If I'm right on enemy side, regarding Knights/Metal Men aka Not True Warriors Like Infantry: Two, Scratch that, Three Dead, One Injured for the Knights. (Unsure in Total Horse Carnage. Needless to say a lot)

Current Battles-
Enemy Knight v North Bro
Enemy Knight vs Pale Hide Who Consorts With Evil Spirits
Infantry vs Half-mane
??? vs Wren, Resenter of Fellow Tribe Women

And I'll probably go against a Metal Man my next post. Still some to go around, I think.
Looks like that anyway, at least from initial glance.

So Current Tally
3/7 Greenbros Dead
2 of which are currently engaged in battle
2 are not
At least 4 of them with dead horses (around our dead horses as well methinks)
Probably a substantial amount of dead infantry

And then us.

Still many, many dead horses. We eat well.

He's an Old Man, damn younguns can do it. He has more important things than babysitting Rag-Tag Professionals to investigate the Scooby Doo Mystery, like oh doing TRAINAN MONTAGE WITH NPC TROOPS.

It consists of him drinking and beating them, and making them wash bricks and stuff.

Besides, it's not like the place is being attacked. Clearly the only problem would be how mundane searching for clues in the village would be.

Talan (or Tal)

"Tul Revat Shirak"- roughly translated to "Our Free Journey" meaning we are free to choose what paths we take in life. That our lives are our own.

Full name:
Talan Val'Shirai

Titles:
Centaur(derogatory term for the Kahldari people), Kinslayer

Rank:
Boar

Age:
28

Gender:
Male

Appearance:

Personality:
Talan is not the most obedient of soldiers, being from a culture centered around conquest and force he only follows those he deems worthy of his loyalty. Life with the Kahldari has forged him into what outsiders would call a savage. He is cruel to his enemies and any outside those he calls ally, taking what he wants seems normal to him and the best way to describe him really is rougish. He has little understanding of foreign concepts such as honor or chivalry. To put it bluntly he is probably the best example of a Kahldari. But even though he may seem a savage, Talan can be a caring individual. That's if you manage to gain his loyalty and not simply by being strong but by genuinely building some sort of bond with him.

History:
To the west across the Howling Sea is a land known as Rannos or Kahlara as it is known by the indigenous people known as the Kahldari. It is a vast plainsland inhabited by the nomadic warrior clans of the Kahldari. All clans share a similar belief system with some unique differences between eachother. Kahldari society is the same for all clans however they all value strength above all else and a clan is lead by the most skilled warrior among them. The Kahldari are master horse riders as they travel by horse and wage war on them. They take what they want through brute force and look down on the weak.

Talan was born into the Val'Shirai clan. His mother the clan Magi and his father a rider. Kahldari custom dictate that in this situation he'd become a rider and that is what happened. Tal was trained from a young age to become a Kahldari rider, riding till sunset and practicing his swordarm till sundown the Kahldari molded him into a capable warrior that would earn him the respect and admiration of his clan.

At the age of 20 he found a wife, Kiata. The two were married in the following year and lived happily until seven year later. Kahl's ambition became his downfall as he wished to be Kahl. However he knew he could not defeat the current Kahl as he was too strong of a warrior. Instead he made an agreement with the Kahl of clan Quarem, if they killed his clan's Kahl he would take his place and give them half of the clans wealth.

On the night of the attack the Quarem raiders betrayed their deal with Talan, burning his tribe to the ground and killing every last member even Talan's wife. That was not all, they captured Talan and branded the Kahldari symbol for traitor on his chest so he'd forever be known as the Kinslayer. Once that was done he was sold into slavery where he was traded across Rannos until he finally reached across the sea to Arlon.

Skills:
Talan is an expert horseman which is normal since he is a Kahldari. He is skilled in dual wielding swords but is at his best on a horse where he is able to perform all manner of tricks such as standing on horseback or fighting while hanging on the side of the saddle.

Dreams and fears:
Talan dreams of what every Kahldari desires; to lead his own Kahlan or clan as it's called by foreigners. As for fears Talan has little no none besides losing those he cares for, due to the mistakes of his past he is reluctant to form bonds with others for fear of losing them.

Favored equipment:
Most of what Talan uses in battle is what he used during his time with the Kahldari: Light leather armor so as to not weigh down his horse, and his two swords; one a Khopesh and the other a Shamshir./center]

[center]

The Khopesh

The Shamshir

Extra:
Talan bears the Kahldari mark for traitor branded onto his left pectoral.

Day One: The queen has expressly stressed the fact that this is a very important mission. I must track down these pine-cones an- I mean, find the riders and offer them peace offerings such as: a pine-cone, a stick, and three feathers. No, that's not quite right...
I must inquire of the Great Pine-cone to know my destiny! To the woods!

Sorry IncredibleBee, I didn't mean to pressure you into prematurely posting. I was really eager to get back it.

How do you liquify gunpowder?

I probably shouldn't say gunpowder more of an explosive powder. But if had to guess as to how that'd be done perhaps grinding it down to like a paste using an organic binder than adding some sort of liquid. Could then become a kind of sludge. If you prefer I could remove it, I only had it to give a certain "realistic magic" to the character. Kind of like the Immortals from 300 how they had their version of impact grenades which were considered "sorcery".

Valentín Nicolai de Nostrade

"I already miss the darkness...the sweet gentle dreams I dreamt..."

Full name: Valentín Nicolai de Nostrade
Titles: Former King's Ward, The Nightingale
Rank: N/A
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Personality: Melancholic, awkward, and depressed, Vale is a young fellow who seems to always appear as if he is woeful and wretched. His heart hangs heavy and his countenance hangs even lower. Despite being unusually beautiful for a boy, with an angelic and feminine voice to match, his gloomy and eerie dark aura may stir people in the other direction. He is a wallflower who prefers to keep to his own and watch others from a distance. Emotionally unstable and unavailable to all but the Queen, his somewhat passive behavior towards others makes him seem very mysterious and dissonant. He speaks in a low and dainty tone, and goes to all cost to avoid direct confrontation. He is the type of person who is quick to blame himself for the misfortune of others. While some believe him to be possessed, it is his dark past that consumes his soul. Vale seems to show interest in the mundane and books, and has a peculiar, but hauntingly beautiful singing voice. Despite this, passion lies far and in between for him, and more often than not, he is neither thrilled nor enthralled by much of anything. It is rumored that he talks to the walls and sings to the moon every night. Vale finds sleep to be his sacred place, and is always open to take any opportunity to slumber, relishing in his dark and distorted dreams. Not many see him in the light, as he reserves his gentle smiles and singing for the Queen. He is a bit of a masochist as well.

History:
Clairenfort was a small, but rich neighboring kingdom under the rule of the Nostrade royal family. The Nostrade's consisted of the King, the Queen, Vale, his 4 older brothers, 2 older sisters, and 3 younger sisters. As one of the youngest, and the youngest son no less, there was a slowly festering feeling of neglect that Vale was feeling from his parents. And this didn't help, because from a very young age, he was always deemed different by his siblings. The black sheep as some of them called him. Vale was exceptionally beautiful for a boy and many said that unlike his brothers, he took after and resembled greatly to his mother. The folk of Clairenfort said he was the most beautiful, even more so than his sisters. Often, his siblings would tease him and exclude him from their activities for being weird. It was only his mother who truly appreciated his uniqueness.

However, unbeknownst to him, his mother was the worst of them all and if modern doctors could of existed then, she would of been classified as a psychopath and sociopath. She knew Vale was different, and used her motherly charm to manipulate her son to her own bidding without him even realizing it so she could take the throne for herself. She loved none of her children conditionally, and to her, Vale was just an out-casted pawn she could use to her advantage. It was when he turned 10 years old, that through skilled deceit, under-play, and strategizing, she was able to manipulate Vale into killing his entire family by poisoning their food at dinner. Distraught by what he had done and unable to cope with the dark and extremely volatile emotions he was feeling, he eventually ended up killing his mother as well. After the death of the royal family and the kingdom of Clairenfort began to crumble, a young Vale was adopted by another King(Lady Isolde de Morgreta II's father)and raised as the King's Ward.

Isolde, a very gentle and sweet princesses, was one of the few people that Vale immediately felt a good "vibe" from and latched onto her like a fly. Infatuated by her light, he has been loyal to her ever since, even after she was de-railed by her good for nothing brother. He may not be in the lime light, but he does what he can to keep her safe at all cost, even if by lurking in the shadows and watching those who come near her.

Skills:
---Keen Eye; Due to his reserved nature, Vale developed an odd ability to read individuals and assess them just by looking at them. He is exceptionally skilled at reading lips and body language, and has a tendency to pick up "vibes" from others.
---Singing; Vale is a haunting, but ethereal beautiful singer. The rare few who have heard his voice, stated that it sounded like a haunted ghost trying to lure them to the pits of hell. Of course, when he sings to the queen, his voice is like a mother lulling her child to sleep.
---Book Smart; Vale spends much of his time reading books, just about any book in fact. He has no preferences. Literature is just one of the many means for him to "escape". Because of this, he is knowledgeable about many things.
---Pain Tolerance; Somewhat of a masochist, Vale finds pain to be an odd and "hard to explain" sensation for him, but, in a good way. Because of this sensation he gets from pain, he has a high tolerance to it, making torture more of a pleasure for him than a scare tactic.
Dreams and fears:
---Fears the death of the Queen.
---Fears large crowds of people.
---Fears not being able to sleep.
---He has no dreams(none at the moment) except for the ones in his sleep.
Favored equipment:
---His books.
Extra:
Insignia of the Nostrade Royal Family.
