Austin grumbled as he was yanked along, not excited for this. This was a first for him, a first that he wasn't too anxious with trying out. He just hoped nothing extreme happened, and that no one removed his amulet. Now that would be an adventure.

Kyra turned to him. "I heard that, and no, there is no defying me..." she teased. She had the energy of a 5 year old and she was everywhere like a puppy.

Kijani snickered softly, looking over to Austin. It was weird to see him human. "It's okay! I won't let things get too insane." She'd had wine before at fancy gatherings, so she knew that she wasn't going to completely freak out on alcohol.

"Well, than" Connor said, "let's go on in"

Austin nodded slightly, looking at the door, hesitating to go inside, still unsure about this. His nervousness was deserved, in his mind. He wasn't sure about how he would be able to handle alcohol in his body, if he got completely off his rocker or not.

"Don't worry" Connor said to Austin, "have I ever let you get into complete and utter trouble?"

[Flood]

As they walked in they would see Flood casually conversating with the bartender as he held a gun to a person next to him. " How about you apologize to Mr Adam now huh? He didn't do anything to deserve getting robbed, however you have done plenty to deserve getting killed. Who is this?" He asked as he looked at thte guys wallet and saw a picture of a smiling little girl. "Is this your daughter? She's very pretty. I feel like I should kill you, but my conscience is getting the best of me. Now apologize to Mr Adam, and you can go home to your daughter r and clean the piss off your legs." Flood finished with a smile as he holstered the gun and ordered another beer. The man quickly ran away and out the door past Connor and the group. He turned around and saw everyone. " Hey guys, what are you doing here? Never mind actually come on in! There's plenty of room for everyone at the bar. Drinks on me!" He said as he slapped a good clip of money on the table from the man's wallet that he didn't return.

Kijani raised her eyebrows, then grinned wide. Two days. Might as well enjoy one night. "I like your style!" She walked right up to the bar and took a seat. "One lemon drop, please, with a twist of strawberry."

Connor looked around the place, then followed kijani to the bar, studying what was avaliable, "I really should know what to order"

[Flood]

The bartender quickly served with all the expertise of a master drink maker. "You can kinda consider me the bouncer for this place, so I know everyone who works here and all the regulars personally. Hey Nat! How's the wife?" Flood yelled to a middle aged man with a spiky haircut as he walked by. "Fine as long as you're not near her!" He replied jokingly. "You got it man, have a good night!" He said as Nat walked out. "I love that guy, he's one of my major suppliers for swords. Cool guy." Flood said as he downed another beer with no signs of slowing down. "Why do I even drink, I can't get drunk." He asked no one in particular as his eye gave off a particular little gleam. You could notice that his eyes were a curious purple instead of the normal green.

"I forgot how weird you were" Connor said to Flood, "where did you disappear to? One minute you were saying we were roommates and then next I had the room to myself"

The sun rises the next morning, ushering in a new day.

Ben suddenly sits up straight in his bed, hands clutching his new weapon, his eyes searching the room around him intently. After a few moments of fear, he sighs and whispers, "It was just a dream, Benny boy. Calm yourself." He goes through his morning routine then heads to the cafeteria. He sits down with nothin but a bowl of cereal. While he eats, he scans the cafeteria, almost as if he's searching for someone or something.

Kalinda woke, feeling well rested, and somewhat normal. She showered and dressed, jogging to the cafeteria she grabbed three slices of toast, buttered and headed to the gym, eating them along the way, she brushed off her hands, and changed into her gym gear when she got there. She headed in, and rather then work with her body, she say down, different weights around her, and began to use her telekenisis with it.

Phoebe woke, showered, dressed in gear to go running, shrugging on a jacket as well, she started out to do her normal run, tying up her hair as she ran.

Devika awoke on a cot in the clinic. She blinked several times and sat up, rubbing at the kinks in her shoulders. "Damn... my head is killing me." She looked around, wondering how she'd wound up here. Five minutes later, she walked out with no more information than she'd started with. The nurse had no idea how she'd got there- she'd just appeared when her back was turned, with a note saying she'd passed out. She started out at a light jog, to go to her dorm and pick up her things before going to the gym.

"Good morning, Kalinda." Devika smiled at the other girl as she started up the treadmill and got to walking.

Flood wandered into the cafeteria with sunglasses on and holding hos head in pain. "Note to self. Don't drink, because they ou can't tell when you're drunk." He said as he took someone's lunch and sat down to eat.

Katherin hoped today would be better. Yesterday had been an emotional rollercoaster. She wondered if Phoebe would still want to get together later. Katherin headed for the cafeteria. Hoping for a relatively quiet day she headed to get some breakfast.

Zack and Arnold agreed that it would be best to leave Griffin in lockdown since they didn't know what exactly had set him off. With a new day started Zack let Griffin out. Griffin looked terrible after is time in lockdown. Although it was only a few hours Griffin looked more like it was a few days. He had bags under his eyes and his hair was standing up everywhere. Are you alright Griffin? Zack asked his brother. I don't know. I need so time. Zack nodded hoping that with time Griffin would be back to his usual self. Concerned for his brother Zack headed to the cafeteria. He hoped they didn't run into that girl today.

David's cab pulled up to the academy's campus, letting him out at the edge of the grounds. After he pulled his bags out of the trunk and shouldered them both he takes a look around him and smiles and says, "I think I might like this place." He fiddles with his necklace for a moment, trying to remember which way the dorms were so he could put his things away, before setting off with a grin on his face and a spring in his step. He would be able to learn a lot here and do some good along the way, he could feel it in his gut. "it's a lot cooler here than it was in Africa, thank god I'll probably start growing fur soon," he says with a chuckle, heading off toward the men's dorm.

Upon waking, John takes a quick, ice-cold shower and decides to forgo his pre-breakfast workout. Instead, he heads straight for the cafeteria and piles waffles, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and bacon onto several plates, then sits at an empty table. He begins eating, not bothering to look for someone to talk to.

Anthony arrives at the Academy soon after the cafeteria begins serving breakfast, looking as calm and collected as ever. He selects a simple breakfast of oatmeal, toast, fruit, and juice, then sits at a table by himself and begins eating.

After putting a few things away in his dorm room David's stomach starts to growl. "Guess it's breakfast time," he says to himself with a chuckle. He hadn't eaten since the night before his flight, it was a wonder he hadn't eaten his own leg. He closed his door, but didn't bother to lock it, he was wearing his most valuable possession so what was the point? He jumped over the stairs' railing and dropped the couple of stories down to the ground floor. After patting some of the dust off his jeans David set off to find the cafeteria. When he arrived at the cafeteria he stood in line and had a look around. There were a lot of people and not many of them looked out of the ordinary.
