Reading a song lyrics that relates to the actions of the man who fought Kae. That power demonstration is none other than a level 5, so much mysteries on who is this Esper. Eita continues reading the lyrics;
"A Shotgun and a telecaster—
the words all aligned in rows, unhappy
All alone on the streets of the city
is it true you're scared by the sounds of gunfire?

Sing out louder till my voice just gives out
How much time is it now that I've wasted
Finally you came into my welcoming hands
So I can't very well just let you go free now, can I?

'ONE MAN LIVE, WAS A SHATTERING SUCCESS'
In my head it's all a romantic story
We're all out of ammunition
So can we retrace our steps back from here

Time and time and time again we've picked out
Perfect, perfect, all to our convenience
To indecent living we've all said 'bye bye'
And soon we'll catch our ride out of here, ain't that so?

Dizzy now, gone around, and around, mistakes I made
Won't you please, teach me how, how to turn it all back now
I don't lack for a thing anymore, no more
That so? (That so) That so (That so) That so!

You say it, then is it, oh is it lucky?
After thirty nine seconds turning and skipping on repeat—
I saw it, I saw it! And is it happy?
I can't tell you that I really understand this
Countless, the sounds are piling up now
And neither an end nor a beginning are showing up still
So in short, and all told, there's no point at all
It seems that you are just as clueless as me right?
Looking past the screen, she's falling down again
An upside-down girl, an adulterated world

Shotgun and a telecaster—
There's not a single word left, unlucky
Beat and bruised, it's 'game over'
Hell, what an eyesore, don't you agree?

Falling hard it hurt to get back up, so I gave up on 'one more time'
Rolling on was error on my part— and each time had you rolling in laughter

'ONE MAN LIVE, A SHATTERING SUCCESS'
All this sentimentality post-party
Breaking up, it seems unanimous
So now can we turn ourselves about face?

Sing out louder till my voice just gives out
How much time is it now that I've wasted
Finally you came into my welcoming hands
Now tell me my friend, just how you're holding up

Dreams, no not dreams, nightmares now recurring
It's the fate of those few who forgot just how to mess up
Begging please make me what what I want
No more! That so, that so, that so?

Why is it, I'm asking, why is it happy?
Wandering lost and empty eyed at four 'o' clock in the morning
Wherever I end up, well is that happy?
But hell this is a trial, so goddamn fatiguing
Why is it, I'm asking, why is it happy?
A road goes on forever, right under my feet here
But even that road is crumbling apart
At any rate you're standing right up in the way

You say it, so is it, oh is it happy?
After thirty nine seconds turning and skipping on repeat—
I saw it, I saw it! And is it lucky?
Funny. 'cause I don't seem to be seeing any reward
Countless, the sounds are piling up now
And neither an end nor a beginning are showing up still
So in short, and all told, there's no point at all
Right then, guess I'll be jumping off right away

Looking past the screen, she's falling down again
An upside-down girl, an adulterated world
And is that...?"

In that span of three days, the young Kihara already thought of a faction that differs from cool, deviating from such group. His mind is complex, his thinking is complex just what lies in that scientific mind of his? "Anderson-kun. What do you think? The lyrics itself tells a story so does a song, any song tells a story." Playing chess with his odd new found comrade. He's been going at it for the past three days with his philosophical innuendo and riddles behind/ulterior behind his words.

"The important calendar is short of one section. The abandoned month will be flourished with condolences and the very foundations of a King's Kingdom shaken as the earth trembles. What do you think of the Chinese Terracotta army of the Emperor, Anderson-kun?"

Some if not everyone else especially judgement were wondering who was the culprit behind the sprinklers?

Akira

Akira was currently in the gymnasium, standing still as stone as 5 training drones flew around him, they were disc-like in shape and had small stinger-lasers that didn't hurt, but still hurt like hell. Suddenly, one of them flew in low, aiming a barrage of shots at Akira's back, only for a tendril of blood to spring out one of the specialized holes in his uniform that let him uses his ability without ruining his clothes. It spread out like a shield, blocking the shots, before Akira turned around at insane speeds, red markings covering his body, as he performed at spinning round kick that sent it hurtling into another one, causing both to fall to the ground rather damaged, the one he kicked having a large dent in it.

The other drones moved in, and Akira was quick to oblige them, sending out two spears of acidic blood at the side ones, forming a blade with an acid edge to grip as he charged the fifth and final one, taking them all out simultaneously. He de-acidified the blood and re-absorbed it, walking back to the queue station to summon more bots. Some cleaner drone came out to clean up the mess he made of the training drones, causing him to chuckle a little. He put in the order, this time he wanted 6, in challenge mode, his blade at the and the marks reap:earing on hos skin. As soon as the alarm beeped, he was in action with a blitz of speed that caught the first drone easy enough, but the rested quickly scattered, firing more stings at him. He had to deftly manuever around them or else get zapped, though that was easier said than done.

He could dodge fine but the drones could dodge faster than him, so trying to hit them took time and planning, which wasn't good for a micro like himself. He lept back into the frey, aptly taking a drone out qith a curved tendril, than launching it at another one. He them resumed his battle with renew vigor, wishing he had a real partner to practice with.

Tsumiki waited next to the door of the training area, 'watching' whoever it was as they fought the drones, finished, then started another round. He waited for them to finish again, then stepped forward before they could order a third, clapping.

"I'm impressed, though I'm not exactly sure what you were using. Is it telekinesis?" He held out his hand, waiting for a handshake. "I'm Tsumiki Tatsuya, though I'm sure you already know my name. You're a student here, right?" He smiled politely, though his eyes never changed. His Judgement arm band was prominent on his arm, already pinned in place for his afternoon patrol.

Otonashi Shizuka

For a long moment Wataru was sure he had offended the girl. Panicking slightly, he ran one hand through his hair, wondering if perhaps it was a mess or... Luckily her expression soon relaxed, at least a little bit. 'Otonashi-san, then? I look forward to studying together; let's have a good year.' Flashing a genuine smile, he mentally analysed the girl and her reactions; Otonashi was nervous, furtive. She seemed embarrassed by her level, which he could understand; most of their classmates would likely be 3s and 4s. Wataru himself was only a low level 3, so he could sympathise. 'Do you mind if I ask-' His question was cut off by the entrance of that blue woman, presumably their homeroom teacher. Giving Otonashi a friendly wink, Wataru faced forward and gathered his class materials.

Shizuka looked up from her workbench, realizing that she had been reminiscing. The last few days went by like a blur, and due to her reticent nature, she hadn't had much opportunity to speak with her classmates much or make any friends. In that time however, she did manage to join the electronics club and was currently trying to make small noisemaking devices. She wondered what it was Wataru wanted t oask her before he was interrupted. Then she remembered him winking at her and got hot in the face. She also remembered Ria stripping, that made her blush even harder. Then the sprinklers went off, supposedly the culprit still hadn't been found. She tried to think of something else. There were a lot of rumors flying about, supposedly some dangerous psychopath had attacked Hoshira-sensei, and somehow Jistudan was involved, or maybe that was just rumor. The only concrete piece of information that she knew was that a school guard was killed, or did he die from natural causes? Like the rest of Academy City, the school had a way of covering up violent disturbances.

Ugh, all these thoughts flying through her head, she couldn't really concentrate on soldering circuitry. She decided to take a break and sat on a stool to the side and reached into her bag to pull out her portable gaming device. However, she felt something in her bag that she didn't recognize and pulled it out. it was a small metal hammer, with the striking head pointed to most easily crack glass. At the bottom of the handle was a cut chain, and along the handle were instructions for breaking the glass of a fire alarm. Shizuka stared at the hammer curiously, while a fellow electronics club member who happened to be in the room stared incredulously and ran out into the hallway to find the nearest JUDGMENT student to report this to.

Seiji sighed as he took a seat within the school's cafeteria, staring at his still-unconsumed breakfast that had since gone cold. After whatever the hell had happened the last few days, his mind and body just didn't seem to want to cooperate. That day had escalated at the drop of a pin, which irked him to no end. Not only had he failed to introduce himself and gotten marked as a social outcast, but the spontaneous bloody murderer that just happened to pull everyone's attention was still prancing around... Probably ripping people to shreds as he had the security guard that day. The sprinklers going off had only added to the mood- by the time everything was over, his book was drenched in water, as was he. The more he thought about it all, the more worked up he became. He had started to change, but it felt like the world was punishing him for it. Gritting his teeth and clenching his right hand into a fist, Seiji slammed his arm down on the table in front of him. Small electrical sparks arced through the air as his irritation reached a breaking point, but (un)luckily enough the cafeteria was mostly empty at this time of day. With only a few other students witnessing his outburst, there was probably nothing to worry about; his social life was already dead by the time the day had rolled around anyhow, and it wasn't as if somebody was going to magically appear and change things. After all, who would go out of their way to get to know someone as average as him?

Ray's counsious was practically dead. For the past 3 days, he had been investigating the Sprinkler incident. Unfortunately, that was not the worst of it, an unknown Esper attacked the Magician Teacher. Ray sighed, things were heating up for a first week at school. He had interviewed a hand full of the students who had witnessed the attack. Apparently, the attack was so gruesome that they vomited. They witnessed the death of a school security guard unfortunately.

Ray was currently working inside the JUDGEMENT Office doing his best to get a grasp on the resent string of crimes. "I'm pretty sure none of the other sectors have to deal with this." He mumbled to himself as his fingers flew across the keyboard. He was making notes of his investigation on his laptop. He had page after page of the Ghoul investigation, and a few pages on the fire alarm investigation. Could these incidents be related? "No, they are 2 isolated incidents, that little girl doesn't have the guts pull of such a feet, at least in relation to a murder incident." He mumbled.

Maybe you should interview that Anderson kid, he seemed to know alot. "That is a possibility, I don't know if he would be willing to tell me." He mumbled to himself. Ray sighed, this indecision was driving him crazy. "Might as well foucs on crazy fire alarm incident, we just have to find that hammer." He mumbled to himself. Interview Anderson first though. Ray sighed, he got up and decided to search for Anderson.

Akira

Akira shook the boy extended hand, greeting him with a warm smile. "A pleasure to meet you, my name is Akira Kurogami and no, I'm afraid you're very far off with that guess." Akira finished with a chuckle, taking his hand back to demonstrate his ability. A small incision formed in the middle of his palm, several rivulets of crimson flowed out of the wound, hardening to form a tiny, crystaline tree-like sculpture. He held it there for a moment, then dissolved and reabsorbed it, the small cut healing up soon after.

"My ability is Haemokinesis, or blood manipulation, and it allows me to control blood, both my own and any that maybe out in the open, as well as change it's hardness to be like that of metal, or make it highly acidic. It's a highly versatile ability, if a bit rare, and it has given me some . . . unwanted notoriety." Akira then waited to see if Tatsuya would continue talking to him, or slowy back away as many others tended to do upon his revelation of ability.

Anderson looked up from his game of computer chess, he had been going against this grandmaster CPU for the past twenty minutes and he had nearly won. He also looked at his pistols that were on the table, they shone in the light as signs of his meticulous care and maintenance; after some back stage trickery with the administrators and some blackmail along side a well placed bribe, he had been able to keep of his weapons.
Jack arrived on the stage a month earlier then expected, Anderson thought to himself, I'll have to move quicker to counter. Who to recruit?
Anderson pulled out one of his many notebooks as he set the CPU in check.
Kazeno will be a part of it as always, the Ray person might also be of use. He was divided between more blackmail or more friendliness.
The past few days had been one hell of rush for everyone, with the administrators forcing everyone to be tight lipped about the situation. Students who saw anything were forbidden to talk about it in the halls, but that didn't spot rumors from floating around. Hell, Anderson even made a few bucks off of people who were desperate for the story. How true and unadulterated said story was completely depended on the time of day and his current mood, but people didn't care for small things like that. They just wanted a story and that's what they got.

His thoughts soon drifted to how to kill Jack, his regenerating stone armor wouldn't make it easy and it also means conventional weapons would have as much use as marshmallow gun. Brining out his phone, he texted one of his agents.
> How goes the integration of the Red Devils gang?
> They're stubborn, even after we've captured all of them like you said, they still won't budge.
> Do it how we normally do it. Kill the leader and start killing them in alphabetical order until they offer their allegiance to me. Remember to keep at least a dozen or so alive. DON'T FUCK IT UP LIKE LAST TIME.
> ... Roger...
> Also, how much longer until I own Tobichii Tech?
> Not much longer, the company will be yours soon be yours.
> Make sure RE_Birth gets the best weapons first.
> Yes Your Highness.

Kazeno cursed the existence of his alarm clock. Once again it failed to wake him and Chi Ni was alseep in his closet under a mount of clothing and jackets.
"Chi Ni! Get you're spiritual ass up before I call the Ghostbusters!" Kazeno stripped faster than the speed of sound while simultaneously preparing the classic school breakfast of toast. As he closed the mini-fridge he looked around and saw an ass hanging out of his microwave.
"Chi NI! What the hell are you doing in my microwave?" Kazeno roared as he flipped through his drawers for socks.
"I was trying to posses it." Chi Ni yawned as her did a flip and exited the kitchen appliance, "I could ask why you're in your birthday suit."
"Because the damn alarm didn't sound!" Kazeno jumped around like a crazied chicken trying to put on his pants, "Come on!"

In one quick move, he dived into his shoes and shirt while dragging Chi Ni along as he opened his window.
"We really going to do this again?" Chi Ni sounded both bored and nervous, despite being a ghost, she still had a fear of heights, given the room Kazeno lived in wasn't exactly ground floor didn't help.
"No time," Kazeno leapt on to the edge, "And besides: Jump and don't look down, that's how you fly."
"Yeah riGGGGHHHHTTTT!" Chi Ni wasn't given a chance to finish properly as Kazeno jumped and was already air dashing, dragging a helpless demon spirt along with him who was not enjoy the view.

Kae

After the attack against her, Kae merely had some bandages around her neck for a while, like, for a real while, about half a day. After that, and when she took them off, her neck was completely healed. It was frustrating, though, that she had lost against that guy and that he was even able to kill someone else while she couldn't do anything, it was something really frustrating, despite everything. She didn't let it show in her face, though, as she walked through the hallways with a big pile of papers under her arm. She walked around, sticking them to different walls all across the walls. They read.....

RECRUITING PEOPLE TO FIGHT AGAINST THE WHITE CHAPEL GHOUL

Your cooperation will be paid in a boost of power made by Hoshira Kae-sensei herself.

Aftereffects might be fatal and may also take away your abilities

Of course, the warnings were as small as small could be. She still needed someone to serve as her cannon fodder to get back at the guy. It wasn't that she wanted to get back at the guy or kill him or something like so. She just found it incredibly intriguing that a boy his age could be so deranged and out of his mind. Was it an effect of his esper powers? Being a level 5 of course wouldn't be an easy thing. It needs to take a toll on your mind, it seems. At least, that's the vibe she got from that boy. On the other hand, that Absolute Zero brat didn't seem all that mentally ill or anything. Yes, there was the thing about her stripping, but that might just be what she is into. Not necessarily a mental condition. She still took a hair out of her, though. To analyze it later.

And with that done, she returned to her office, waiting for anyone who might come in interested in her recruiting, or a boost in their powers. Either way, it'd make for some good experiments.

Anderson turned off his phone, put away his laptop and look towards the sky, Time is of the essence. The world was never the same any loop, Anderson had to make sure of it. He pulled out his revolver and aimed at the sun, "Bang." The gun was a present from his father before he died, it was beautifully inlayed with small pearls and an ivory hand guard with an eagle who had spread its wings over a globe, it was almost a representation of his American side. Putting the gun away, he got up and was immediately met by a paper to the face, grabbing and threatening to burn it and its family with citric fruit before reading it.
"Recruiting against White Chapel Ghoul, huh Kae-sensi?" The gears and wires in Anderson's head where already lining up.

This would be a perfect opportunity to make some money, events like these were easily exploitable and often very profitable. He soon made his way to the blue-skinned professor's office with due haste and knocked on the door, "Kae-sensei, I see you're trying to get back at Jack, but I'll tell you now that what you know of him right now and what you can access won't help you. I have some information, I suspect you have a reward. I believe we have a deal to make."

Ray searched high and low for Anderson, in the class rooms, cafeteria, even the auditorium. Unfortunately, Anderson was unusually elusive when he wanted to be, even if he was not trying. Ray sighed, this job got unusually hard when he was doing this part of it. Ray had requested of the Captain to allow him to find information and participate in this investigation. Unfortunately, Ray did not count of having the only person who seemed to know the Ghoul on a personal level, who went to this school, be so hard to find.

What is the ghoul? Ray had the same question. It was an unusual...Magician, or was it an Esper? Either way it was so powerful that the teacher could not beat it without the possibility of summoning her demon scaring him away. Ray knew that the Anti-Skill couldn't be able stop that man, or beast thing. Ray walked past a poster that was recruting students for fighting the Ghoul. Perfect, there is no doubt the teacher would have valuable information, and you could have some fun in the prosess. Ray smiled, things were finally going his way for once.

Ray walked over to the teachers ominous lab. He had to wonder why a teacher was allowed to make experiments on school property. Ray was about open the door when he heard a voice on the inside. He instantly recognized the voice as Anderson. He had proposed a deal to the teacher for information, Ray smiled, this is what he was looking for. He was was planning to walk inside, but with the possible information he could gain from waiting, was much more appealing. Ray did not even bother to hide his presence, out of respect, ease droping was disrespectful.

Tsumiki tilted his head to one side. "Haemokinesis? That means you're..." He paused for a moment before snapping his fingers. "Kurogami-san. A pleasure to meet you. Sorry I didn't recognize it earlier, but I can't see your blood, only your nerves and your brain." He tapped the side of his face, near his eyes. "I'm blind, see? Thanks to my ability though, I can see the electricity flowing through your body. If you don't mind a little demonstration," Tsumiki pressed a finger against the underside of Kurogami's hand, and after a slight tingling across his body, the boy's other arm raised over his head.

"My ability is Touchcontrol." He explained, releasing him. "It lets me take control of people's nervous systems when I touch them." He placed a hand on his watch, which had no numbers on it, but rather different sized raised bumps to tell the time. "I'm sorry, I have to go out on patrol right now, but we can talk more later." He pulled a notepad from his breast pocket and wrote down a string of numbers.

"Here," He said, tearing off the slip and handing it to Kurogami, "This is my number. If you need any help, give me a call any time."

Patrols, paperwork and the sneering contempt of delinquent students... Life in JUDGEMENT had always been a slog, but with the extra duties dumped on the new Student Council, Wataru was finding it hard to fit in enough study time. He and the rest of the council had alternated between trying to keep the peace in and around the Academy and cementing their position within the student body; either would have been a full-time job at the best of times. With the mysterious murder on the first day and rumours that a rogue esper was responsible, it was all they could do to keep order. Wataru was halfway through his second patrol that day when a student interrupted his thoughts. 'Hey, you're JUDGEMENT, right?' The girl pointed animatedly at his armband, perhaps relieved to have found an enforcer so soon. 'Remember the alarm the other day? I think I know who did it!' She leant in close, treating Wataru to a conspiratorial smile. He leaned back ever so slightly in response, trying to remain a decent distance away as she explained herself. 'I see...', he replied slowly, weighing up the situation in his mind. The rest of the council was pretty unified in their suspicions of a certain classmate, especially one of the Vice Presidents; Wataru chided himself for not remembering their names yet, but he trusted their intuition. Which meant that his actions would depend on which girl he found within that clubroom...

He disentangled himself from the gossipy girl with a hint of disgust and peered around the doorway, casting a vague mirage over his features to mask his presence. The electronics club wasn't the largest or best budgeted club on campus, that much he knew from settling the annual club budget, which was one of the few council duties that he had actually enjoyed. With only a few registered members, it was something of a quiet group and not at all the sort of place one would expect to find the most likely culprit. And so he found only a few people, most he didn't recognise, quietly toiling away at a number of workbenches doing inexplicable things with soldering irons and batteries. Hardly troublemaking material. Still, he had a responsibility to investigate the irritating girl's report...

Wandering in slowly, Wataru gave the club president a friendly wave and explained that he was just on patrol, then took then time to tour the room slowly, peering over the shoulders of each club member as unobtrusively as possible, all the while searching for this supposed hammer. By the time he reached the last bench, Wataru had all but lost interest in the technology on display and so was pleasantly surprised to find the hammer in one of the club member's possession. 'Excuse me there, mind if I have a quick word?' He moved around from behind the girl, sitting on the stool next to her work area and was surprised to realise that he recognised the face. 'Otonashi? Didn't know you were into electronics?' His thoughts raced, trying to plot the situation with this new information; Otonashi had been speaking to him when the alarm had gone off and had entered the class before him. Logically she couldn't have set it off. Unless... He decided to feign ignorance about the hammer for the moment, cracking a smile instead. 'You know, I never got to finish what I was saying the other day. Do you mind if I ask what your power is?'

Otonashi Shizuka

Shizuka looked up to see that it was Wataru addressing her. "S-Satou-san?" The presence of a JUDGMENT student made her realize what she was holding. She tried to quickly stuff it back in her bag surreptitiously, but that only made it seem more conspicuous. "A-ah...yes, electronics is a hobby of mine, I like computers, games, mecha anime..." Shizuka caught herself, this was exactly how she could make people avoid her, by talking too much about her hobbies.

"My power?" Shizuka replied, "Acoustokinesis. I emit and detect sound." To demonstrate, she let out a steady A440 pitch at a low enough volume to not be threatening, but enough to be audible. She wondered why he was asking, curiosity or investigation? "What's yours?" She asked, hoping that he was just making small talk.

"This is getting me nowhere" Justeaze said as a member of judgment they had her mainly stopping some the small things basically acts of delinquency and robberies. There words on why was that "She wasn't able to handle the murder case and she was to vested into the case of the pulled fire alarm due to her wanting revenge for ruined experiment." Still it was work and she was able to help a few people with some problems though the looks from the delinquents and one time the death threat was kind of interesting. Deciding that some exercise to measure her speed would get her out of her current funk she decided to head to the track. Getting into some shorts and a white shirt she set about running around the track for a quick warm up. While running around she focused her thoughts while she was not able to do much currently in judgment and her experiment halted due to the accident she was at a impasse she had literally nothing to work on currently. Finishing her quick jog she quickly started to manipulate the wind around her feet this though caused a large dust storm to happen around the track before she bolted off.

Akira

Akira nodded at the other biy, now understanding how he would've gotten confused. Though it does make my demonstration of ability rather pointless

He did marvel slightly at the feel of Tsukimi controling his body, and wondered if the boy could also cause him to use his Esper-abilities as well. Before he could ask, however, the blind boy left, apparently going on patrol for JUDGEMENT. Akira said a quick "Good-bye", before he walked off down a seperate hallway, coping the numbers into his notepad, as well as some details on Tsukimi, like his blindness, ability, and general disposition. He added in a rough sketch as well, able to capture the boy's likeness well enough. With that done, he finally looked up, having been wondering the hallways aimlessly, to be confronted with Hoshira-sensei poster.

The White Chapel Ghoul He had been trying to get some info on him through his small amount of informants among the Red Vigilants, but had only caught vague rumors, and worse, one of his agents viscously murdered. A clear message to stop digging, he'd rescinded the order for information gathering, but that didn't mean he was giving up. Quite the opposite, he just had to go about things in a different way, and Hoshira-sensei may just be what he needs to crack further into this case.

He quickly approached her office, only to come upon someone waiting to get in, a member of JUDGEMENT no less. Akira silently walked behind him, making just enough noise to be heard by the boy, but not enough to be heard by those inside Hoshira-sensei office. He didn't say a word to the magician, just gave him a friendly smile and wave, before he joined him in eavesdropping, as well as waiting for his turn to speak to the blue skinned teacher.

Mishima, Yuuma

Yuuma took in the sights as he wandered about the Hybrid Academy grounds. He had completely missed the first few days because of reasons best left unsaid. By coincidence, there doesn't seem to be any classes today so Yuuma opted to explore the school facilities instead.

He had arrived at the school's track field just in time to see a blonde girl blast off in a gale empowered dash, blowing up a sizable sandstorm. Yuuma was unfortunate enough to had been in the dustcloud's way.

"W-woah!"

He could do nothing but close his eyes and cough uncontrollably as he tried to escape from it, unknowingly running towards the track course.

Running at such speeds around the track did help clear her mind though she unfortunately never solved the problem of her tunnel vision thus making it hard to turn. Running she tried to turn but noticed that someone had wandered into the track and unable to stop herself in time she ran into the person causing both to tumble about before she landing in a rather compromising situation with her on bottom and the person on top her. Getting herself together she noticed the position before sitting up and with a shriek. Knowing that most would scream hentai and or something along those lines she however knew that this was her fault. "Sorry for that I have a hard time turning going at that fast of a speed please forgive me" she said while bowing her head.

Nishihara Kei

Three days had passed since the start of the school year. My weird classmates and the sprinkler incident (whose culprit I knew, without any basis, was Kaori) seemed a little small compared to the rumors going around. There was a murderer on the loose, was what I had heard. Worse, the victim had been the kind security guard who had shown me the way to my class on my first day. That someone could just be killed like that, and that the murderer was still free to kill again, made me much more angry that I would have imagined.

It was with those feeling that I noticed at first a note affixed to the wall of one of the corridors of the school. I was on my way to the cafeteria, but the note's contents brought me to a sudden halt. "Recruiting to fight the white chapel ghoul". And, in very small letters, nearly unreadable, something about power boosts and collateral damage. I didn't particularly care for said boost, but the ghoul part intrigued me. If memory served me well, ghouls were a kind of flesh eating monster. But, was it possible that such a thing existed? I reminded myself that, in this city, almost every powered individual seemed to like going by some sort of grandiose codename, like that ice stripper girl calling herself Absolute Zero. This ghoul was probably just a delinquent esper. As much as I was curious, I decided to disregard the recruitment call. I had no fighting abilities to speak of, and had no desire to fight either. Ignoring the note, I resumed my way to the cafeteria.

Reaching the cafeteria, I had some silly hope of being able to find a good tea that would help me settle down a bit. Unfortunately, I was fairly convinced the cheap tea I was able to acquire would fail to do that, even combined with the sandwich I had also bought. The place was fairly empty, and finding an empty table would be easy. However, I changed plans when I noticed a frustrated looking boy sitting alone in front of untouched food. I was fairly sure he was one of my classmates, but I had not caught his name on the first day, probably thanks to Kaori's prank. I put down my tray with the teacup and the sandwich in the place in front of him "Do you mind if I sit here?" I asked, and, without actually waiting for an answer, did just that. "You also got interrupted during the introductions thanks to the sprinklers, right? I'm Kei, a magician." I hoped I was not being terribly invasive while attempting to be friendly.

Dylan

Dylan was just coming back from his fifth patrol of the day, finding onky small crimes and weak culprits to deal with. The pyro guy from 3-days ago had been his best fight in forever, as most other members of JUDGEMENT didn't seem as eager to fight for the sake of fighting like he was. This left the american boy to chse his own tail around the school on mindless patrols, doing meaningful, yet still boring, work. However, as he was beginning his sixth patrol, he saw a large cloud of dust form over where the track field was.

Finally, something interesting. Maybe it's the crazy guy that had attack that blue lady the other day.

With this in mind, Dylan bolted over to the site, quickly scaling walls and jumping from ledges in his advance free-running style to get there even faster, his brain forming calculations for distance, velocity, everything that had to do with the current physical action by taking in information from his body. This allowed him to flawless leap through the air without even looking to see if he was going to land, because he knew exactly where he was going to land through instinct.

He soon arrived at the scene, over-looking the area from an elevated bleacher, only to see that it was Justeaze and some guy he didn't know. Normally,he would've left this alone, but he was bored as hell and wanted to see if he could squeeze a fight out of her. Jumping down from his position, he walked up to the pair, a grin on his face as he wavrd in greeting.

"Hello," He exclaimed in English, before switching back to Japanese. "How are you doing Justeaze-san, and who's your friend?" He had his JUDGEMENT badge attached to his jacket, and was currently hopping in place, obviously in dire need of something to do. "Also, do either of you guys wanna fight, I'm sure we can get a bot to permit it."
