Well, others can get involved as they come in. I'm hoping that maybe we'll see more people get involved if we start the play.

I'll admit, no West Germany makes the opening post harder to work out, so I'm trying to figure out an event that gives everyone something to react to.

I am curious on how we'll keep track with the progress of time. Are we going to just keep progressing events in the IC posts as we go, will you just do time skips at certain points?

I am open to suggestions, but I was leaning toward the idea that we go week to week rather than post by post -- so we figure out how much time has passed IC in an OOC week.

Yeah, though negotiating with an impoverished East Germany for reparations isn't very lucrative compared to squeezing it out West Germany.

I like that. That should keep us from moving along at a nice and steady pace.

I thought that 1 week OOC could either equal a month of a quarter of a year in IC time. We need to keep it moving, and I feel like three months advancement creates an interesting dynamic of being able to make a decision and have its effects felt. We could slow it down for warfare situations, of course.

I'm not sure, but it seems like RP's die more than they live, so if we start to have issues where we might be in for a long haul, we'll revise the fast forward.

What are the limitations? Obviously I don't want the world to be immolated in nuclear fire, but could the game end because one of the two powers launches a nuke and the other retaliates; or will you flat out unallow us to do that?

The timing sounds great to me. Sounds pretty balanced and like i'll work great. I'm up for however long or what era the rp ends at all good.

No, but the RP will be done and we'll have to do a sequel set in the Fallout universe. :)

I gave up looking from the military numbers in Brazil during 1950, but what would be the best guess? Since, the latest numbers should 80,000,000. And that is why too much, so..

Eh...I think I'm going to drop out of this one. I had interest, but am just not feeling it anymore. It's become a chore just to get my sheet done. I think that's probably a sign I should drop the RP before I lag everybody behind.
