Story

Years have passed since the Shepherds defeated Grima, the Fell Dragon, and saved the world from destruction. The world is at peace… or so everyone thinks. A group of Plegian mages look to revive Grima using forbidden magic, and they will stop at nothing to bring the beast back from the dead.
Meanwhile, a traveling group of young men and women who call themselves the Sacred Blades are protecting the defenseless and weak from rogues and bandits. Having replaced the Shepherds, who had disbanded over time, they struggle to assure that no innocent blood is spilled.
No one knows about the group of Plegian mages and what they're up to. All that is known is that violence and crime seem to be on the rise, and that the Sacred Blades will have to fight much harder than they were before.

Plot

You are (or going to be) part of the Sacred Blades, a growing vigilante group. The Sacred Blades aren’t taken seriously by larger bands of rogues since they are rather inexperienced and weak. However, they seek to become stronger by recruiting more young men and women into their cause, and won’t stop until they make sure that no one is at risk of being killed by bandits.
Or maybe you’re going to be one of the ambitious Grimleal, those who worship Grima and wish to resurrect him. You’ll stop at nothing to raise the Fell Dragon from the dead and allow him to cast the world into a bloody darkness.
The world is about to be thrown into panic and disarray. A demonic force is hiding in the shadows, prepared to strike at the precise moment. And yet, no one knows what is upon them…

Setting

The setting will be the four nations of the realm—Ylisse, Ferox, Plegia, and Valm.

Classes

Classes are used to describe a character’s fighting style. For instance, Paladins are mounted warriors, Mages use tomes to cast spells, etc. The full list of classes can be found here, however, there will be exceptions and restrictions to what classes you may choose.
Players may not make characters who fall under the following classes:

Rules

- Basic RPG rules apply.
- This is a semi-lit RP; two-three paragraphs minimum per character and proper grammar is required in each post.
- What I say goes. If I am not here, listen to the co-GM.
- Will there be romance? Hell yeah. Just be sure to keep it PG-13. If you want to RP the icky stuff, go elsewhere, please.
- You do not have to be familiar with FE:A to RP with us. Just make sure you have read all of the links I have posted on here.
- I will accept no second tiers at the start of the RP.
- I will assign someone as co-GM later on in the RP. If you feel as if you can fill that position, PM me.
- Supports (also known as important conversations) are going to be in the RP. There are four levels of supports—C (basic conversation), B (explanation of a character’s backstory/beginning of bonding), A (strong bond is formed), and S (marriage). To save time, I’d appreciate it if RPers would work on their supports on a collaboration site. That way you can copy and paste it into one large post. The collab site is located here.

He keeps his hair in a braid or in a tight bun depending on the mood that he’s in. Wyeth stands at 5’9 and weighs about 156 pounds.

Personality: Wyeth is a curious man—he seems cold hearted and serious from a distance, but truthfully, he’s rather mellow and calm. His temper hardly ever flares up. The way he keeps himself from punching someone in the face is to toss around witty replies that will usually leave someone reeling in surprise. Wyeth is a very romantic person; he loves to woo ladies off of their feet and have them fall into his arms. However, he deeply respects women and will not sleep with them unless he has been in a relationship with them for a long while. While he eventually wants to have children, the very thought of being with someone sends chills up his spine—he is worried that one day, he would not be around to protect his dear love, and she will die at the hands at something gruesome and evil.
Wyeth is a jokester, often pulling pranks on and teasing his closest friends. Surprisingly, he gets rather cross when someone pulls pranks on him or pulls on his leg a bit too hard.
History: Wyeth was born in Ylisse to a fairly poor family. His mother could not find work and his father tirelessly worked the fields. He spent most of his childhood alone with no siblings to play with, or no one to talk to, since his parents were always busy. His mother cleaned and fed the many animals that they had on their farm and his father sowed, harvested, turned the soil, and did much more hard labor. So, Wyeth turned to the books. At age five, he read short stories in large volumes. At age ten he began to read full length novels without any trouble. When he turned twelve he began to show an interest in magic, and often went to Ylisstol to borrow books from considerate mages. It was then that his father grew ill with an unknown disease and slowly began to deteriorate. His mother began to tend to his father for such long periods of time that the farm had started to become conquered by weeds and pests, and the animals were dying off. Wyeth knew that he had to do something, so he struggled to tend to the land himself. Wyeth was fifteen when his father lost his battle with his disease. Soon after, his mother abandoned him for a man who wanted no children in his household. Wyeth was left alone.
Struggling to survive, he turned to thievery. He didn’t pull off grand heists that left people baffled, but he cut gold purses and ripped bread from hands. Wyeth still read tomes when he could. He would usually sit under market overhangs that sheltered him from the rain, but not the cold or wind. It was somewhat amusing, watching a wide eyed and trembling Wyeth clutching to a soaked tome as he struggled to fall asleep. Well, if you compare him to the way he is currently, at least.
It was a very cold day in February that Wyeth first met the Sacred Blades. Dirty, starving, and suffering from a very minor case of bronchitis [small enough to be healed at the time], he saw strong looking men and women in the town square of Ylisstol. Wyeth meant to take the gold purse of the wealthiest looking one there, but he was caught within moments. The man that he tried to steal from was so large that he practically yanked the poor mage off of the ground by his wrist. Crying out of fear, anger, and pain, he thrashed in the man’s grip, doing anything he could to get away. The Lord of the group noticed the fire burning in him, and ordered the man to let go of him. Despite being filled with fear, Wyeth listened to the proposition that the Lord was giving him; he could join the Sacred Blades or possibly live the rest of his days in poverty.
It was obvious what Wyeth chose—he left Ylisstol with the Sacred Blades and traveled a bit north. They tended to his coughing and wheezing and gave him new tomes and books to study from and swords to practice with. Wyeth then strived to become a full-fledged tactician, able to defend his loved ones with all he had.
Ability: Fights better with tomes rather than swords.
Quirk: Makes delicious meals without any effort.
Strengths: Is able to keep the peace, patient, and strong.
Weaknesses: Somewhat gullible, is hesitant to forge bonds, can be rather rash with decisions (especially when his friends are in danger’s way).
Likes: Good friends, nice weather, free time, studying, a quiet day or night, sunrises and sunsets, the night sky, water in every form, extreme heat or cold, getting his clothes more ruined than they already are, women.
Dislikes: Animals (he’s actually scared of them), heights, fights and arguments, stubborn people, those who want to cause harm to his friends, his friends being in danger (especially if it’s because of him), sour or bland food, being hungry, walking for too long, being caught between a rock and a hard place.

She puts others before herself without being concerned about her own health or even her life.

History:
* Noelle was born in the land of Ferox, the fifth and last child. Her family were street performers, showing off their acrobatic skills and other talents across the four nations. They lived a simple life, spending every breathing second to make the best of it. As a child, Noelle was constantly smothered in love, giggles, and happiness. Once she was able to walk, her older siblings and parents taught her everything they knew. In a matter of years, the sparkling blue-eyed girl was turning somersaults on a tightrope and was already quite skilled in handling various blades/swords. Noelle loved her family, and planned to spend the rest of her life living as a performer till she encountered the Sacred Blades.

Her curiosity piqued, she followed the group for a while.She continued to ask questions, genuinely wondering if being in the Sacred Blades would be 'fun'. She got her answer when she saw the group protect the weak and poor from evil. Her heart captured, Noelle begged her family to let her join the Sacred Blades. "How fun would it be! To protect people!" she would exclaim. However, she was only fourteen at the time, too young and naive (according to her family). After four long persistent years of pleading, her family literally threw her out. With just the clothes on her back and her swords, Noelle set out for an adventure.

Ability: Skilled in swordplay

Standing at 5’5 and weighing a mere 118 pounds, Sina appears to be a weak individual and rather easy to push aside. Her mount, a green wyvern named Balerion, makes up for her size and is rather protective of her. They are never found apart.

Personality: At first glance, Sina seems like a fragile yet beautiful young woman that doesn’t know how to fight at all. This is only partly true—she definitely knows how to fight and won’t let herself be pushed around. Even though her body doesn’t allow her to take many blows, Sina’s personality makes up for her weak form. She is a golden hearted individual, always believing in what is right. A major flaw in her personality, however, is her belief that everyone has good in them, no matter how dastardly and evil one might be. Thus, Sina refuses to kill a person unless she sees that there is no other way out of the situation. Even then, she mourns for those who she has killed, along for fallen allies, as if they had been her family.
To her friends, Sina is talkative, but is shy when she is placed in the spotlight. She seems to brighten up the day with her smile and bright personality.
History: Sina was born on a very cold night in Ferox to a wealthy noblewoman who wanted nothing to do with her, having been the product of a one night stand with a lower man. She was given to her father, a rather poor yet kind merchant who loved her as soon as he set eyes on her. He gave her all he could—dolls, candy dresses were the most common gifts that she got from her dad. Her dolls and dresses were made by her own father, who knew how to knit and thus made sure that Sina was well dressed before she was sent out to complete errands and the sort. As she grew older, it was obvious that she was a direct cross between her father and her cruel mother. Her gorgeous looks were eerily similar to her mother’s and her personality was the exact same as her father’s. However, this put Sina in dangerous situations. Extremely naïve and pretty, she was kidnapped more than once, but was able to escape her apprehenders.
When she was seventeen, Sina was ganged up on by a notorious clan of bandits and was spirited away from her home. Her father was panicked and had no choice but to turn to a new group of vigilantes, called the Sacred Blades, to rescue her. After a week or two of following the clan, they were able to recover Sina before she could be harmed. Her father was overjoyed to see that she was well, but, instead of taking her back, begged the Blades to take her into their care and make sure that she would be able to defend herself. He explained to them that he was getting old and sickly and thus could not keep track of Sina. While Sina was sad that her father was giving her away, she understood, and allowed the Sacred Blades to take her into their ranks. Sina became a Wyvern Rider after a year of fighting alongside the Sacred Blades, having received Balerion after a squabble with a weaker group of bandits. The wyvern had been left behind by his rider, and Sina, seeing a bit of herself in the poor beast, took him under her wing and made sure that he was well kept. Since then, Sina and Balerion have become inseperable.
Ability: Knows how to knit rather well.
Quirk: Smiles the most in the group.
Strengths: Has a good heart, is able to keep spirits up, and kind.
Weaknesses: Weak, rather sickly, naïve.
Likes: Balerion, reptiles, the warmth, the sky, sun, moon, and other celestial elements, friends, bonding, telling stories, sweets, keeping everyone happy, people who are open-hearted.
Dislikes: The cold, people who shut her out, negative emotions, fighting, arguments, being so shy, when people protect her a bit too much, being put on the spot.

Personality: Brash, and stubborn, but kind at times. He doesn't trust easily, keeping mostly to himself to avoid placing trust in strangers who might back-stab him, or be lost to him. However, he will easily fight for those he thinks need him, or, those who have causes he thinks are just at the drop of a hat, even going as far as to risk his life with odds against him for a mere stranger. He sees himself as more of a helper, than one who needs help, and doesn't take orders easily. Getting to know him personally is hard, but, once his trust is gained, he is more willing to listen and be listened to by others.
He thinks highly of himself. (maybe too highly), and will not take loss easily. He would rather die than leave the battlefield wounded, and probably would if such injuries didn't keep him from doing so. His pride can get in the way of making friends, as he won't easily admit he is wrong, even if the facts are laid out before him, nor does he easily ask to be forgiven. This is all likely the fault of Walhart's teachings to him as a young child.
History: After Walhart's defeat, and death, the kingdom of Valm was in shambles, heavily in need of recovery, along with the rest of the continent of Valm. Vincent was a son of Walhart, before the kingdom fell apart. After the Shephards won, the young man had no place to call home, wandering around Valm with various occupations, such as brigand, or mercenary. Eventually, he stowed away to Ferox, championing for a Khan there for a few short years. After that, he decided to head for Ylisse, the kingdom he had heard took down Walhart. He wanted answers, but never got them. For a while, he roamed the countryside, picking off brigands, and being a mercenary and the like, unsure of what to do until he ran across the Sacred blades. It was a group much like the shepherds he had heard of, and he mistook them as such, attacking their camp in the night, but, managing to get easily subdued and captured. He decided to stay with them for a little while afterwards, after he heard their cause.
Ability: Detecting lies.
Quirk: The least well known of the army.
Strengths: Agile, Takes hits, and learns quickly.
Weaknesses: Uncooperative, aloof, easy to get annoyed.
Likes: sweet and spicy foods, cold, silence, and people-watching.
Dislikes: bitter or sour food, fish, heat, loud people, weakness.

Personality: Zayn is the kind of person who knows what he wants and has no patience for anyone who stands in his way. Years of abuse have made him cold and cruel, and he will happily execute a disobedient subordinate just as soon as he would an enemy. He is very studious and dedicated, both to his craft and to Grima. While he does indeed serve as Tactician of the Grimleal, he despises evil and works to extinguish it. Ultimately, he desires more power above all other things, and will willingly sacrifice whatever he has to in order to achieve it.

History: Zayn was born and raised in Ylisse. Born the son of a baker and a soldier, he learned discipline, patience, and strategy from a very young age. His parents raised him to be kind to others, noble in attitude, and caring to all around him, and for a time, that's just what he was. However, that soon changed when, just three days after his ninth birthday, his parents were both killed in a bandit raid. He eluded the bandits by hiding in a sack of flour, which was taken by the bandits back to their camp. He remained hidden until nightfall, tears streaming from his eyes at the death of his parents. Slowly, his grief was transformed into anger, and anger into hatred. These bandits had taken everything from him: his parents were dead, his home was burned to the ground, and he was now lost out here with these murderers. By the time the last bandit fell asleep, drunk off the wine they had pillaged, and Zayn emerged from his hiding place, the only emotion he had left to feel was cold, unbridled hatred. He crept through the camp, stole a dagger from the bandits, and slit the throats of each and every one of them. After gathering a few more supplies, he made his way back home. The events of that night would haunt his nightmares for many years to come.
Still grieved by what had happened, Zayn sought solace in the Temple of Naga, studying the teachings and history of Naga and her champions. One day, he witnessed a very greedy and corrupt priest selling "blessings" and "holy relics" to the weak and the desperate who came to him. At the sight of this, Zayn's hatred suddenly surged within him, and before he knew what he was doing, he had stabbed the priest through the heart. As the alarm was raised, he fled with all his might. Upon finally reaching the forests, he stopped to consider what had happened. He had just killed a corrupt priest, yet somehow, he felt strangely... good about it. He felt that, horrible as the act had been, the removal of this man's presence would help to cleanse the temple of corruption, and by that measure, the whole world. Zayn soon began to consider that, throughout the world, people just like him were being abused, victimized, and taken advantage of, and that was just not fair. He wanted to do something about that, something that would cleanse all the world's impurities and create a shining utopia. And he knew just how to do it. He had learned of Grima and his overwhelming power during his studies at the Temple. If he could harness that kind of power, he could wipe all corruption from the face of the planet. So resolved, he snuck aboard a boat and set out for Plegia.

Now, 13 years later, he has committed many atrocities in the name of Grima. Slowly, over time, his misguided sense of justice has become as twisted and corrupt as he is. He now believes that all humans are evil, and that only by cleansing the entire world of them can he finally create a perfect utopia. He has quickly risen through the ranks of the Grimleal, and now stands within view of the highest seat of power: the King of Plegia. Slowly but surely, he is setting into motion a plan to usurp the throne for himself, and bring Grima back into the world.

Ability: Skilled in swordplay and magic, but focuses more on the sword.
Quirk: Despite trying to eradicate all of humanity, Zayn is actually a great baker.
Strengths: Master manipulator, clever tactician, is famous for being prepared.
Weaknesses: Distrusts everyone, is mentally unstable, prone to violence.
Likes: Power, authority, skilled swordsmanship, lavender, tea, winter, night, the moon.
Dislikes: Weakness, kissing up, humanity, the Grimleal (none of them know of his true intentions)

I have a vauge Idea but when I look all I can find is almost pornagraphic images, goth shit, poorly made images, or characters with weird clothing for the times. Google searching is hard, man.
