Question: Do the prisoners have bombs surgically implanted into them that Waller can just push a button to kill them if they try to go rogue? (Not sure if that was in the comics, but it was in the Arrow TV show...)

Don't know about the rest, but I went a little bit out of the way and gave Deathstroke a collar which contains an EMP bomb that disables his suit. I hope that doesn't pose a problem for DSW. I mean, it would only be logical that Amanda would find a way to control a ragtag group comprised of metahuman criminals.

I think they do have explosives implanted in them in the comics, etc. So I'm going to assume that they'd either be implanted or in the collars.

Well, Eobard is trying to prove a point, and he was moving faster than Digger's perceptions allow. It was literally like he was standing still. And to answer any further questions, THey're(the Explosives) in the collars.

E: I also know that Digger has more than just one Boomerang, so even if Eobard grabs one, more can be thrown at him.

I don't consider him a joke, but everytime someone brings up Catman in a discussion, I immediately think of this guy:

If you don't know who he is, don't feel bad. He was a one time villain called King of the Cats, who was Catwoman's brother. It was even suggested he was somewhat incestuous towards her sister, which made him even creepier. What really sealed the deal was this, though:



So, what I'm trying to say is while Catman himself fits the standards of a proper DC villain/anti-hero, the fact he reminds me of this guy sort of ruins his credibility. At least for me. And since I'm not that familiar with Catman's shenanigans in the comics, it's gonna take a while for me to shake off this image of him out of my head.

Guys, to be clear, RF isn't just the anti-flash. It took The Flash and Wally AND Jay to bring him down to Belle
Reve. I'm sorry this wasn't clear, but it will be a plot point for Eobard, as he controls his own negative speed force. It isn't at its full potential yet, because it's still early in his career.

Also, when I think of Catman, I think of a Genderbent Selina Kyle.

History:
Jason has lived most of his life on the run from the law. In his childhood days Jason made his way as a common thief stealing from those unfortunate enough to pass through Crime Alley and for the most part, he was quite successful at what he did. It wasn’t until the day that he got caught that it seem like his life was going to change, the only difference was Batman had caught him.

For the first few years under the Bat’s wing Jason learned many of the skills that would later serve him throughout the rest of his life. Although he wasn’t as athletically gifted as Batman’s previous prodigy Jason learned several skills that made him just as valuable as he detective skills allowed him to track down and capture the Scarecrow single handedly. It would be these skills that would eventually lead to his ultimate demise.

As the young Boy Wonder took off following leads of the Jokers latest threat Jason wound up walking into a trap and becoming bait for another trap intended for Batman. As Jason was waiting for Batman’s arrival he endured the most savage beating of his life and left to die strapped to a bomb. The last thing Jason remembered was hearing the last few ticks of the clock before the bomb was set to explode.

The next thing he remembered a woman standing over him as he was slowly being placed in a strange vat of liquid. When he finally awoke Jason was told how Talia had saved him and brought him to the base of operations of the infamous League of Assassins and how Batman left him to die. Now fueled with an overwhelming desire for revenge and a sense of newfound anger, Jason trained with his new family in order to exact his revenge on his former mentor.

As he traveled the globe on his way back to Gotham Jason trained with every known assassin that he could find, which gave him skills in everything needed to exact his revenge on the man that he once called his mentor. Upon finally reaching his destination Jason spent weeks tracking the Bat only to be captured by the GCPD. The next thing he remembered is being sent to Belle Reeve.
