Jack sat against the inner wall of the TARDIS, half asleep and waiting for his father. It had been a whole day, and he was definetely worried. He turned onto his side and began to talk to the TARDIS. "Can you wake me up when he gets here?" he asked it, but he got no answer. "Welp, it was worth a shot.." he yawned, closing his eyes.

The Doctor skipped along, kicking his feet as he walked towards the TARDIS. He had told Jackson that he'd be back in a couple hours. He checked his watch and opened the door to the TARDIS, seeing that he was against the wall, and walked over to him. "Hey, Jack!" he shouted as he was walking towards him, then got to him. "Hey, wake up. I have lots of things planned." he said while slightly chuckling.

Jack looked up and yawned. "Dad?" he rubbed his eyes and sat up. He smiled up at him. "Hey! It's about time you got back!" he laughed. He stood and hugged the Doctor, smiling against his father's chest. "What took you so long?" he asked, his voice muffled by his father's shirt. "It's been all day."

He hugged him back and chuckled. "Oh, just some issues with the locals and some 'friends' of theirs. Nothing serious, but it took a while to settle out." he explained. He let go of his son and sat down in a chair. "So, where do you want to go now?" he asked. He still hadn't showed him very many places of the universe.

"Where do you wanna go? It's your turn to pick a place..." Jack said, smiling. "I'll think of one for next time." he leaned against the wall and smiled at his father.

The Doctor smiled and crossed his arms. "How about Earth? Have I taken you there before?" he asked. He couldn't remeber. They certainly hadn't been far across the universe, but they'd already explored a large amount of planets.

Jack shook his head. "No. You haven't taken me there yet..."

"Well, then!" he said excitedly as he jumped up out of the chair, quickly walking over to the control panel. "You're going to love it there! The residents of the planets, which are called Humans, are so special from the other creatures of the universe!" he said as he began running around the control panel, pushing buttons, changing levers, etc. He laughed as the TARDIS began to shake and wobble, it was beginning it's journey towards Earth. He grabbed onto the railing and held himself against it. "Hang on!" he shouted instinctively. The TARDIS spun and spun, making it difficult for him to hang on.

Jack held into the railing, laughing. He enjoyed doing this with his father, it was nice.

The TARDIS spun in the time vortex, and after a few second sof chaos, it landed perfectly in London, on the sidewalk. The Doctor panted for a second, then looked over to his son, and laughed. He popped up and ran towards the door, excitedly opening it, and sticking his head out. He looked about and stepped out. "Cmon, there's a whole world waiting for you to see!" he said merilly, gesturing for Jack to come on out. "Ah, it's been a while since I've been here." he said quietly to himself.

Jack jogged after his father, chuckling. He poked his head outside cautiously and looked around. "Where on tge planet are we?" he asked.

"It's a place called London, England. It's very nice, I've been hre many times." he walked forward and stepped onto the sidewalk, with the intention of showing Jack the city.

Jack walked near his father, looking around. "It's strange." he said quietly.

"Yes, but I've always liked it. Come, I'll show you some more of it." he said as he walked along the sidewalk, pointing out important stuff, etc. They ended up standing next to a restraunt. He walked in and walked up to the wher they had a menu and you ordered your food. He ordered Fish and Chips. "Pick something off the menu and order it." he told Jack.

Jack looked the menu over carefully. "Umm... I'll eat... A hamburger.." he said, smiling. "Whatever it is, it sounds good." he added.

Jack got their food and payed for it, taking the food to a table next to a window. He set the hamburger on one side, and set the Fish and Chips on the other. He sat down with the Fish and Chips, and began eating it. "Human cuisine is delicious, to me." he said as he ate his Fish and Chips.

Jack poked his hamburger carefully before picking it up and taking a bite. His face lit up and he smiled. "This is great!"

"Exactly! Humans make such tasty foods." he finished up his Fish and Chips, then ordered some more, chowing down on them. "And order whatever you like, my treat." he said while smiling and eating his Fish and Chips.

Jack smiled. "You sure do like that, don't you?"

"Well, yeah! They're delicious!" he said happily. It was great showing Jack Earth, he always loved to show him new places. He finished up eating and stood up. "You finished?" he asked, if he was, he would show him more of the city.
