Aery resisted the urge to throw a fit, instead nodding slightly to Celaena. "Of course we can. Didn't you see Silly bring down those guards, and they were about three times her size? She's useful. And if we can figure out what Ame did to the guards who had her cornered, that could be useful too."
Ame looked at the necklace, then hooked it around her neck. On impulse she kissed Celaena's hand. "I understand the danger, but Aery helped me when I thought no one would, and now I think it's my turn to help her."
Silly nodded soberly. "Thank you, my lady. Oh, thank you. For my family, thank you." Then she burst entirely into tears and buried her face in Aery's tunic.

"Very well, off we go" Celaena looked around, sea as far as the eye can see, she resisted the urge to jump in and she seen people boarding the ship, she began walking up the ship ramp and from what she could tell straight off, this ship was for royalty, but she was royalty of Terrasen, she seen a guard approaching them, in his hands a check-list probably.
"Wha' hoose are all ye' from' he asked

"House Galathynius, these are my daughter's: Minerva, juno and Ariella " she seen him tick off names and sighed then looked to Aery as if to say that was a close one.

Shadow kept walking through the streets and saw people getting onto ships. he noticed the guards around look at him and knew right away that they had seen his sword on his back. he shook his head and then turned to try and find his way out of this fine mess. he was currently to weak to take on all of these guards on his own. the guards started to slowly make their way towards him to make it look like they were just moving on. he sighed and then tossed the hood off of his head to show his face. as soon as the guards looked at him they stopped their slow movement and started to run at him. he waited and rolled under them and then ran towards the ships. he looked around as he ran trying to find his way out of this. he could hear the guard yelling behind him.

Aery sighed in relief. The guard looked at Celaena strangely, (After all, what nobles let their children go around with uncovered heads? Especially girls who are at about the right age to marry?!) but let them board the ship. Then she heard a commotion on shore, and looked back. A young man was running, trying to flee from guards. She had only a few seconds to act, so she shoved her backpack at Silly, making a huge fuss about how she'd forgotten a crucial medication at their manor, and surely she'd only be five minutes, if they'd let her go and grab it. She even hinted at how there might be an extra "something" for a sailor who delayed the captain.
And of course the guards, rather charmed by the flirty young lady, let her. And she stepped off the boat, holding her skirts up daintily. And went down an alley, turned a corner, pulled a sewing needle from her glove, and swung her hand around the corner, sinking the needle into the chest of the guard who was racing up in hot pursuit of the young man. Another came up next to her with concern on his face, and she played the panicked young noblewoman for only a second before a second needle went into this guard's wrist. The third saw her coming and dodged, but she still managed to get the needle through his skin and send him unconscious. She approached the young man slowly, her arms crossed lightly at her waist. "Excuse me, sir, but it seemed that you needed some aid. I do not mean to be pretentious, but... If this many guards were after you, perhaps you'd like to join myself and my lady in Xandria. We are headed to seek new opportunities and new challenges." It was a risk, sure, but usually the guards only ever chased other assassins. "Our ship is leaving in five minutes, maybe less, but if you hurry, you can come with us."

Meanwhil Celaena asked for her golden jewel she tracked Aery with her eyes, then a young noble man wandered to her and asked for her name " Celaena Sardothien " she whispered and she seen him back away and turn his head to shout for guards, Celaena acted fast within in three seconds he was in her grip, she grasped his beverage before putting Gloriella in his drink ( a powerful numbing poison but its effects are temporary in small does like below 0.5mil) Celaena had put a whole bud into it (2.0 mil)

Celaena heard the last calling bell as the ship was very close to deporting, from Adarlan " Ariella hurry up dear!!!! " she shouted as posh-ly as she could, woul Aery make it only time will tell, Aery had to make it, celaena told herself,

Aery sighed. She grabbed the man's wrist, pulled him along with her, and jumped onto the ship just as it pulled away from the boardwalk. None of the guards were watching, thankfully, instead fawning over the other people on board. She made eye contact with Silly, who pointed to the man, rolled her eyes, and cast her hands to the heavens. She was practically saying,
Aery, god damn it, no, we can't have ANOTHER stray!
To which Aery replied, visually, He's not a stray, he'll help us. Now don't cause a ruckus.
To Celaena, she gave her sweetest smile. "Mother, I'm sorry, but didn't you say you wanted my cousin Mars to come with us? He overslept and I couldn't get him out of bed any quicker!" trying to tell her with her eyes to calm down and not cause a scene.

Celaena winked as if to say yes, walked to a wooden railing and rested her arms on the wooden rails, she looked out across the open sea, she was going to the Red Desert once again but this time she didn't go to train, but to go to Xandria to cement Assassin Control over there, and to talk to the Tyrant for Extra Guilds to be built.

Shadow was a bit shocked but the sudden change of pace but he didn't mind. he was in the clear for a little while. he felt his shoulder and sighed the pain was a bit worse than before but not much. he made up his mind on what to do next he would have to make up for how he treated Celaena before some how. he walked over the railing and then looked out at the water. in the past he had trained under Celaena before and he had been a royal jerk. he never listened to her when she was trying to help him. it almost got him killed in the end.

Aery, having thoroughly explored the ship and the cabin designated to them, was left without anything to do. She decided to leave the grown-ups to their conversation, and do something useful like sharpen spare daggers. So she went down to the cabin, to sort out what all she'd purchased. She'd been in such a hurry that she hadn't really kept a tally like she was supposed to have.
She opened the rucksack and dumped everything out on the floor. Spidersilk tunics and leggings, one set for each person in their party. Shimmery black for Celaena, silvery white for herself. A full-face golden mask for Celaena, studded with rubies and onyxes. A half-mask for herself in silver, studded with diamonds and aquamarines. Because she had a weakness for the girls, a purple and silver half mask for Ame and a blue-and-green marbled one for Silly. A belt with two secret compartments, each holding three throwing stars, for Silly. A long silver dagger with a mother-of-pearl handle for herself, because she decided she needed at least one "pretty" weapon. Several vials of poison, for Celaena's use, as Aery already had plenty. A strangling cord for Ame, though Aery prayed the girl would never have to use it. Assorted daggers and sheaths, and... A sword. She'd never really used a sword before, but she'd found a short sword that fit her hand. The blade was slender and rather short (when compared to most men's, or even women's, swords), making the sword kind of a very long dagger, but it gave her better reach than any melee weapon she'd ever used before.
Once everything was laid out orderly, she went up onto the deck, to find Celaena and Shadow. "Mother, Cousin, I've readied our quarters." She used her lofty royal accent, the one she vowed she would never use again. It served well as a disguise, now that she thought about it.

Shadow turned and looked at the girl that had dragged him onto the ship. he had heard what she said and then felt the pain in his shoulder. he cursed his luck. if he had been given a bit more time he might have had time to get some medication to take away some of the pain. he shook his head and then reached into his cloak to feel for the pocket that he kept his personal vials in and found them all. with that in place he walked over to where the girl was and then said " can you show me to our quarters I need some time to get used to the ship?"

Celaena looked around the top deck once more, and seen everybody was heading to their bed quarters, she followed suit as she got to her room, she was amazed on what Aery had bought, it was a lot of weaponry, she climbed into bed after drinking some malt whisky, her thoughts were on Xandria and the other things that would be awaiting them.

Celaena heard people shouting as she got up, she noticed the ship wasn't moving anymore, they probably docked, she climbed out of bed and found her SpiderSilk tunics and slipped on, then to disguise the rare material, she slipped into her silk dress, that was after she had concealed her weaponry. "Aery, time to get up dear, Xandria awaits." She said quietly so the people in the room hear her

Shadow stood on the deck of the ship looking out at the area around the docks. he sighed. he had avoided talking with anyone. most people had looked at him like he was a pest. he shook his head and then tapped the hilt of his sword. he was just making sure that it was hidden under his cloak. he then smiled this was his new start. he would again be unknown and this would give him the time to start hunting for the person that he was looking for ever since he found the contract for his parents death. he would wait for Celaena first to see if she had any jobs for him right now.

Celaena Sardothien walked to the Ship Deck and immediately was hit by sea air, it was beautiful, but it was also roasting hot in the desert, she looked north east and spotted a sandstorm which would hit Xandria in three hours, she guessed and nodded to Shadow " I want you to take care of a Tavern Owner, 20 coppers for it" she smiled and then dumped her silk dresses in his arms

" any special things you want done while i'm here other than that." Shadow asked as he gently folded the silk so that it would take up less space and not get damaged if he had a choice he would have given them back to her and said i dont need your money. but in the end he knew that he would need the money for later if he needed some things to track the person he is hunting down.

" I want you to find Rowan Stormfire and bring him here and you may try to fight him if you really want, give him a test of your abilities. " She commanded him and sat down waiting for Aery, she was being a little lazy shit today, Aery had training with her and Rowan today, if rowan had his way he would dangle Aery off the Glass Castle in Adarlan and laugh while he was doing it, bu rowan weren't here, Celaena however was there and she took it easy on Aery and the urchins and due to the new Arrival Shadow, she had to show him she meant business

Shadow nodded and then turned and left the ship. he walked for a little while and then he sighed. he knew what he was doing and since he had time he was going to find the doctor first so that he could buy himself some medical supplies. he walked the streets and found the place he was looking for and then bought his supplies. when he needed them they could be combined quickly to help him heal.

he had asked where he could find Rowan Stormfire. he was told to wait out in the desert in an hour if he wanted to meet up with Rowan. Shadow understood that this would be a set up so he would do more to get ready before he went out there.

around 50 minutes later Shadow walked out into the desert and adjusted his cloak to block any sand getting in his face.

Rowan was buried in the sand waiting for someone to walk over, he waited until someone walked over him then rose up the sand, the sand cascaded of his body and in one movement, he took out his sword and gripped his hand over Shadow's chest holding him in place "What are you thinking, kid!!" he commanded and then let him go to allow Shadow to answer him, but kept his sword pointed at him

Shadow had heard the sword being drawn. he was calm and colledted when the man grabbed him. " just passing on a message and testing what i'm up against. the message is from Celaena She said to meet her. last i saw her she was at the docks." Shadow then walked forward and drew his own sword. he turned and looked back at the man " i'm not a fool i know that you will win in the end but i still want to see what i can do before i lose."

"Celaena's still alive she must be tought, Make your move" Rowan taunted, his hand gripping his sword tightly, Rowan could take him down in two moves, and rowan wasn't even an assassin, he smiled coyly and waited for shadow to make one step, and rowan would knock him out before shadow made his third step.
