I think it would be cool to see a plane with demonic creatures based around order and the reason they are invading could have some thing to do with trying to end the chaos and bring order to the realms so that the balance of power isn't shifted out of proportion. I think that would be a cool idea or subplot for you to play with if that seems cool to you too, sun.

Ha, Raptor would love that plane. I think he kind of took that route in his undead lord.

One could take inspiration from the different levels of hell in Dante's Inferno. Though we don't need a plane of hedonism, lust and debauchery either, given I took that for my Lord/Lady.

Okay, current planes to be added include:

Skies Plane: a realm of infinite sky, with loose floating mountains hanging inexplicably amidst the clouds.

Towers of Stone Plane: a realm comprised of a dense collection of impossibly high, incredibly steep mountains that are more akin to spears scratching the demon sky. Cities are often carved into the very rock of these spires.

Spine of Iron: a vast, vertical plane built around a giant chain that has no beginning or end. Huge platforms are built around the central structure that often serve as prisons and slave camps for Slaver Demons

Desolate Labyrinth Plane: A bland, dusky amber plane - it is totally flat and empty, aside from the giant labyrinth of spines snaking it's way across the Plane. To enter is to abandon all hope, and surrender oneself to loss.

Name: Karuz Thrak
Type: Demon Lord of Pestilence, Diseases and Plagues
Appearance:
An imposing figure, over seven feet in height, his face ever shrouded in a hood, and radiating the faintest light green aura, Thrak is capable of striking fear into even some of the most stalwart of champions.
Personality and Drive: Relatively silent, and very soft spoken, as if he were the whisper of a silent death, Karuz Thrak works towards the ultimate goal of imbuing all mortals with the “gifts” of his realm. To spread disease and pestilence to all, so that all become equal under its grasp. Karuz sees the existence of pestilence and disease as proof that mortality is not supposed to be. Life is suffocated under the grip of an epidemic, and life itself cannot fight back without the medicines and magics that it uses to defend itself.
He regards other Demon Lord and Champions of the Planes as outside the realm of his influence, as he has yet to successfully be able to infect a fellow demon with the even the dullest of ailments.
Karuz Thrak does not see his intent as malicious, the pain inflicted by the tools of his trade is merely a side effect of the greater goal, to guide the mortal soul to its inevitable fate.
History: Humanity has, in the past, come dangerously close to extinction at the hands of epidemics or other plagues. Usually it is by some miraculous medicine or shielding magic that they are saved from the void. Thus, his eternal life has been endlessly disappointing to Karuz Thrak.
As his human cultists would tell you, Karuz Thrak was born of the first plague of man. Created by the Gods to reign in the world of mortals with pestilence and disease as his tools. Since the dawn of man, Karuz Thrak has waged his battle against life and its tireless perseverance. In recent years he has remained rather inactive, a depression has fallen over the Demon Lord if you will. His holdings crumble around him, and as his efforts seem tireless he has begun to have a sort of existential crisis (as much of one as a Demon can have). He still pierces the world of mortals every now and then, throwing at humanity the all manners of flu and pox, and perhaps more is coming.
Armaments: The only weapon carried by Karuz Thrak is the short sword at his side. Its blade containing a trace of every plague there has ever been or ever will be. It is merely for the purpose of defending against other Demon Lords who might wish him harm, and for instances where he finds it necessary to strike down specific individuals in the most painful of ways.
Abilities: From his hands come decay and rot, anything living that his body touches immediately decays. Aside from this is his demonic strength and fortitude, it would take much to fell the Plague Lord.

Holding

Name:Toruz Mak

Type: A ruined city within one of the immense caverns of Rhul Tháar, ever crumbling and smelling of the rotted bodies that populate its cracked architecture. Bloated growths appear throughout the city streets, spores float throughout the air, and the denizens of The Decay wander the streets. The city resembles the ancient great cities of mankind, though it is hard to see this past the spore releasing growths and collapsed buildings.

HOST
Name:The Decay
Size: While constantly growing and diminishing as its members fall to pieces and are added by the advances plagues and epidemics, usually sustained at approx: 4524 individual creatures
Hierarchy and Culture: The Decay functions much like a living organism, with a few choice Captains acting as the nervous system of the Decay, leading its hordes under direct orders from Thrak himself.
History: The first member of Karuz Thrak's host was that of a beautiful milk maiden who he'd fallen deeply in love with. Giving her the gentlest of fatal insomniatic diseases, Thrak slipped the young woman into his care, and to this day he works to preserve her from the decay of his world by feeding her the souls of other beautiful young women who find their way into his realm.
Since then, the Decay has fluctuated in size and capability as Thrak has sent his "gifts" to the mortal plane.
Military Capabilities:
Kul Rak - Zombie

- The bulk of the Decay is made up of these ragged and ever falling apart soldiers. Taken from all walks of life in the mortal world, these souls remain loyal until they become not but messes of bone and flesh on the ground

Yozkr - Pestilence golem

- Strong amalgamations of plague victims, they are strong and make up the heavy hitting element of The Decay

Royr - Plague Valkerie -

- Few in number, these humble servants of the plague lord seat themselves in his inner circle. Spreading pestilence and disease from above and capable of reinging down fear upon those below, they are truly the elite of The Decay.

Ukzurli - Goblins

- The sneaky and mischievous underhanded fighters of The Decay that specialize in eliminiting enemy combatants one-on-one and sabotaging enemy forces whilst spreading disease amongst their ranks.

Plague Cultists

The Cult of The Plague's history is long and cloudy. It is not clear when the first cultists began practicing their devotion to Karuz Thrak and endeavoring serve him. What is clear is that they most often operate alone, and very rarely interact in large groups. These agents of the decay spread disease and pestilence among the worlds of men in secret. Many plagues that have afflicted mankind have been given a helping hand, much to the credit of these disturbing men and women.

Officially, claims can't really be claims until a NS has begun construction. You can, however, warn off anybody else and just pretend it's yours from the outset ;) If you start work on a basic NS using that sort of idea as a basis, i'm sure nobody would dispute your claim.

If my plane were to be conquered, what would your policy be on creating a new character to remain in the roleplay? Is this something that you want to have go on for a long time or is it something where all the players in the beginning are locked in and when they die they're gone and last man standing wins?

I don't expect you'll get conquered. In the event that you do decide that, as part of a story you craft, that your Demon Lord were to get gibber and your plane taken over, you have a few options:

-You could create a sort of 'captain' character who commands some form of their own host, though under the influence or command of another character's lord.
-You could awaken a new Human Champion, who appears as a direct result of your Demon Lord's defeat
-You could elect to straight up die and help me with NPC control, effectively becoming a GM slave monkey.
-If there is very good reason for such a thing, if some cause in the RP was to open a Nexus Portal to a yet unopened Plane, you may be able to claim it as a new Demon Lord - this will be a rare thing, however.
