Nondescript black SUV. Govt' plates. Oh, wait, we aren't the FBI.

Let's say a SWAT van, only with the UN symbol instead of NYPD. That way we can all fit.

We could also split up if the boss says to, maybe one group interviews locals or cops, the other tries to capture on of the Dragons. If that's the case, two or three SUVs would work better.

While splitting up would be more efficient, just interviewing cops and locals isn't as interesting as capturing one of the Dragons. Besides by going as one team we will be able to see the powers of the other Infected which is useful to know in a large combat situation
