Spain, Kalmar, and the Ottomans do not sound to interesting, although some form of Byzantine with Democracy might be interesting. Although if it turns out like my EU4 playthroughs, they will be annexed by Turks in 5 days.

Question about Elan. Is it possible to make a 'flying man' using it? For instance a military concept I have in mind is the use of a man with a combustion engine strapped to him who floats up to the underside of a airship to infiltrate it or simply plant some TnT.
