Well now I feel bad. Look whatever the case, a name should never be a jeopardizing factor in a character. You had Bartleby first. Your Bartleby is the Alpha Bartleby. Leo can suck thirty-seven dicks (in a row) if he thinks his Bartleby beats your Bartleby.

Glad I could do you fine there. Legit though, don't be down about the matter. I know the "it's just a name" retort is cliché and uncouth, but it's more than that regard. They're two very differnet characters whom we've yet to see in action. Then we'll see the differences separate further into their own identities.

Factor into that the fact that your Bartleby is your primary character and my Bartleby is a side-running character companion. Your Bartleby is a renown noble cowardly trader trying to get in on some Red legion action, my Bartleby is an unscrupulous, dead, once-underworld-esque noble who put the future on his son's shoulders. He will be mostly referred to as "father". He is also a gnome soul in a human skeleton. The idea that two very different people getting confused for each other could be a running gag.
