If one were to walk down the street, passing by a few small houses here and there, and enter the throng of the large city, they would notice an older building. Very tall, very solidly sound, though it has been there for many years. The stone, made of a tan sandstone, shows years of wear and tear, but it still stands strong. Walking by, people would think that it is just a museum of some kind. Or a private home that is not open to the public. But it is so much more than that. If only they knew what was on the inside… His head hidden under a dark black hoodie, Sage Goldmen approaches the building, stalking up to the front door. He twists his sapphire graduation ring around his finger and he knocks on the door. A slit in the door opens up and Sage flashes his ring at the man behind to door. The man says, “Hello Sapphire Traveler,” before opening the door and letting Sage inside. Sage smiles slightly and walks inside. The large tiled foyer looms in front of him. He walks down it quickly, nodding to the door man. He needed to make this meeting of the Travelers quick, before he needed to travel himself. He hurries into the meeting room and takes a seat. He drums his fingers on the desk, lying his head in his hand. They should all be coming very soon, considering it was time for most of them to do their daily travel.

Emerald eyes darted over the words, absorbing them as the orbs followed the lines on the page. The library in her house was quiet as it always was, the silence only broken by the staccato ticking of a closet sitting on the mantle of the fire place. The warm sunshine spilled into the room, alighting on a figure curled up on the window seat, making her blonde hair shine gold in the rays. The girl had her knees tucked to her chest, her wardrobe consisting of gray skinny jeans, a purple and gray ombre sweater and black boots. Her hair was loose around her shoulders, the curls spilling down her back and all the way to her waist. A rustling noise sounded out as slender fingers gently turned the page, bright green eyes idly glancing at the clock. They quickly widened when she read the time and she leaped to her feet, quickly grabbing her messenger bag filled with art supplies and books as well as other things she might need. She quickly pushed the book she had been reading inside as she ran out the doors, down the hall, descended the grand staircase. No one asked where this girl seemed to be off to in such a hurry because no one either cared or was home. To her parents she was invisible and to the staff that worked at the large mansion she was just something to look after. Once she had turned seventeen she was all but nonexistent to the residents of the Eirwen household. Autumn shook the thought from her head and ran out the door and down the drive, heading towards a large building a few blocks away. She arrived there, breathless and panicked that she might be late. She flashed her ring at the door and was let inside. She quickly hurried towards the meeting room, hoping she wasn't late. She slid inside and blinked. Gage was the only one here. She had panicked for nothing. She sighed and dropped into a chair, folding her arms across the table and resting her forehead on them as she caught her breath.

Jack looked around the city as he walked along. He had to be in the year 1250 BC soon. He had work to do and was curious about something new. He had to investigate a battle to check out or to check on the trade routes of the area. His parents still had no idea that he could travel into a time period that they only knew about in books and from the tombs. He got to see them in real life. They still had no idea how he was fluent in the language. They could not tell he was going back or how he had gotten that sword. He walked over to the building and flashed his ruby ring. It was a family heirloom and his father thought he should have it. He had kept the ring with him through his adventures over the years. He had treasured the ring and his khopesh. Both had kept him alive for a very long time. Now he was wearing a linen robe that he had gotten in his early time there. He had to fit in if his plan was to work and to not cause any issues in time. It was covering up a pair of jeans and a white shirt. He walked to the desk and sat down at the seat. "Hello Sage. Hello Autumn. How are you two doing?" He said as he read from his journal. It was a jumble of hieroglyphics and English. He had translations of hieratic and other writings in there. As was his nature he was still reading no matter what they said. He did not want to be here right now.

It was so silent in his room that Austin could hear the clock ticking. He knew he should leave for the meeting now, but he just got back from seeing Anya, his sister. His dead sister, actually. But ever since his first travel, he always comes back for her. It was hard, sneaking into the past and visiting her. The worst part was having to hide. For so many years, he kept his grown-up face away from her view. He only watched her quietly. Sometimes, he spoke to her, but only in the dark, when she won't recognize how old he looked. Every time he returns from the time she was alive, he wants to return immediately. But he fought the temptation of staying there, knowing it wouldn't be good to live in the past. All the thoughts made him weary. Finally, he dragged himself off the bed with a groan and put on a gray hoodie, keeping it's zipper open. While trudging down the stairs, a voice called out to ask where he was off to. But Austin ignored the question and let himself out. The whole walk to the old building took him about twenty minutes. It gave him enough time to get some fresh air. He knocked on the building's door, when he suddenly remembered his gem. He fished the emerald out of his pocket. It had an odd, rugged shape and had a green glow to it. He was let in as soon as he presented it. In the meeting room, he found that only three of them had arrived. He gave a nod to the small group while taking a seat beside Autumn. She seemed tired, but Austin didn't comment on it. He just lazily leaned on the back of his chair and stared at the walls.

The suns rays bounced off of Esthers glasses as she made her way to the location where their meeting was going to be held for the next Travel period. It was still quite difficult to come to terms with being able to travel in the first place after a while of doing so, but worried less about that and more on where she was going to go this time. The last time she let herself travel back in time without knowing where she wanted to go she ended up in the worst place possible, at least, to her it was the worst. Over a certain time period she found out that if a place was not picked then it was to be randomly selected. Why this happened she had no idea why, but what she did know at the moment was time was ticking fast. Time was another factor that this power consisted of, but was not something Esther took into account all too often. She had finally made it to the building, and the place had and old feel to it, but at the same time it still felt young enough to be owned by someone if there was no knowledge of it being owned in the first place. While walking up to it she made sure that she had the necklace needed to get in. Esther then knocked, and when the door opened slightly she pointed at a small silver piece that hung around her neck with an opal center. The opal looked as if space were condensed into a small gemstone, and milk droplets were spread out over the stone to trap space. It was something she had already owned, but had no memory of where it came from, so not only is the necklace unknown to her it is also a sort of curiosity. When she walked in she noticed that there were already a few of the travelers inside, but looked to be spaced out in the room instead of together discussing a plan. “What'd I miss?”

Aery had to all but sprint to the old house in order to make the meeting time. She was still toting four instruments and her treasured, enormous copy of "A History of Rome" since she'd had library study group and four consecutive music lessons. She ran into the center of town and slowed down to act a little more normal until she walked up to the big house. Setting down two of her instruments (Her flute and piccolo clarinet) she flashed her right wrist at the door. Her charm bracelet, with real aquamarine in the charms on it, opened the lock and allowed her inside. She looked around the circle only to find that there were only a few other people in the building. She panicked, thinking that she had missed the meeting. "Oh my gosh, I'm sorry I missed it but I had music lessons!" She mumbled.

Sage smiles as Aery comes running in. "No you're fine. We haven't even started yet." He lets out a sigh and runs a hand through his hair. "Well, it looks like this is all that we are going to have," he says. "I just wanted to tell everyone that the Black Riders have become more confident. They nearly took out one of our own when he went back in time only yesterday. They somehow are getting intel from here about where we are going." His eyes scan the room. "I hope that I can trust each of you that you are not telling them what is going on."

Autumn finally caught her breath and sat up, adjusting her glasses as Jack, Austin, Esther, and Aery arrived and took their seats. She sat back in her seat with her hands folded in her lap, eyes on Jack as he started the meeting. The news of the Riders trying to attack one of their own was old news in itself but for them to have almost succeeded? That was worrying. Very worrying indeed. And to think, Jack though there was a spy in their midst? Autumn refrained from looking around. She as not going to get paranoid. That would not help matters. They couldn't start doubting each other in the moment when they needed to be united and at their strongest. Besides, there didn't need to be a witch hunt. That would give the Black Riders the advantage to crush them.

Upon hearing the news about the Black Riders attacking someone, Austin shifted uncomfortably. In the group, he was probably one of the must vulnerable to the Riders. He was an easy target for someone who travels back to almost the same times. For years, he barely went back to a time where his sister didn't exist. He was predictable. It was stupid of him, but he couldn't help himself. And the idea of someone among them giving away information...it scared him. He carefully glanced over everyone in the room, but decided not to comment yet.

"Sage, is this a theory or a fact that someone has been giving info about us to the riders?" the traveler asked the man in charge of the whole thing. "Because there's a difference between a fact, and an opinion," she slammed her hand on the desk that was near her "If they almost killed a traveler then we can't have any doubt about each other like I am right now." At this very moment her blood was boiling with anger at the fact that someone would possibly be leaking information about them that's in the room right now. Sage did not say directly that someone might be betraying them, but that's what she had gotten from his tone.

Sage glares at her. "It is complete fact. The only people who can travel back in time are us! How else would they know when we are traveling or where we are going to travel to?" He looks around the room. "We are missing many of us for this meeting, but I would hope that none of you in here now would even think of betraying us. I trust all of you because we are unique." He checks his watch. He needs to travel within then next ten minutes or he would be random traveling.
