Excuse my fuck-up on the actual rp's "Character" tab. XD --- Name: Patchouli Knowledge Age: Over 100 Gender: Female Appearance: "...can you not look at me like that?" Personality: As you would expect from a magician like her, Patchouli spends majority of her time in her library, and if not, some interior place filled with books. Due to this, she doesn't get much time to interact with people besides the residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and learns everything from practically the books. This all adds up to the fact that she is a major introvert, at times not knowing how to properly engage in conversations due to her knowledge coming mostly from books. Other than that, she tends to care greatly for her books or what she considers to be beneficial books, as seen with her annoyances with a certain "Ordinary Magician" coming in all of the time to "borrow" her books and to never return them. Abilities/Weapons: Patchouli happens to carry around certain books that help her initiate her spells. Turns out her spells are based off of the "Wu Xing," or basically the elements. These elements include: fire, water, wood, earth, metal, moon, and sun. Given that all of these elements correspond with a day on the Japanese calendar, Patchouli is usually referred to as the "One-Week Magician." If she happens to be in bad condition due to her chronic asthma, she cannot use spells using more than two elements or the sun/moon element spells due to it being unable to finish the incantation. While all of her spells are danmaku, or non-lethal, there are some that ignore the spell card rules of danmaku. Backstory: A close friend of the self-proclaimed Scarlet Devil, Remilia Scarlet, Patchouli Knowledge was "spirited away" along with their Scarlet Devil Mansion into Gensokyo, located near the Misty Lake. Inside the mansion, Patchouli regulated her own library that was filled with books that one couldn't imagine to exist. She was usually tasked alongside Sakuya Izayoi to keep an eye out for the mansion's "dirty little secret" in case that secret manages to escape from the mansion's basement. When Remilia causes the Scarlet Mist Incident to occur in Gensokyo, the apparent scarlet covered mist draws in the incident solvers, Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame. While Patchouli did not have much more than a short battle with Reimu, she had gotten an annoyance of a thief to this day once Marisa had learned the existence of Patchouli's library. A week after the conclusion of the Mist incident, she happens to run into the two heroines again while trying to get the "dirty little secret" back into the basement. Once that concluded, the residents of the mansion became acquainted with the other inhabitants of Gensokyo. Patchouli happened to be given a mysterious book for a certain "boundary youkai" one day, and upon reading it all, she happened to learn of the multiverse outside Gensokyo. It was interesting because it was obviously much more than an outside world surrounding the land of illusions. Being highly curious, Patchouli used this strange book to help her communicate with the organization known as UMMA. Of course she joined since it would be a good pastime for her due to the fact that the eventfulness of the mansion had died down a bit over the past few months. To say the least, she had managed to make a connection to UMMA's base with her great library. Knowing that no one would bother her in her library, Patchouli knew it would be fine to keep her agent status a secret. Faction: UMMA

Wassi, dancing at last year's Shadow Eternity Christmas party.
Wassi Stickman - 31 - Male
Appearance: Faction: Shadow Eternity Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: Stickverse (where all drawings and animations of stick people reside, that lack a defined universe.) Personality: Wassi is, above all things, a mercenary. He doesn't much care for anything beside money. When Wassi discovered The Great Tool, the first thing on his mind was how much money he could make with it. In fact, the first thing he drew were piles upon piles of gold. 'Course, everybody could tell it was fake, but at least he tried, right? Because of his overwhelming greed for all things monetary, Wassi doesn't work well with others. If he has anything to gain from betraying his allies, he'll usually take it. However, on occasion, Wassi will weigh the pros and cons of doing something that could potentially endanger his life. Recently, Stickman has decided that working with the Shadow Eternity and its agents, without stabbing them in the back, would reap many a reward. After all, an organization like that had money to spare. When money isn't involved, Wassi has no problem using other people as his shields and claiming that they're 'allies' or 'teammates.' Wassi's a coward, and would never in a million years take a bullet for anyone besides himself. This cowardice bleeds over into Wassi's combat style - The Stickman never engages enemies directly, instead he uses the Great Tool to create his own personal army to do all of the heavy lifting and punchy punchy type of stuff for him. Wassi's only redeeming trait is his creativity. Before he found the Great Tool, Wassi was an artist. He would draw immense, highly detailed paints of everything from great battles to sunrises to potted plants. He loved to paint, to draw, to create. He would always cook his own food, and he personally designed his own house and car. Truthfully, creation was the only thing he loved more than money. It was what took up almost all of his time. Wassi is also very defensive of his creations. He treats his own art (and sometimes the art of others) as more important than sapient life. Abilities/Weapons: Stickman physiology: Stick People, while appearing nothing like human beings, are about as fragile as they are. They can be shot, beat, and strangulated just as easily as a normal, run-of-the-mill human. He also lacks eyes and ears, and his mouth only appears when he wants it to. Yet (inexplicably) Wassi can still hear and see, and still requires oxygen to breathe. The Great Tool: A device used by the gods to create the Stickverse. The giant pencil (around three feet long) can be used to give life to anything made with it. The device is capable of registering what a drawing represents (IE: a person, or a bomb) and endows said creation with the traits of that device in the real world. The Great Tool's creation ability is limited by the physics of the Stickverse, and Wassi's speed at which he draws things. When something is drawn, its abilities are to scale. So the bigger the bomb, the bigger the explosion. The bigger the person, the stronger, ect. Here are some of the most common creations Wassi uses: Stickmen: These are pretty basic. He draws a to-sized stick figure, who has the same physiology as Wassi himself. The Stickmen communicate with Wassi telepathically, and will do whatever he wishes. Bandanna: A simple bandanna, but so much more. When drawn on a stickman, or Wassi himself, the bandanna makes the wearer a master of hand to hand martial arts combat, as well as giving them peak human physical stats. The stickmen are also capable of shooting energy beams from their hands. Weapons (guns, swords, whatever): When a Stickman equips a weapon they immediately become a master at using it. When using melee weapons, they become near-peak human. (Not as strong as the Bandannas, but close.) Staffs and wizard hats: This combo of items turns a Stickman into a magician. They are capable of using elemental magic, and have a short ranged teleport (with a decent cooldown, though.) They are physically weaker when they take up the role of wizard, though. Capes: These give the wearer exponential strength, speed, and durability upgrades, as well as allowing for flight. (10 ton lifting capacity, 40 mph speeds, bulletproof.) Wassi is also capable of temporarily applying these upgrades to himself. They usually only last about thirty to forty minutes, and take some time to draw. Unlike his creations, however, Wassi can apply multiple upgrades (max 2, currently) if he so pleases to. Limitations: The Great Tool is only capable of maintaining fifteen normal Stickmen at a time. A bandanna Stickman counts as two Stickmen; so does a Stickman with a weapon. Wizards count as three. A Cape counts as ten. Without the Great Tool, Wassi has no real powers. Any drawings of a vehicle, building, or super-weapon (a large railgun, for example) take up all of the Tool's capacity. Backstory: Wassi was born on a planet made of paper. He has no parents, and no family to speak of. He was created by the Great Artists to be a simple thief. That was Wassi's purpose in life: to steal, and do whatever it took to steal what he wanted. His partners in crime were his only friends; the five of them were the 'Seriously Super Six.' Together, they robbed bank after bank, and the police were powerless to stop their rampage of ridiculous schemes the Great Artists had them use. Life was chaotic, yet it was also simple. Life was good. Wassi would wake up every morning at six a.m, and meet his buddies at their abandoned warehouse hideout. They'd come up with some convoluted plan, magically obtain whatever they needed for the heist, and then went out and did it. That all changed when the Great Artists created Wassi's Nemesis, Chosen Hero. What a stupid name for a person. Chosen Hero was, as the name implies, the hero of the story. He was perfect in every way: super powers, handsome face, a cape. Chosen Hero disgusted Wassi. People would line the streets just to watch Chosen Hero fly around, parading the SSS gang like they were trophies every time he caught them. Which was every day, by the way. Chosen Hero would always beat them, and then take them to prison. The SSS gang always broke out before it was time for another heist, but still. Hero was ruining everything! Wassi's perfect life of villainy and money and companionship was gone forever, and it was all Chosen Hero's fault. So, one day, Wassi decided to break the mold. He decided that enough was enough, and that life was too short wasting it getting your backside handed to you by some fool in a cape. So he set off from his home town, away from it all: away from his friends, away from his Nemesis, away from his home. He decided to go on his own adventure. Little did he know, this was all part of the Great Artists' plan for him. On his travels, Wassi discovered a temple. The temple was filled to the brim with traps and obstacles of all kinds. From jumping puzzles to spinning swords to rooms where the walls tried to crush you. There was even a moment where he was chased down a corridor by a boulder. Eventually, Wassi reached the epicenter of the superstructure: A cavernous room, with only one object of note inside; The Great Tool, an over-sized pencil, sitting atop a pedestal. Wassi took said pencil, and escaped the collapsing structure. Wassi then began to learn of the Great Tool's abilities while living in a small jungle village. While there, he was approached by a shaman claiming to be a Great Artist. The shaman taught Wassi how to use the Tool to its greatest extent, before sending Wassi off back to his hometown. Upon returning home, Wassi started to create as much havoc as he could. He created a small army of ninjas to fight alongside him; the Stickmen wrecked whatever they wanted, killed anyone who got in the way, and pilfered whatever they pleased. Wassi was then confronted by Chosen Hero. After exchanging words, explaining his reasoning, Wassi created a clone of Chosen Hero, as well as a number of other Stickmen, and told them to kill Chosen Hero. The battle was hard faught, but Chosen Hero was no match for the overwhelming numbers coupled with fighting an exact copy of himself. When Wassi defeated Chosen Hero, he planned to execute him. The Great Artists, however, had planned otherwise, and tried to stop him. Yet Wassi broke free from their control using the Great Tool, killed Chosen Hero, and then attacked the Great Artists incarnate. The battle was hard fought, for the Great Artists used the same Tool as Wassi for their creations. Yet Wassi, in the end, was defeated. The Great Artists cast Wassi out, banishing him to the Multiverse. Yet they allowed Wassi to keep his tool, claiming that he had earned it. The confused villain found himself flung to a far off planet, with no knowledge of where he was or which way home lied. So Wassi drew himself a rocket ship, and began his futile search. Along the way, Wassi encountered the Shadow Eternity. Learning their intentions, Wassi joined forces with them, planning to take control of the organization's forces once UMMA was destroyed and bring it to bare on the Stickverse, and extract revenge on all who had opposed him.

@Facepunch: Alright, um, I'm slightly concerned about the buffing ability for the most part at the moment and I think there's just something I'm not wrapping my head around. Also, how many buffs can he apply to himself?

Wassi
As far as I can tell, he's mostly fine. Just a bit confused about the limits of his buffs. Especially if he combines the cape with the bandanna or weapons. And if he simply creates another stickman with that combo, it lasts forever, instead of having a time limit?

The abilities would combine, then. I was thinking that Stickmen are only allowed a single buff, while Wassi himself gets two. Cape and bandana, for example, would mean he'd have the physical traits of the cape while also having martial arts mastery. If that's too much, then perhaps using two buffs cuts the upgrades in half? So the cape wouldn't make him as strong, he'd be less skilled with the bandana and weapons, ect.

Name: Takahara from Accounting, AKA Kamen Rider 15 Age: 57. Gender: Male Appearance: While untransformed, he's a fairly typical salaryman. His various transformations. Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: Kamen Rider Decade Personality: Takahara is, first and foremost, a henchman. He tends to just go along with things and isn't very bright. While not transformed, he's fairly cowardly, running from combat- he's nearly sixty after all. This goes out the window once he's gotten into the spandex. He has forty years of experience fighting foes vastly more powerful than himself- he's taken so many Rider Kicks and Rider Punches that he can perfectly emulate them. He fights to protect his comrades in villainy with everything he's got- after all, the boss might consider them expendable, but they're still on the same side. Abilities/Weapons: Lockseeds! - Fifteen Arms (Sinister Instrumental)- Takahara's base form, this gives him the Yomimaru, a fairly large sword- it reaches from his feet to his shoulders. It's also the only weapon he can carry between forms. - Eternal Arms (EN-JOY YOUR HEEE-EEELL~)- Born from a Lockseed exposed to a Gaia Memory he stole from the Museum he once worked for, this form is equipped with a dagger called the Eternal Edge and slots for 26 Gaia Memories to grant the weapon various effects- though they're hard to track down these days. - Core Arms (MEMORY! MAGMA! BURN-BURN-BURN!)- Formed from a Lockseed exposed to both a Gaia Memory and a set of artificial Core Medals, this form emulates the power of Kamen Rider Core- a flaming giant formed from spiteful memories of Kamen Riders. This form is easily the leader in terms of physical strength, using gauntlets called the Core Crushers to unleash devastating punches. - Poseidon Arms (SHARK-WHALE-WO-LF-FISH~)- Armed with the Deepest Harpoon, this form can breathe underwater and move rapidly through aquatic environments. - Glaive Arms (JOKER OF RED!)- Arming Takahara with the Glaive Rouzer, this is one of his more versatile forms- the Glaive Rouzer comes with an incomplete set of Rouze Cards. However, without these cards- which require scanning into the Rouzer- this is a fairly weak form, with little in the way of offensive or defensive options. Backstory: Takahara has floated around as villainous organizations have risen and fallen. He started out as a Combatant in SHOCKER before getting transferred to accounting. Then the Kamen Riders broke free and fucked everything up. So he moved on to Destron. Same story. Eventually, he discovered the multiverse as he was hired by Dai-Shocker... and then a pink Kamen Rider promptly fucked up the multiverse AND his cushy job. But at least this setback opened up an endless multiverse of employers. From BOARD to Smart Brain, Takahara's a familiar face among the shady corporations of the Kamen Rider worlds. Takahara's most recent employers have included a museum (that for some reason manufactured USB sticks), a corporation that seemed to have its hands in everything (he ended up doing finances for R&D), and a Japanese pharmaceutical company trying to get in on the "Battling Monsters" craze. But of course a Kamen Rider came and fucked those up too. He's finally settled into a position at Shadow Eternity after grabbing a few things from the ruins of his office at the Yggdrasil Corporation as a severance package to go along with the trophies from a long history of failure his employers have endured. Turns out when exposed to various sources of power, the fruit of Helheim matures into a lockseed reflecting the source. Faction: Shadow Eternity
