@DemousAlso before you post, you should know a few things. One thing being that the Magic Games didn't really end as expected. Here's a
link that has the post of if being cancelled. But in short, the Queen of Fiore didn't want a possible spy (from another country) in the city to be too nosy in the games and see what kind of magic power that Fiore has.
Other things would be members of dark guilds cause a bit of ruckus in the city of Crocus. They were dealt with, but with how things have been since the games started, the Council have added some security in the ball. My memory is a bit fuzzy about this because I can't remember who mentioned it, but there are some more security in the the city as well. Someone please tell me if I'm right or wrong. But you could probably interact with some of the Council members like Sayatachhi Nijiko, Carrie, Rosalina Idwal, and Grane (that's once I make a post of him being there). You could probably speak to one of them as one of your characters to see what they missed.
Another thing relates with Leslie Hall's two characters from the Council that you might remember. Leslie decided to drop those two characters and put a new one in their place. That would be Rosalina Idwal.
