips on his. Shocked and suprised it took him a moment to get over it before responding. Putting his arms around her waist and pulling her closer to him, he promised himself he would never let go of her again. He had already lost her once, he wouldn't lose her again.

Connor sighed, "I know you do I do also I consider Michael a brother. Everything will be fine between them Hannah don't worry to much on that really Michael's to stubborn to give up he's a stark after all." He said it with a smile, "just like I was to stubborn to give up on you guess it runs in the Starks and Rogers family."

Kalinda smiled slightly, feeling his shock and surprise, and when he responded, so did she, letting her arms slip around him, and simply letting herself relax, truly relax, for the first time in years. Everything felt right, and she knew she would never be able to survive the same again. She broke away after a few moments, but didn't pull away. She didn't say anything, unable to even think of something to say. What could she say? She sighed softly, contentedly, Then she said, softly "Hannah has been watching us, I think"

Hannah laughed softly, and shook her head, "no, some people just see what they want and get it" she sighed, and said "how can you be so sure? It hurt them both so much..."

Connor just sighed, "I know it hurt them both Hannah I know that. But Michael would do anything to have Kalinda back everything will be alright between them." He pulled her closer to him, "hopefully you won't do that to me, I would be in pieces if you left me."

Michael softly chuckled, "I believe Connors up there also talking to her I don't think she saw us kiss just now." He rested his forehead against hers, "you don't know how much I missed this how much I've missed you Kali. No words can say how much I missed this." His gaze slightly turning toward upstairs, seeing Hannah's back to them.

Hannah nodded, knowing she couldn't pormise anything. Faced with the choice of keeping Connor alive, or being with him and dead, she would chose the first option. "No one is to blame but the jerks that caused it all" she said softly, "come on, let's go up before we get caught" she smiled slightly, and took one of Connors hands, letting her fingers twine with his.

Kalinda was content to stay like that a few more moments, and she simply just took it all in. Worry and fear rolled around inside of her, making her want to bolt before anything happened, but she tried to suppress it, swallowing, and listening as Michael spoke. She didn't have anything to say to that, so she nodded and hugged him. After some time, she finally said "I really should see tithe left overs. And Cooper needs to be fed, before he starts to try and eat said left overs"

Michael laughed, and letting go with a sigh. He nodded, "it's nice to have you back Kali it truly is," he looks to bak she was only giving Michael a curious look shaking her head lightly shaking coop in the process. He sighed, not knowing what to do then he smacked himself internally. Getting his computer out he started hacking into shields satay base.

Connor came with willingly, letting Hannah take him where she wanted to. That's the thing he learned about being with her, you learn quickly to go along with things fairly well. A small sigh escaped his lips even though there was a smile on his face.

Kalinda looked over her shoulder as she headed back to the kitchen, and smiled brightly, "I know" she rolled her eyes at Cooper as he let go, rolling over from the force of being shaken, and looked about as if making sure no one had witnessed his clumsiness. She chuckled, and headed into the kitchen. It didn't take her long to box up the left overs, nor to clean up and it was a simply task to feed Cooper, who came running, barking and yipping as if he hadn't been fed in days, before heading back to the living room.

Michael frowned and his brows creased at one of the spies faces, he rocongnized the spy but he didn't know from where. He sat back, they hadn't found out he was in the daya base, he went through several more spies and found the connection. "So there is corruption like Kali thought." He said it more to himself and under his breath. He kept going through the files, reading through them slowly.

Connor let Hannah pull him into her room, "don't worry to much about it Hannah they'll be fine I know Michael and Kalinda they'll make up I know Michael way to well to let Kalinda walk away from him a second time he won't allow it to happen."

Kalinda stopped in the entrance to the living room, and leaned against the door frame, watching Michael at work. He seemed so oblivious to the world, tapping away at the computer, focused. Talking to himself, as if she wasn't there. Eyes reading the page quickly. She smiled, and walked up to him. She sat down, without saying a word, in order to not disturb him. She tried to read the screen, but couldn't do so.

Hannah nkdded. "I guess we will just have to wait and see" she said, "but I still can't help but worry" she said softly, and shrugged. "Well. Distract me, or I will go backdown there and spy somemore" she said

Michael sighed, rubbing his eyes. His dad had said if he looked at a screen to long then his eyes would take awhile to refocus on the real world. He shook his head, finally his eyes focused. He turned his head slightly to Kalinda, he scrolled back up the leaders page. Handing her his laptop, "found your guy." His voice was low, it was obvious he didn't like this guy for hurting Kalinda.

Connor smiled some, "you want a distraction alright then." He sat by her, caressing her face he kissed her his lips meetin hers gently. It was the only thing he knew that, it was the only thing he could come up with to distract her.

Kalinda took the laptop, swallowed. She read the screen, keeping a calm manor. She tried not to react, but her hands curled around the laptop, and she placed it aside. She cleared her thought. "Okay. So we have a name, and image. Now what?" She said, her voice steady, but fury radiated below the surface. She took a deep, steadying breath, knowing that it would be foolish to simply go in without being prepared.

Hannah laughed, slipping her arms around Connor, returning the soft, gentle kiss. the perfect distraction, as the only thing that demanded her attention was Connor himself now.

Michael thought for a moment, "I'll get the others we'll see what we can come up with with all of us down here." He climbed the stairs, knocking on each of there doors telling them to meet him an Kalinda downstairs. Zack nodded going down stairs. He knocked on Hannah's door Connor jumped back in suprise. He opened the door to find Michael standing there.

"Go downstairs we need to plan we got the connection and there is corruption in shield we need a plan on how to approach this." Connor nodded to that, before looking over his shoulder at Hannah. Michael walked back downstairs, now waiting for Hannah and Tory, Connor came down stairs Michael took Kalinda's hand in his lacing his fingers through hers.

"Now I don't really have an idea on how to approach this. I just know they have a lot of agents that are corrupted and cameras I can't really come up with a approach on this." He was sitting on the armrest of the couch Kali's fingers laced between his.

Hannah sighed softly, "And thus the reason why we are all here. We should head down" She said, rising, running her hands through her long brown hair, and tying it up with a hair tie, out of her face. She smiled, leading the way back downstairs, seeing that Tory was coming down as well.

Kalinda waited as Michael collected the others. She picked up Cooper when he came in, in order to stop him from going crazy when they all came downstairs. Her eyes strayed to the laptop again, but she let herself be distracted as Cooper licked her face eagerly. When Michael returned, it was either put Cooper down, or have her hands stretched badly as the little puppy wriggled about eagerly, wanting to be put down to run about.

"Such a child" She said with a soft laugh, putting him down, and he at once started running around and exploring things, jumping up as Michael returned.

She had enough time to wipe her face from the licking, before Michael took her hand, frowning as he spoke. "Camera's are easy to by pass. People aren't. The people aren't. I imagine they know our faces. So we should enlist the help of someone else. Not a shield agent, obviously" She said with a soft sigh, looking up as Hannah appeared on the stairs.

Michael frowned at the thought, his brows creasing. "I could probably get my dad or his friend david to pay a visit to keep most of there attention on them they don't really know david that well or should I say the black panther since he hasn't really been in there data base before." Connor nodded slightly to that, "we need to send someone in they don't know and there fighting skills it would make it easier on us in a way."

Zack sighed, "yah though once they know hi sighting skills they'll hit him with something he doesn't know." Michael smiled, "that's why david is good at being in political soya toons he is after all his fathers son and leader of there tribe I can call him up. Though we got another thing how are we supposed to get in while David is distracting?"

Kalinda decided to be silent, letting them discuss it, listening as they did. When it was asked how they should get in, how they were suppose to, Kalinda smiled slightly, "I can get in, find a back entrance, one that isn't guarded and let the rest of you in. my camouflage and invisibility aspects of my suit stills works" She had never been able to replicate the suits effects, but luckily her suit seemed pretty durable.

"It will be easy once there's a distraction" She said, suddenly feeling like she had to sell that idea, "then I don't have to worry about accidentally crashing into someone" She said with a soft laugh, but she shifted nervously.

Michael nodded to that, "alright then since we are dealing with the spy that wanted Kalinda out of the way I at I'll do the distraction I can cause some havoc with some hacking and getting agents attention pretty quickly I tend to like pissing them off for my way." He smiled a bit, remembering how he had pissed off fury.

Connor smiled slightly, "alright then Michael will cause the distraction letting us get to the other spies and get pay back then I'm guessing either me or Zach will confront fury and tell him to shut down shield its to dangerous now to leave up and running."

Kalinda let out a slow breath, trying not to show her relief. She needed to be able to do something, and not just be sitting back. Needed it more, since she could now face those that had tried to break her, tried to move her away from Michael, from the group. She could make them pay, if she wanted to. But would that make her any better then them? She hadn't been given a chance to defend herself, and had merely walked into what they wanted. She wanted them to pay. But she could be patient, and she could control herself.

She nodded. "Right. So now we just need to figure out when we do this" She said, watching Cooper try and jump up on everyone, the young dog clearly excited and wanting everyone's attention, all at the same time.

Michael shrugged, "it's up to you guys on when we do this I don't really care I have free time on my hands really had free time on my hands for four years." He just leaned back into the couch his fingers still intertwined with kalindas. "Though I have redone fade or now archangel really since I'm not really going back rousing the suits again not for a long time."

Connor looked at him, he had known what had happened. He knew what the damage was on the suit of that day, since he had to get help from some other friends to pull Michael out of the water. A small sigh escaped his lips, before he shrugged.
