Oh, I just mean in general. I'm neither for or against the app in specific. I'm just talking about the villains as a whole having stronger abilities. I'm sure the Admin will speak to that RPer and find a much much happier middle ground.

If you can think of anything that involves Tech, Magic, and human Flash, she can create it.

Demons: Vanessa can call upon demons to possess people,weaponry, and so on. These demons will listen to all of her commands.

Bio: Born to parents very similar in power to herself, Vanessa spent her childhood training to become the greatest at what she could do. She studied the human body,learned what tech her parents could teach, as well as the magic her parents could teach. By the end of all the training, she was ready to show the world her new form. She had reinforced her body with machines, making it far superior. What's the point of only having flesh when flesh was so weak? Wouldn't it be great if she could make everyone like her? Yes, that would be the ultimate gift, allowing everyone to transcend their flesh covering. Of course, when she brought this up to her parents, they told her it was forbidden to teach their art to the outside world, as they were not worthy. This was ridiculous to her, everyone deserved such a gift, even her beloved parents. They were rather out of date when compared to Vanessa, so she decided to give them an "upgrade". She managed to make them as high tech as herself, as well as make sure they would no longer try to stop her gift giving ways. Vanessa now goes around, trying to spread her gift to those who want it or really deserve it, and using the others to further her scientific curiosity. Which usually means turning them into Eldritch Abominations.

Reason: To further her scientific curiosity and give the world her gift.

Villian name: Night Blade
Real Name: Ty Garrel
Appearance:

Powers and/or abilities:
-Enhanced Awareness: Within human levels of possibility, but is far more aware of his surroundings than the typical human.
-Enhanced Combat: Has above a Professional's skill level in both martial arts and swordsmanship.
-Enhanced Dexterity: Has insane control of his body and his movements. Making fumbling, clumsiness almost impossible.
-Enhanced Durability: Can take punishment that would kill mortal men, can usually take the punishment of 20 men before sucumbing to the same effects.
-Enhanced Jump: Can both high and long jump and safely land extreme distances.
-Enhanced Strength: The least obvious of his powers, his strength is the same as a genetically advantaged human who specifically trained for such strength. In other words, within human levels but just at the very best of human achievement.
-Energy Attacks: Can focus raw energy into precise and/or destructive blows.
Gear:
-Enhanced Armor: Does not get the away of his agility or maneuverability but protects him from almost all kinds of bullets and explosions. Normally it takes top of the line equipment or supernatural powers to penetrate.
-Energy Infused Sword: A sword that can infuse itself with the same energy of his energy attacks, used in a way that allows it to cut through even the hardest/most durable of materials.
Bio/Reasons: Ty used to be a hero, he would protect people from every day criminals and generally keep the world safe. And for a time he was loved, but eventually as crime went down society got scared of him. They are started to question him and exactly how safe were they really with Ty walking around free? Shortly after crime spiked, with many of the criminals being people such as former officers and soldiers that Ty once worked alongside to keep the town safe. None the less he brought them in, but this was the last straw for the public opinion. They saw him as going against societies own people and as a result was outcast as a villain and wanted criminal.

Feeling betrayed, Ty held nothing back if fighting to defend himself which left a completely ruined police force and a relatively unharmed Ty. Soon after he decided to take vengeance, becoming his only judge, jury and executioner. Finding and killing anyone who he saw to be a true villain, who very quickly became just about anyone who even doubted him. Having hit a spiral of defending himself, and fufilling 'justice' against anyone who questioned he very quickly became an outright villain, not simply a hero who had the title of villain unfairly thrown at him. Upon realizing this he forsake any attempts to better the world, and then decided if the world was to reject him then he would bend the world to his benefit. Misusing anything and anyone he could for personal gain or enjoyment, in all aspects. But realizing that this would only go so long before some super hero came in and stopped him he joined the League of Evil, in order to gain some level of security/protection, and hopefully at least make friends so some people he could truly trust.

Nemesis: He's heard rumors of a organization of people who although typical humans have gotten their hands on the same tech that Ty uses. But he has yet to run into this group of people, assuming the rumors are infact true.

Appearance: Normal Form: Typical sweet, cute little girl

Demonic form: Grows black bat wings, hair turns to fire, whole eyes become red

Powers: Lizzie learned a lot about being a witch from the League's magicians, Her powers aren't well-mastered, but they're strong.

Demonic form: Lizzie can give her body over to a demon named Desrael. In this form, her magic is even stronger, she can lift ten tons, and is much more durable.

Weaknesses: In her demonic form, she is repulsed by holy symbols, as long as the person holding them has faith. For example, a cross held by an atheist would have no effect, but a Star of David held by a practicing Jew would send her reeling. She also can't call upon Desrael if she's on holy ground.

Bio: Lizzie's parents are minor flunkies for the League. When she was born, her parents were stunned to find she had magical abilities, and asked the League's magicians to tutor her. In time, Lizzie got a little sister named Sarah. Then, Sarah developed an untreatable brain tumor. Lizzie prayed to God for her sister's life, but God didn't answer. In desperation, she turned to asking sources most would consider... unspeakable.

Real Name: Carrus Varrin.

Appearance: Varrin is about 6 feet and 11 inches tall with a lean and muscular built. He has a shim, sharp chin, strong cheeks, green eyes, copper-brow, curly hair and an olive tan complexion. There is also his distinct white wings that are 6 feet wide when at full spread. He wears a complete set of the ancient Roman Legion's gear which is a replica as his original one had deteriorated thousands of years ago. When not in battle however, Varrin sports his toga and tunic that he would have worn back in ancient Rome.

Powers and/or abilities:
Flight: Varrin can sore through the skies thanks to the wings on his back. The wings he possess can generate incredible amounts of life, able to carry him and his full set of armor. The years of training he took has also allowed him to master flight and make maneuvers that are graceful and useful when evading enemies.
Heightened Senses: Along with his wings, Varrin was called "the Eagle of Rome" because of his heightened senses. He can see objects, hear noises and smell scents from miles away. He can even see the smallest of details from an object if he looks at them up close. However, the draw back of this can lead him to become confused and dazed when too much stimulus enters his sensory organs. The noise of a busy street can easily knock out Varrin.
Talons: Varrin has the ability to pull out and retract sharp claws protruding from his nails like a cat. The "talons" are always razor sharp and all are three inches long.
Eternal Youth: Varrin has gained the gift of eternal youth and seems to never age. However, this does not mean he is immortal and he can still be killed through any conventional means.

Bio: During the days before the battle for Carthage in 149 B.C., the Roman General Manius Manilius began building up an army to take Carthage as hostage. One of the men who came forward to join his army had the others staring with curiosity and fright. The man who would identify himself as Carrus had white wings out his back and claws that he could pull in and out at will. Manillius and the other Romans had thought of him as a minion of Mars, the war god himself, and that he was a gift sent to the rightful Romans. Carrus himself would not give out much about his life for the fact that he could not. He remembers little about his childhood and the affairs of his old days. He's adopted family claims to have found him wondering on their farm. Carrus proved instrumental in the defeat of the Carthaginians after the Scipio Aemilianus took over the army. Carrus pointed out weak spots on the Carthaginian wall and rallied the men to where to enemy was. When he returned back to Rome, he was hailed a hero of the Republic.

Throughout the history of the Empire, Carrus would always be instrumental in the victories of the Empire. During the campaigns of Pyrrhus, Carrus was essential in repelling back the Greek invaders. During the subjugation of the Hellenistic states, Carrus flew atop the armies and led them to the enemy's weak spots. During the Roman expansion further east to the Asia minor, Carrus scouted ahead of the other Romans.

However, it was under the command of Julius Caesar would Carrus rise to his legendary status. Carrus found himself in the Legio X Equestris when Caesar was sent to deal with the northern tribes. At the Battle of Alesia, Carrus fought valiantly and held his rank as the enemy Gauls poured over him. He slashed and hacked his way through them. He came out of the battle covered in the blood of the Gaul. It was then that he was truly revered as the son of Mars. When the senate ordered Caesar to disband his army and face the trial of the senate, it was Carrus who addressed the senate that Caesar would be coming back with his legion to defy their order. When Caesar was appointed a Dictator, he gave a massive amount of land to Carrus after Carrus retired from the legion.

During the assassination of Caesar, the following civil wars and the time of Pax Romana, Carrus stayed away from the eyes of the public and carried on with his life in his private villa. Even when he retreated from the public eye, the rest of the Romans still treated him as a Demi God. Minor temples were erected in his name. Great tales were told of him and a minor feast day was held in his honor.

During the 9th b.c., three legions of the Roman Empire were ambushed in the Teutoburg forest and utterly obliterated. After this the Roman Emperor's nephew Germanicus was sent to defeat Arminius, the traitorous dog who organized the ambush and bring vengeance back to Rome. Germanicus had sent for one of his servants to contact Carrus in hopes of him joining his campaign. After several days of coaxing, Carrus agreed to once again join the legions and destroy the enemies of Rome.

When Germanicus had received word of Arminius's whereabouts, he sent Carrus to assassinate the leader of the united Germanic tribes. When Carrus was arrived at the position, he found Arminius with his men waiting for him. As Carrus butchered tribesman after tribesman, Arminius and he's guards threw a net over him and then knocked him out with rocks. They then placed him inside of a cave and sealed the entrance with gigantic boulders. When Carrus awakened, he found himself trapped without any escape. For the next thousands of years, Carrus spent his days in torment trying to keep himself sane as he thought of ways to get out.

In 1968 however, a West German archeological team were doing excavations on the area when they came upon the cave. After several days of digging through the boulders that blocked the path inside, they found a trail of animal skeletal remains and scrapings on the wall. As the delve into the cave, they found move and more evidence of the inhabitant living there. As they got to the very edge of the cave, they found the debased winged warrior trying to dig to the other side with his bare hands. In his maddened state, Carrus looked at the researchers and fell upon them. He slaughtered them all before any could get out. The other workers outside of the cave heard their screams and escaped. They contacted the authorities who quickly arrived to the scene. All they found were the dead scientist.

Carrus then spent his time in the outskirts of Rome. He spent his days there trying to figure out what had happened in his capicitated state. That was when members of a cult dedicated to him approached him and offered to explain the events that had happened. They sheltered him, taught him the different languages of the modern world and explained to him the historical events that followed after his fall. Carrus was enraged to hear that it was the work of barbarian hordes that brought the fall of Rome. He was even more furious to hear that those barbarians took the name of Rome itself for some sort of holy empire. He then led the cult exact revenge on the barbarian fiends led to the demise of his home. He turned the cult into a terrorist organization, causing havok for east and west Germany. In 1982, he's cult was found by NATO forces and the members were either killed, arrested or scattered. Carrus was able to escape but was never heard from again after that.

From those researches came the infamous vengeance weapons, the incredible machinery and equipment of the German army and inventions far beyond of their time. -Enhanced speed, strength, and stamina: Self-explanatory.
-Lockpicking and pickpocketing: Also self-explanatory.
-Guns: uses a Dragunov sniper rifle and Glock pistol proficiently.
-Soldier tactics: she has been trained as a soldier.

Bio: Michelle was a "test tube baby", created out of the best genes a scientist could find and designed to be the "perfect human". High speed, strength, endurance, and even having superhuman powers, not many scientists could disagree that she was "perfect". Michelle was then trained to be a soldier, perfecting her gifts even further. She learned to assemble and disassemble guns, etc. Being the only life she knew, she followed all her orders, and had no sympathy for whomever she killed, whether it be a corrupt politician or a baby. Over the years, however, she questioned her existence. It seemed like her only purpose in life was to be shown off as an achievement for the scientist who created her and to kill off those that he didn't like. The more she thought about it, the more she felt... wrong. A dark feeling continued to grow inside her, and it was left unchecked until it was too late. It turned out that there was a fault in her genes and she eventually turned on her creator, killing him and began her own life in the world. She no longer cared about anything but her job.
Reasons: Her faulty genetics removed all traces of empathy and sympathy from her. She wouldn't bat an eye if a crying child was murdered before her eyes.
Nemesis: None.

Appearance: He is an large anthropomorphic wolverine dressed in big black armor, he doesn't wear a helmet. He stands at about seven feet in height and has razor sharp claws on his hands.
Powers and/or abilities:
Superhuman strength
superhuman reflexes
Mega Force: The Mega Force is a form of extremely powerful cosmic energy that gives Dannor the ability to utilize it many different ways. He can shoot beams of energy which can either burn through objects like a heat ray or he can make it create an incredibly powerful explosion, and they can be fired out his eyes, mouth and hands. Dannor also can use the energy to make force fields to protect him from attacks, but the fields are not invincible. Finally he can use his Mega Force powers to either supercharge machinery or cause it to malfunction, but it requires that he is touching the object when he uses this ability.
Bio: Short is enough
Reasons: He's an alien conqueror who has his eyes set on earth, but his fleet cannot invade without the threat of being repelled by his race's sworn enemies the Ulgarians, and so he seeks a way to conquer the earth from within by acting as a villain.
