Birthday: It's not recorded.
Magic: Parrot has amazing magic capabilities. Unfortunately, when it comes to offensive magic, he is limited to the absolute basics, and even that's a stretch. Most of his kit revolves around Reconnaissance and research. His stealth magic is exceptional, though not outstanding.
His Archive magic, though useful in information gathering and dispersing, is not meant for fighting. It can neither protect or harm.
He can teleport at will, though he cannot teleport too large of objects (yes to bags of stuff, no to humans and large crates). When teleporting across dimensions, he cannot take anything except his clothes and parrot. Also, he can only teleport to places that are in his line of sight or that he had already set a "marker" before. (The marker can be destroyed, though it requires much to detect such a thing).
Parrot also knows a few potent magics through his findings, but these magics are severely limited due to his nature. Though, he can use the potent magics at full power when he goes over the edge, but that usually ends poorly for his physical being...
Magic Level: A (really C in terms of fighting...)
History: Not much is known about Parrot. Records up to his teens are absent. His origin, his age, and his original name, are all a mystery. The story goes that he suddenly appeared in the forest East of Magnolia. He was found injured in the attire described below. When he was nursed back to full health, he simply, disappeared. There are reports of him being at two places in one day, when those two places were half a world away! It is said that he had settled near the Hakobe Mountain, though regularly visiting a few special people everyday.
Also, it can be deduced that Parrot knows many things that he shouldn't, considering the reports of him being nearly everywhere. His extensive knowledge and where it ends is not known. He may know where your keys were last week, or where something very powerful may lie...

His eyes are a deep shade of green and his eye brows are a woody brown. When studying or outside, he is seen wearing a cloak similar to the color scheme of his hair. Also, he has a pet Eclectus parrot that accompanies him. When on missions, he usually dons enchanted cloak that changes appearance based on the surroundings. Without fail, you can see him wearing sandals if you lift up his robes.
Additional Details: His pet bird, an Eclectus parrot, is actually enchanted. This peculiar bird can speak and think just like a human can and can function as Aera magic user. The methods Parrot used is not known. He will not divulge the secret to his talking parrot, nor the information he's stored up in his Archive and mind. He has lots and lots of information due to him bouncing around. He may have knowledge on the performance of the mythical lost magics such as slayer magics. Along with ancient magics, Parrot also loves to study nature and its functions.

Alrighty then, I'll take first crack at your CS. First of all, if you want magics like that, you need to either A)decrease the class of several to D or below or B) limit the number of magics he knows and pick one to up to at least an A rank. Second, stealth isn't really a magic so much as a skill, so it's not something you HAVE to list in magics unless you can make a magic that's entire purpose is stealth, like a Rogue in WoW. Thirdly, lots of knowledge for a character who's backstory is just a bunch of "no records have been found." I hate to say it, but unless you can provide at least myself and my fellow GMs a good reason via PM, as I can understand wanting to keep surprises for your fellow players, I'm not sure I can allow that much knowledge. In fact, until my first and third points are addressed, I can't OK this CS.

All that said, this is indeed the place to post a CS for review.

The main ones to remember are Ash, Cody and Ethel. They're my main trio. Then Sora, Jasmine and Jess and Mai to lesser extents.

Also, just read Ash's file, funny enough she seems she'd get along with both Karn's :P

Karn: He eats alot, is also mainly a fire user. Beast fire but fire. Though unlike Fire Wizards, he has a good temper. (well.. til he goes berserk)

Edo-Karn: She's great at hand to hand and pressure points. Also flirty, mischievous, and enjoys cracking jokes. And riling up everyone else with no shits given.

While she doesn't particularly enjoy riling people up, doesn't mean she won't XD The more riled up someone is, the more likely they are to fight her after all :P And she loves to fight!
