[IC] Fairy Tail: This Is Our Guild II

Jeff strutted around the city looking for something to do. He had just done his last mission easily and he was quite disappointed that it was so easy. A complete waste of my time.... When am I going to get a real challenge? He thought irritably. Then a young woman bumped into him and he looked at her raising his eyebrows.

She gasped in surprise, and was about to apologize to him as her eyes wandered to the mark on his right hand and her eyes widened with fright as she fled screaming. It was obviously because of the grim reaper with red eyes that he was branded with as a member of Terrors.

In short order everyone down that street left as quietly as mice not wanting to mess with someone from a Dark Guild. Perhaps they were more afraid because Terrors made it plain that they 'wanted to be known'.

Either way Jeff smiled a little at his reception with the public and proceeded towards the Guild Hall.

A short while later he arrived at a Big Dark Building fronted by two large and thick brown doors. He knocked once. Waited and nothing. Knocked twice and nothing. He hammered on the door with both fists as he yelled, "Are you deaf?!" The slow reply was, "Uuuh, no I j-just am a lit-tle tired."

Great, Jimbo the Giant, probably the dummest guy ever and he has to be in my way... Jeff sighed, as he gave the password a full five times before he finally managed to get in the guild hall. He was going to have to talk to somebody about Jimbo and whether he deserved to be in this guild at all.

In the meantime though he headed straight to the missions board to see if anything caught his interest.

"awww man!" Xander cried as he handed over the money to Eris. He looked in his wallet to see only a few jewels left. "Just enough to buy a cup ramen." he thought to himself "Atleast I wont go hungry" He said as he walked over to sit at a table in the guild.

Vesper spun and hopped off her chair in front of the bar, she decided to leave Avery in piece. She walked over to the job board. "Please let there be at least one good job." She mumbled, staring at the almost empty board.

"awww man!" Xander cried as he handed over the money to Eris. He looked in his wallet to see only a few jewels left. "Just enough to buy a cup ramen." he thought to himself "Atleast I wont go hungry" He said as he walked over to sit at a table in the guild.

"Hey you're the one who took the challenge don't blame me you lost and I'm the one that caries our jewel payments around remember so don't worry about that" eris said as she took the jewels and ordered her sundae and a chocolate ice cream cone which she took over to her brother here you go a consolation prize and this" she said as she hugged him.

"Such a loving little sister I have." He said as he took the ice cream cone and the hug. Xander looked over to see Vesper at the job board "Huh? Wonder what she's planning to do?" Xander said as he remembered Vesper saying something about bringing Fairy Tail back to its former glory. "Hey Eris want to see what Vesper is up to?"

Eris looked over at Vesper "sure let's go see what she's up to" she said as she picked up her sundae to bring it with her.

Max hopped of her chair and walked to stand next to Vesper. "See anything good?"

"No. They all suck. We never get any good jobs anymore." Vesper said upset as she closed her eyes.

Xander walked over to Vesper "Hey Vesper whats up? You finally going through with your plan?" Xander said as he noticed Max walk up "Hey Max you helping Vesper out?"

"its okay, we can always go out and look for a job. Instead of waiting for it to come to us." she said while patting Vesper shoulder.

"Hey Xander" Max waves slightly. "I think what vesper wants to do is a good idea, Would you and Eris like to help us?"

"To be honest I wanted to help. Just wanted to see if Vesper was gonna commit to it" Xander said

"Of course I'm going to do this. I never go back on my word." Vesper said with steely blue gray eyes

Avery turned to his side,looking at Vesper."Holy crap..where am i?" he sat up and rubbed the back of his head

"The bar of the guildhall." Vesper said looking at Avery."Dude you seriously need to cut back on the drinking." She said, rolling her eyes.

[Slendy]

Simon notice Vesper and quickly turned his head. His whole face redder than a cherry. He didn't answer her and just backed away from the balcony. Simon exhaled heavily. He was so bored and there was nothing he could do. Then suddenly an idea popped into his head. He jumped of the balcony and landed on the floor boards. In his hand he was holding a blank piece of paper. Simon started writing on it saying "Since there's a lack of S-Class missions for me to do I'm willing to join and help anyone on theirs. No matter how rediculous it is." He held the paper against the mission board and pressed on it with one finger using his lava manipulation ability to infuse it and stick the paper onto the board.

"Umm..i guess i did drink alittle to much. My bad!." Avery chuckled and held his head in pain. The hangover was real."Ow,ow,ow..my head hurts. So anyways,whats up?"

"We're trying to figure out a job to go on but all of them are lame." Vesper said putting her head against the board.

Eris sat back while this was happening eating her sundae and following along with the conversation nodding at part when required. "Well Xander and I just got back from a job that was pretty good though a bit easy" she said in between bites ice cream barley stopping "I'm glad I can't get brain freezes" Eris thought to herself as the layer of ice on her hair got heavier.

After a few minutes of searching through the papers on the board and ignoring the loud sound of drinking at their indoor bar-he found something that caught his interest.

It was a mission from one of the top brass of the guild and it was about taking back what had been stolen by a bunch of bandits a few months earlier.

Bandits stole something from us... Filthy, Pathetic, Bandits... He clenched his teeth in anger. Jeff didn't get how bandits got in, but he did remember that he had been gone from the guild on a serious mission around that time, so it explains why he didn't remember the break in.

As he continued to read the mission, he realized that the stolen gem could have been sold by the bandits and there would be no way of getting it back. Thankfully though, the paper went on to show a picture of the bandit leader and to bring him back alive if said gem gone.

So either way Jeff would get the reward: an amount of money equal to what he has made in the past two months.

And so he hurried out the door, in search of seedy taverns that Bandits would likely frequent.

He had decided to do this alone because when the job was about the money, you couldn't trust anybody, they'd all betray you.

Raven then stepped out of an elevator that had only two destinations, the guild's main floor and the boiler room, where she spent the majority of her days. It was already a rare enough occasion the Raven walked the main floor, she lurked her way over to the bar. Raven then scanned the room, looking for a place to sit. Her facial expression was more dull than usual, then again she was always gloomy.
