Tessa sat staring at a corner thinking of what she could do. She had nothing to do excpet for sit staring at a corner. She didn't want to be babied by Cassia or anyone really. She just wanted to get better but she knew that she woukd probably die anyways. She had only been there for two weeks and she was even starting to depress her happy-go-lucky nurse.

Cassia walked quickly down to Tessa's room. She hated to leave her alone for so long, even if she had just gone to answer a phone call really quick. She walked into Tessa's room just to find her staring at the wall, like she had been doing for a week now. "Tessa will you ever do anything more than stare at a wall?" She asked as she went over to the drawer at one end of Tessa's room so she could straighten out the clothes hanging from it.

"The Rules are do not leave without asking permission this is actually for your safety. You are free to move around unless it is a staff only area, We will need you to sign some papers giving a member of the hospital your power of attorney, THis isn't a rule it is just something that makes life easier on you and us as we have started the paperwork for you to be a partially emancipated minor. You are free to decorate as you wish, don't skip class, and have fun and live like a teenager." He smiled. "I am here to help you all the nurses on this floor only work on this floor."

Griffin breathed a sigh of relief. He could live with those rules. He had no interest in leaving the hospital. He knew the minute he did his father would grab him. He was enjoying his freedom too much to risk that. "I can handle those rules. I'll sign whatever you need me to sign." he was sort of looking forward to school. He hadn't had a chance to go very often. His only hesitation was the other kids. He had very little experience with people his own age.

Liz had got the secret password right but however Jeff didn't actually trust her yet. "whats the secret Knock" Jeff told Liz with a paranoid voice

Tessa sighed and stood up, grabbing her oxygen tank at the same time. "Well I'm going to go wander around. Just...just leave me be. Please Cassia?" She asked looking at her annoying nurse.

"Knock?" Oh dear he must be having a very bad day. She didnt have a secret knock. She but her lip. Then she knocked softly once, then hard, then soft. She had no idea what else to do but to try to make up a k o'clock and hope that he would accept it.

Dante stood and left the room this time heading for the room that jeff screamed from he knew what was wrong so he wasn't in a big hurry Jeff would never actually hurt anyone even during one of his episodes. As he walked in he looked at >Liz. "What seems to be the problem?"

June decided she would leave her room to find something to do so she started wandering the halls. She ended up outside of Tessa's room. She knocked on the door.

Jeff laughed a bit "Ha there is no secret knock! and I never told a single person in my life about the knock! your not Liz your one of them!" Jeff yelled and then Slamed the hole in the door closed *who the heck are you and what have you done with liz*

Dante nodded about the situation understanding it all. "Well then there is one thing we can do." He did what he could for his voice changing. "Quick he is in the closet."

Jeff quickly ran into his tiny miniature fallout shelter of a room and locked every single damn lock on the door. it would take about 10 keys to open the door and the only person who had the keys was jeff. then jeff proceeded to hid in a tiny cardboard box *they will not suspect a thing*

Griffin was relieved when the doctor left. He was glad the doctor hadn't questioned him again. He didn't want to lie and he couldn't tell the truth. He looked around the room. It was weird to have a room of his own. He never had a room much less one to himself. He knew he would probably get a roommate eventually, but he didn't mind that either. Even with another boy it was still more than he had every had before.

Liz wondered of there was a way to tempt Jeff out of hiding. Sometimes it was best to leave him to his own devices. She would make rounds and check back with him later. She poked her head into patients room checking on everyone. She smiled and greeted each patient. She loved this part of her job.

Dante walked with Liz. "I wanted to talk to you about something." He asked he wasn't currently wearing the white coat just a pair of black scrubs.

June didn't look up. Tessa actually had a reason to be here and if any of the other kids figured otu her reason she would surely be ostracized.

"Of course. Do you want to go to your office?" She figured he wanted to talk about something that they couldn't discuss at the nurses station.
