Zephyr Hardt

Zephyr couldn't help himself but laugh at Mieksy reactions, none of what he said offended Zephyr in any way yet here he was saying sorry and fidgeting about it. "Don't worry about it dude, you should be more open minded anyway. Say what you want to say, I do and has anythhing ever gone wrong? .... Actually don't answer that." Zephyr said smirking at Mikey as he once again put himself down. Zephyr shook his head and simply pat Mikeys shoulder. "Well I don't think so. yet if you think that, then don't be afraid to ask for help as you think you would be bothering people. Aren't we your friends?"

Ariel
@Caits
Ariel tried to get a view of what Tidius was looking at. She briefly saw an airship before it went out of sight. Walking over she surveyed the lacrama that were there. However the games were still going on and the magical activity finally got to her. There was a tug of war with several magics being used. Several of them she'd had before so there wasn't too much that could change. "Ugh, a lot of magic is being used right now."

Sasha
@yipeeXD@lmpkio

Sasha smiled, and nodded, "I do know. The first time I walked into the guild....it reminded me of my parents, my brother before they died" She said eyes on the lacrima screen, watching Amelia's fight ""the guild is a home, a family. I liked that" She said, remembering her first day in the guild. She hadn't spoke to anyone except asking to join, but the guild had been warm.

Tidius
@T2wave

Tidus turned the Lacrima off as Ariel looked over his shoulder, but saw that she seemed to be struggling. Tidius watched her curiously, "Of course. the games have a lot of magic, typically I'd imagine and there seems to be a lot going on that isn't related to the games either" He said, wondering if the magic would effect Ariel, and just how it would do that.

Tidius appeared to be talking more, and didn't seem to notice that he was doing it.

Michael
@Oblivion666

Michael was indeed about to speak up before Zephyr said not to answer it and he fell silent again as Zephyr continued speaking. "y-yes. B-but...I p-p-promised that if I ever j-joined a guild, and h-had other f-f-fr-friends then my b-brother I w-w-wouldn't be a b-burden. This is s-s-something I have to do." He said softly, stuttering through it

Master Jamie

Jamie had left the arena, moving through the city without being noticed by the lacrima's, watching the airship, and wondering if he would have to pay for it, but then figured that they had kidnapped one of her members, that it was a moot point. Jamie glanced to the magical power that was Amelia's fight, hoping that she was alright, that Jamie hadn't made a mistake.

she'll be fine. There's precautions in place she thought to herself, as Jamie followed where Damian had found the bow that was Trinity. Jamie paused for a moment or two, looking about, before heading off in what Jamie thought was the way that Mithera had flown off to. Jamie did not believe that the same guild kidnapped both of them, and was more then sure that Iron Enigma had taken Mithera, even if the member that had come this morning didn't know about it.

Jamie paused again, wondering if he should try and contact Melina. No doubt the blood witch would be able to find Mithera easily enough, but that might be playing into Iron Engima's hands. On the other hand, they would, Jamie assumed, try and get Melina as well.

Jamie continued, thinking.

Hyun Sasithom– Frenzy Camp

As far away as they were, the events surrounding the plummeting airship did not interrupt combat practice. The Frenzy Plant soldiers continued training at a good pace, experimenting with different weapon types. When Zander brought out a war hammer, several of the trainees were surprised to see the hammerhead wasn't much larger than a candlestick. On this, the Ruby Knight was happy to elaborate. ”Hmm, yes. From all of the giant, ridiculous weapons you see all the time, you'd never expect actual hammers used in war to be so small. The principle is simple: for people without the use of physics-defying magic, weapons have to follow certain rules. Even for the mightiest men, huge weapons are impractical because as size increases, volume increases faster than surface area. In other words, a big hammer may deal twice the damage of a small one, but it takes three or four times the strength to swing. The workaround is to use less dense materials, but that lowers damage capability. So why use a huge, clumsy, light weapon when you can have a much denser smaller one? That smaller the point of impact, the more concentrated the force. On a giant mallet, the force is so spread out that even if you could hit, you'd be knocking the opponent back more than crushing their vitals. Here, take it. Get a feel for its heft.”

Even Hyun accepted a hammer, if only for a moment. Everyone else experimented a little with the hammer on training dummies. It was obvious that blunt weapons were the way to go against armored opponents. The swordswoman was, however, the first to pipe up with a new question. Evidently, being humbled again even after her power boost and attitude change had brought her back down to earth. ”Zan...uh, sir. How do you deal with a person larger and heavier than you, who attempts to grapple?”

After setting two of the other trainees to practice parrying, the Ruby Knight considered the question. ”I know you are referring to Damian. You did well, actually, to turn his own force against him. All muscles are bound by the same rules. A grip may be unbreakable in one position, but if you're able to twist a foe's wrist in a certain way, you can slip right out. If you're lighter and faster, you can reposition more quickly...”

”Yes, yes, I know. Sir.” Hyun interrupted. ”Holds were taught in my country. I mean holds like what he used to...to finish me off.”

Frowning, Zander thought about reprimanding her for interrupting, but knew that this was a touchy subject. In the end he decided to answer her. ”Hm. I know you're too familiar with the nature of physical ability to get mad at me for saying this, but grappling like that is something women typically have a hard time counteracting. It is why in professional wrestling women and men do not often compete. Best course of action would be to never let him get too close. Are you familiar with the concept of spring-heeling?” She was not. ”Well, if you lift up one foot off the ground slightly, you can spring off your back to take a very quick step in any direction. Since it doesn't disrupt your balance, you can immediately change direction for another step. Use that to backpedal out of the way if a man you're fighting attempts to grab you.”

Hyun nodded sagaciously. ”Or to move to the side. If his hands are up, his ribcage is unprotected, and most armor has a weakspot below the shoulder for arm mobility.”

”If I may say so, it seems like you're really thinking about Damian. Are you planning to fight him again?”

An unexpected question. Hyun guessed she hadn't really thought about it. Now that she considered it, a rematch was mandated by her deep-seated principle of honor. That, however, was an dilemma in and of itself. ”I...well. In my mind I had already decided that I'd have to fight him again. That was honor speaking for me. Hmm...” She paused, thinking. When she seated herself on the grass, legs crossed, Zander joined her, taking his helmet off to see more personable. “Back in Seven, I could afford to live by that code, but here I can choose for myself. I'm not honor-bound to beat him or die trying. Beating him wouldn't even be much of an accomplishment after losing once. Even so...I think I will challenge him again. Perhaps on the last day of the games. It will help clear my head of any lingering demons.” Her eyes rested on the trainees, who had stopped to listen to her. They flinched guiltily, causing something strange to happen. Hyun cracked a smile—not a wry one, or the crazy one that she'd worn when she trumped Zander earlier. This one was true. ”In the mean time, I think I will spend some more time with you all. Now that I will never get my kingdom back, you are the people I care most for. I think I knew this a while ago, but I couldn't spare enough focus to realize it.”

She stood up and grabbed a warhammer, flexing her fingers around the handle. ”Enough lollygagging. We all have a lot more to learn, and only so many hours in the day.”

Xyster - Crocus Streets

@CirusArvennicus

Xyster watched, wide-eyed, as Salvoy struggled to raise the ship. After a few moments, it became clear that the task was growing less strenuous. New and lively noises from within the ship supported the theory that whatever bizarre and miraculous magical contraption enabled a boat to sail through the air had been reactivated. With his burden eased, the World began to walk forward, searching for a place to put the ship. He spotted a park in the distance and began to make his way toward it. Huge legs and a long stride made for good time, and in short order, whale, ship, and everyone on board were nearing the park in which Frenzy Plant had made its camp. Spotting the bright green tents, Xyster shouted, ”It's my mates! Put the boat down over there, whale man! You can count on our bunch to sort this out.”

Salvoy obliged, not hesitating to step on any maze creatures that got in his way. As he was walking over to a convenient patch of grass to place the ship on, Xyster jumped down from his arm to land on the ground. Naturally, she tripped, and her head flew off. Fortunately, her guildmates were on hand to retrieve it for her. ”Friends!” the head cheerfully and unnervingly exclaimed. ”I thought that everyone was supposed to get indoors for the maze? Nevermind! I brought you guys a present!” Her ribbons unraveled and lashed out around her body's hand, pulling the head back to her. Grinning, she pointed toward the ship that Salvoy was just now letting go of.

Nero the Genie – near Dragon Fang

@Caits @Invisible Man@liferusher

The news hadn't particularly surprised Nero, though he did duck out of the Time Lord's hand as soon as possible, muttering, ”No touchies.”. Chances were that the Games would be going to take advantage of the sprawling city layout sooner or later. After readjusting his shirt following Ayame's tugging, he gave the child a pat on the head before saying, ”Looks like we're in for a sweet in-guild breakfast. I'll hold you to it about those omelets, time man. I've sto...had enough hotel omelets to know that most aren't egg-xactly edible. Nyeheheh.”

Without further ado he waltzed right into the establishment. His gaze landed on a painting hanging on the wall, which depicted dogs playing poker. The dark mage shivered. ”So unnatural.” Fortunately, his nose managed to get him back on track, steering him straight toward the meal area. ”Hey, Aya. Would ya mind finding a seat? I'll grab food for ya. Whaddya want?”

Artemis - Phoenix Wing Seating
@Zarkun
Watching the games unfold it was interesting seeing other spirits fighting. Things seemed to change up quite a bit when a spirit was summoned that none of them had ever seen. James asked her about the spirit and she had to shrug. "I've never seen it before. But I haven't seen many of her spirits. It doesn't look good though." Leaning closer she had a slight shiver run down her back.

Ariel
@Caits
Even though there were several other magics in the area, at the moment there were several that used spirits. While Ariel had attained Spirit magic, something she didn't entirely realize, she had not yet actually gained the ability to summon anything. Before anything else though she switched to Spirit magic. Her expression became rather blank and she looked around confused.

Seeing Tidius she waved slightly as if she didn't know he was there. "Oh, hello. What were you saying?" The way she was acting it was almost child like. Definitely less energetic but curious about everything.

Zami - The Bubble Magician
____________
With Penny & Isla

Zami gave Penny a smile and wrote "Cool. I'll look forward to meeting them. For now I'll cheer them both on." Almost as soon as he glanced back to continue watching the lacrima, he felt the now familiar wet touch of Isla's paintbrush and reactively turned to find no one there, only to realise that she was behind him peaking around the opposite side of him. He was too slow though and she had left a yellow kiss mark on him cheek. He touched his right thumb to his index finger and gave his wrist a little shake. His hand got wet and slippery, the tiny magic circle he formed with his thumb and index finger being the source. He blew a bubble to the size of a snow-globe and used it to absorb the paint off his face. This time though he didn't bother going to the effort of spelling words with the paint, he just simply dissolved it and wrote "Please, Isla...I'm only going to tell ya once...If you're going to do that, ask first."

At this stage she was already making signs to say girlfriend, gesturing towards Penny. In response, Zami simply shook his head. Admittedly he had to try hold back a smirk. Then Penny seemed to catch on to things pretty quick, most likely due to the dirty face Isla was making, and denied it. Zami sniggered at how defensive she was getting and then wrote "She's only messing." "She wouldn't be my type anyway" he thought to himself. Zami then turned to Isla. "Here listen. It's good to see you again but I think these seats are specifically for Phoenix Wing guild members so you probably shouldn't be here. Besides, I'd like to watch the games and I'm sure you'd want to also. Oh! Thanks for your help and telling me about this guild!" He smiled and gave her a good hug. "Maybe I'll let ya paint my face a bit later after the fights if you ask me first. Talk to ya later."

tidius
@t2wave

Tidius frowned as Ariel seemed distracted. There didn't appear to be much of a change with her, but her personality did seem to change again. "I was just talking about the games" he said, frowning slightly "what magic is this?" he asked her, wondering just how many magics she had, how many reactions there was.

penny

Penny watched he lacrima, worried. There was something bigger going on here, and Penny wished she was there, to help. And to kick butt for hurting Phoenix wing members. "there isn't really any assigned seating. We just tend to stick together" she said, sparring a quick glance to read what Zami was writing

jarvis

Figuring they had some time in their hands, Jarvis took out a fairy large lacrima, Similar to a basketball, fiddling with it for a moment with both hands, the games came on, and Jarvis quickly focused on what was happening, before saying, taken about, shocked and now worried more then before "what the hell is Amelia doing in the games? What is going on?0

He was clearly not pleased, worried. He shifted, staring at the lacrima with intensity, as if he could just step through it and to the games

Marlene smiles warmly as she hears Sasha's reason on join the guild. It even reminded her of her own family, for how nice they were, their warm smiles and touch,

"So family huh?" she replies as she continues watching the fight, "Yeah. The guild is quite warm. And that's what made me stay in too. Seems like I made the right choice huh?"

Mayt --- Convoy
Mayt would blink awake from his nap as Jarvis tuned into the games, and groaned at Jarvis complaining about Amelia being in the games. "I'm sure she'll be alright." He yawned, opening his eyes fully and stretching. "You should get some sleep. We'll have to... Keep watch tonight." He smirked a bit, and looked over at the Lacrima, watching what was going on. He'd watch for a moment, before licking his lips and standing up. "I'm going to get some food, tell me if someone I actually know comes on. No offense, but I haven't learned everyone in the guild quite yet." He'd smirk, and slide through the people to talk to the driver to see about getting food.

Magni - Frenzy Plant Camp

The Antimage, as usual, was sitting quietly inside of a tree contemplating to himself for the longest of time. These thoughts were hovering around the sudden power spike with the new and improved Hyun, and Magni was honestly disturbed by what he had seen. There are few times in one's life to set the boundaries of how strong one can get in a lifetime, and these boundaries have been broken in a constant manner ever since he had started to truly learn the power of magic. Now, Hyun's power spike didn't break the boundary of supreme power, but it merely just made him feel surprised once again, surprised by sheer power.

The Antimage soon was brought out of his past memories as something the presence of two powerful beings entered the camp. His eyes moved around, trying to search for the two powerful beings before his eyes set upon the large ship being carried by the same whale in that arena he had seen yesterday with also the Frenzy Plant mage Xyster nearby with her usual disembodied head hanging from her side. Well, Magni was glad to send his mind into something less horrifying and traumatizing as he jumped down from his tree to join the large group of Frenzy Plant soldiers that had stayed behind. "What'd I miss?"

Eve - Dragon Fang Hotel

It was the first day of her new perspective of life without requiring any kind of crazy outlook on the world without dying to sadness! And the first thing she shall do with her new found life is... have breakfast with her friends! Time Lord was kind enough to let the group know that the town was being used for the games so the group couldn't leave the building, however, it was lucky enough for the hotel that they were currently residing in still having workers inside of the building. So, with Nero adding in his pun about the food, it was time to move. The group moved with Nero in the front, Ayame tugging along side with Nero and her usual self of trying to avoid Eve at all possible cost... She really needed to figure out to befriend her, maybe during the breakfast. Lastly, Time Lord was in the back probably watching the group do their thing and mainly watching Nero and his crazy shenanigans.

So when the group arrived at the dining area, it seemed that Nero was being the gentleman to Ayame as it appeared that he was going to take her order. Eve smiled at the gesture before sitting on a nearby chair, she would get her food later. The Necromancer soon pulled out Time Lord's lacrima to watch the cycle once again. The entire thing was quite simple, but the cycle seemed to entrance her. Even though Nero took the sadness out of her, there were still some things that had left permanent marks on her like the idea of death. The process of it still interested the Necromancer, but on a much less creepier scale than her counterpart. So, the girl continued to stare at the orb, her eyes soon becoming focusing only upon the dying and living rose.

Ariel
@Caits
"Oh yeah. That's why I changed again. Huh." There was a slight pause when Tidius asked what magic she was currently displaying. Last time she changed into this it was mostly a blur. However she did have some idea after giving it enough thought. "This is Spirit magic. I don't really know what it does. The first time I passed out for some reason."

Hopping from one foot to the other Ariel seemed to be a little floaty. Even though there was little visible change it seemed to have some physical aspect to it. Spirit magic wasn't something Tidius had likely ever seen apart from spirits from other realms like Celestial Spirits. If it were the case then perhaps the woman's abilities were not limited to just Earthland magic.

Where, oh Where Did My Little Bard Go?
Part 3

Starring

Damian Gerald, Trinity Stratos

By: Zarkun and Cirus

"Oh, seems like someone's got it. Cool. Let's go back, huh? Jamie must be worried."

"If she's not seething at the fact that I as good as crashed an airship into Crocus..." He turned to look Trinity over before pulling out her bow and offering it to her. "Oh, here's this."

Trinity looked at him curiously, though her attention was brought to her bow, shortly. "Ah, you found it! Thank you." She touched her hand to it and requipped it away.

"Before we go, do you know anything about Mithera's kidnapping?"

"Mithera was, as well? They were targetting me... I don't know." Trinity shook her head. Now she was worried. Maybe Mithera would have been safe if they didn't end up separated. "I hope she's alright."

Damian nodded and sighed, heading for the way off the roof. "So all I've still got left to go on is Melina's warning. Guess I'll be paying Iron Enigma a visit then." He let Trinity go down first, confident that her kidnappers were busy trying to survive, and followed closely after, steering them in the direction of the colloseum. "You know, Master Jamie won't let you go anywhere alone now."

The young lady listened attentively as Damian spoke. He was going to be visiting one of the other guilds? Sounded like it wasn't a social call. "Hmmm, oh no? Well, whoever is going to accompany me had better be able to perform, somehow." Street performances were one of her prefered pastimes, after all. "I wonder who he'll have guard me."

Damian shrugs as they continue on. "Well, probably someone who both knows you and could compliment the skills he knows about."

"Aah, yes, I'm sure Master will make a fine choice."

"Of course, she'll flip when she learns that you hid a magic from him."

"Mmnn. It couldn't be helped. To have used it or made it known would have raised the odds of someone hearing about it. If I had used it before and made a name while doing so, it would have only drawn their ear, y'know? I hid it because it's what they're after. But, well... Now he knows who I hang out with these days. I don't think running and hiding anymore has any point." There was another reason, as well, but she didn't think well of burdening him with her personal agenda.

Oh, that reminded her. "Ah, Damian. Have you seen Nero lately?"

"Last time I saw him was in the medical wing, though he's been running around if I know how the 'genie' likes to be. Why?

"There's something I would like to talk to him about, that's all."

Damian raises an eyebrow as the stairs to the seating area come into view."Sure, if you take someone with you who can clean his clock if the need arises. You'd be too close to use your archery magic."

"It's not like I'm going to just not use it if I have to, Damian. Or want to. Just not bein' flashy, that's all." The minstrel gave her guildmate a bland look. She lifted a hand and made a fist, a glowing golden brass knuckle forming on her hand before she looses her first and it disappeared again. It was very brief. They were approaching a crowded area, as though where they were then wasn't. "Besides, we're more-or-less friends. I don't think he'd do anything against me. He even wants to grant me a wish."

"The guy's sense of what a 'wish' is needs some serious improvement, or did you forget what he did when he first showed up in Magnolia?"

"No, I remember. But that was different. If his magic works as he says, then the woman is truely vicious. Though perhaps his methods were..."

"Extreme?" Damian looked over at her. "Just play it smart with him."

"Yes, yes, I'll be careful." Trinity smiled softly and gave a soft sigh. Her gaze cast about as they entered, looking for their guild. Extreme was an appropriate word, she could not deny. Her eyes caught sight of their guild's seating, and she perked, but soon sulked. "Aww, Master's not here. Where could she be?"

Damian shrugged and looked around. "Either out hunting down Mithera or out chasing me. Hopefully the latter..." Leading the way, he made sure Trinity made it to Karn then turned to head out again, waving towards them. "Stick to her like glue, Karn. There are some real mean folks that want to get their hands on her."

"Aah, I get to spend a lot of time with Karn now? He can't leave me alone?" She plopped herself into the seat next to Karn, spotting Penny and waving. "Penny~"

Ayame

Near Dragon Fang

Nero - Eve - Time Lord

Ayame was startled when she felt the dark mage his hand on her head. Her cheeks brighting up as she emberassedly looked up at Nero. She gave a small pout at him but could still smile after being treated like a little child. In fact it started to feel more normal once he had done it more then a few times during the time they had been together. Ayame gently smiled at him for a bit longer but, her gaze slowly seemed to be drifting away from him in nothing but air. Goosebumps ran over her spine as she recalled some old memories about having the same feeling before but that was very very long ago. Ayame shook her head lightly after being back in the real world again making the untied hairs dance around her face. She gave another small smile at nobody in particulair and somewhat cheerfully aggreed with Nero while giving a swift nod at the same time "Yea!!" breakfast was more then she could use right now. They all advanced to the cafe area of the hotel with Ayame hoping along sides Nero. Once they arrived Nero was a quick thinker and was already onto the food for the two of them. Ayame gave a quick answere so Nero wouldn't have to wait for her to get his own food and hers "Pancakes with a l-lot of syrup p-pretty p-please" Ayame nodded at Nero once again to find a table for all of them but, Eve had already been a lot swifter then her.

Ayame stared at the necromancer for a few seconds thinking about how to approach this situation, it was not like she didn't want to sit with her but rather the idea of not having a single topic to talk to her about and even if she did have a topic it was not like Ayame was the party starter of the group. Ayame slowly approached the table with small steps and her arms clung close to her chest. She placed herself down on the chair crossed from Eve and immediatly notice the annoyance of the height of the chair. It was just a little to high for her feet to reach the ground, only the tips of her toes could barely touch the ground. She ignored the fact for now and glanced over at the girl before looking down at her lap again to hide her emberassment. Her face was fully red up to the point were she could boil water with it. She was however a little curious on to what Eve was holding in her hands. It looked like a rose in a globe but it was constantly withering and starting it's life anew. Ayame couldn't help it and continued on staring at the girl, who was staring at the rose with Ayame herself having a slight open mouth without her even realising it herself.

Time Lord
@Lugubrious@invisible Man@liferusher

Ah. So one uneasiness then. Touching. Time Lord filed that away for future interactions with Nero. "You've stolen enough, yes I know that Nero." Time Lord said, chuckling. Yet another reason why Time Lord Disliked Nero. He sighed and followed the group out, uncertain. He sighed again, approaching some of the hotel staff at the buffet. He greeted them warmly, and spoke with them nicely, asking how they felt about the games, and how they were doing. He asked about the food, and was told that the hotel had a magical chef.

Time Lord smiled, and paid for their food, thanking them and wishing them well. He returned to the table, plopping a plate of food in front of Eve as she watched the Rose Lacrima. Time Lord wasn't too sure if that meant she liked it or not as she seemed focused on it. Perhaps making something that had death in it wasn't good for Eve, and her necromancer tendancies. Although maybe it would teach her something.

Something changed as Tiem Lord went to sit down, getting a far away look for a few moments. Well. I didn't expect that he thought to himself, seeming thoughtful, he sipped at a glass of water, "I hope you like the food, Eve" He said to her.

Sasha
@lmpkio@yipeeXD

Sasha nodded, "Yeah, you did" She thought back on everything that had happened with the guild, since she had joined. She'd been with the guild what seemed half of her life. "The guild is warm. We may have some troubles, but we have each others backs" She said, nodding giving Marlene a glance, and a smile. "it's been great being in the guild, and the last year or so has been...amazing"

Tidius
@t2wave

Tidius frowned. He wouldn't have thought Spirit Magic would have an effect on Ariel. it was a specific magic, and spirits tended to chose just a few rare mages. He studied her, pondering it. "Are you able to summon spirits with it?" He asked, thinking on the spirit mages he had questioned before. "Spirit mages I've come across say they can feel when a contract is avaliable to them and can summon the spirit to secure the contract. See if you can do that, please" He asked, wanting to know what Ariel could do.

If she could do it, Tidius thought that would mean she really could diversify, could use any magic. And he wanted to know that.

Jarvis

Jarvis gave a sigh. He let Mayt go, watching the larcima, knowing he wouldn't sleep. There wasn't any reason for him to sleep, and he didn't particularly wish to. He frowned at Mayt's comments, wondering if something was wrong with Mayt. He sighed. There seemed to be a lot of problems out there, at the moment, and just not enough time to focus on them all. He sighed, it seemed that every time he was away from the guild, chaos happened.

Penny

Penny glanced over as she heard her name, seeing Trinity, relieved that all seemed to have worked out. One missing member down, now they just had to find Mithera. "I'll be back in a minute" She said to Zami, rising she went over, "Hi trinity. You seem okay, that's great!" She said, genuinely relieved. "Master Jamie went off, leaving me in charge apparently."

Layle Kvothe

Layle rushed to the control room, knocking out anyone who tried to stop him. There is no time to explain to everyone. He reasoned. Save people now, make nice later. He caught sight of a symbol that brought him up short. He stopped and stared at it. Oh crap, I recognized that Guild mark. He thought, This airship must belong to Nightshade Sliphum. Once again, he considered the sanity of his plan. Someone else could stop this thing right? ...But I can't just walk away from this, and hope someone else with Do Something About This. On the other hand this could lead to big trouble if I pick a fight with a possibly former criminal guild. He sighed. "Damn, for better or for worse, I'm going to see this through." He muttered. His mind made up, he headed for the control room, more stealthily this time, avoiding anyone he could.

Moments later, Layle arrived at the metal door that lead into the control room. He paused, struck with doubt. Angrily he shoved it away and strode forward pulling his MK XI into his hands. Its now or never. He thought. "Lets make an entrance, then." Layle said to himself. He summoned his power, his hands encased in shimmering light blue light, and he blew the door off it's hinges. He ran in like a crazed loner with more of a death wish than survival instinct, gun held ready and teeth set in a fighting grin. "And I'm all out of bubble gum!" He drawled.

Ariel
@Caits
Tidius seemed thoughtful for a while before requesting something of her. Honestly she missed the first question quite a bit. But Ariel did get the instruction to try and summon some spirits. "Oh, I've never tried that before. Let me see." She tried to do what was requested and was slowly surrounded in a light green cloud. What could be seen of her the concentration vanished and was replaced by a brief moment of shock. Her form became less defined and even seemed to be breaking apart. Like with the Green before this seemed to be something that once started needed to run its course.

After a couple minutes Ariel emerged, or more correctly was thrown out onto the ground. The ghostly light green color had been replaced with a light blue and white color scheme. "Ow, ugh. What happened?" A quick glance up they could both see that the light green cloud was still there but seemed to be working its way into three distinct pieces. "Wait. If I'm here then what are those?" Getting to her feet she checked to see what had changed about herself. "Hm." She attempted to cast a spell or two but ultimately came up with nothing. Maybe she had to do something with the clouds. Taking a step closer when she held a hand out to one it reacted and moved. She took a step back and looked at Tidius. "I can feel the magic from these things but I'm not sure what to do with them."

Zami - The Bubble Magician
____________
With Penny & Isla

"Ohhh! Right..." Zami thought when Penny pointed out there was no assigned seating. Zami felt really thick at that point and his embarrassment showed. He turned to Penny to write "Oh I didn't know that.". He then turned to Isla. "Sorry, my bad. We can hang out a bit so but seriously please ask before you paint on me and I do wanna watch the games." In an attempt to divert her paintbrush elsewhere, Zami conjured another bubble and hardened it into a clear orb of solid glass. He handed it to Isla and pointed at her paints then to the orb. "I hope she enjoys her new canvas. Otherwise I might end up floating her into the next county for painting my face again without permission." Zami couldn't help but imagine the scenario playing out, a look of mischief on his face as he did so.

Suddenly someone called out Penny's name and caught Zami's eye. When Penny said she'd be back in a minute, he nodded. Penny's back was turned for a moment before Zami's eyes met with Trinity's. Judging by the look of relief in Penny's face to see this person, Zami figured this was another guild member, or at the very least a friend of the guild. He raised his hand and gave her a small informal wave before turning back to Isla to see how the orb painting was going or if she had even gotten the point and started to paint it in the first place.

Karn

Since Trinity and Mithera finally left him alone, the blonde boy had suddenly had a Attack. No not some villian going out and attacking him, just his own body basically eating itself. He needed more rest so he spent most of his time in his room. Sleeping. Dying. Sleeping. Dying. Until he couldn't identify which was a dream or which was reality. After a couple hours of vomiting blood in the restroom, he finally managed to compose himself long enough to at least be able to move around. There was some commotion of some airship crashing and other things, but Karn barely heard anyting as he sluggishly sat at a table with his head resting on top of it.

He mildly heard Damian, but he just waved and gave a groan in acknowledgement before continuing to slightly just nap there. "Hey Trin." Karn managed to greet after a good few minutes, sitting up to look at her before face planting again.

Layle was running through an empty ship, left to run and flail through the sky to buy its former crew time to bail before it crashed into something. Navigating the halls during its remaining time in the air would have been difficult.

Upon arrival, after the ship had already been caught by Salvory and been shut down by the cloaked swordarm...

Cloaked Woman

"Glad I managed to figure that out in time. I guess I'd better go talk to... that whale?"

The cloaked woman on the bridge of the ship was just about to leave, when the door was suddenly blown in off the hinges. The woman reacts quickly and catches the door, letting herself be pushed back to soften the blow before she set the door aside. "Who the hell do you think you are? Get off what is now my ship." Not that it was hers, but she was sure as hell confiscating it.

The woman storms out of the bridge and grabs the young man by the ear as she does, dragging him along.

Assuming he decides to just follow her instead, she emerges onto the exterior deck, just in time to hear Salvory proclaim the ship... a prize? "You know you can't just claim ships like that, right? I think they consider that piracy. Besides, won't the authorities want to hang on to this? For... menacing the populous or something?" If she could get the ship impounded, she could just get it back later. Getting it back from another guild might be a bigger problem. Taking it now, on her own, would be impossible... maybe if the ship were in working order, but she wouldn't even know how to fix it.

"Besides, it's pretty busted. You didn't notice?" Hopefully, that would dissuade them, though... an airship was a big prize.

Trinty Stratos

"Yes, I'm alright. Damian came to rescue me. I figured someone would." Trinity smiled at the flame mage, glancing at Karn before she rose. "You don't mind if I stick to you, do you, Penny?" She looked over at who Penny had been speaking to just a moment, waving shortly. "I didn't mean to take you away from a conversation."

It had been a while since she had people she could rely on... in all honestly, she had had her doubts, before. Karn spoke, finally. She had thought he looked... tired, but this confirmed it. "Hey Karn. You... don't look well. Are you alright?" She looked at him closely. Maybe she should stay here with him... Or talk to Penny about it?
