@KatherinWinter John stood up reluctantly from the wall. He was not one to be afraid of his tutors and generally had no stage fright, but he felt uncomfortable asking his question.
"Hello. I an extremely sorry to state that I just arrived at the God School, because of some problems I encountered with my Plane Shift spell. Therefore, this is the first class I'm attending. If it is not too much of an inconvenience, could you briefly summarise the lessons I have missed?" He tended to be a bit loqasious when he was nervous, which generally only made him more nervous since he felt he was embarrassing himself.

A small black portal formed on where the classroom door once was. Out of it emerged a finely dressed young man accompanied by two fully armored knights in black armor.

One of the black knights turns towards the tutor and bows slightly before saying in a courteous tone:

"Pardon me that the young god here has been late, but there have been a few disturbances with our portals and we ended up in the wrong place." He said keeping his courteous tone. "The son of our mistress will explain everything, we are currently needed."

And with that the two knights leave back towards the portal they came, the portal disappearing as soon as they passed through it.

Jason bows deeply to the teacher and says with a wide smile on his face:

"I am sorry for being this late and I am sorry for any disturbance I may have caused just now, but with your permission I will sit somewhere where I will not disturb." He says, keeping on the same plastered smile.

John observed the newcomer with interest. He was relieved to see that he was not the only one late to the party -and the fact that professionals also had problems with their portals today was an even greater relief- but his appereance in the class enraged him a bit -and did not terrify him, as some might his from his current pos. Yeah, jump in through a portal of darkness with two dark knights- not fancy at all. Like he couldn't also jump in through a portal of bright colorful liwaaaait a minute. Well yeah, he did, but he came alone! Well, not like his father would ever care the slightest bit about his safety, let alone and guards with him.
Not that the kid cared about God safety anyway, seeing that they just left after arriving through a portal that could not harm him. This was obviously a thing of intimidation, something so many godlings seemed to like in this school. Truly, just like home.

Felice remained quiet this time as he walked to the gym, not really thinking of much more than the class ahead. He had already forgotten which one it would be, but considering the fact that it was in the gym...

The teacher's introduction as he entered the room more or less confirmed what he had thought: Another physical skill-based class. After everything else they had done, it actually felt a little odd to have such a normal sounding class. "Activities? Like regular sports? Or do we get to branch out a little?"

@jorthon @KatherinWinter "Gym class? Why are we having a simple gym class?" Daniel stood up and stared directly at the teacher. "If this was using powers or teaching control I would understand why this class is in school. But simply doing activities that we choose? This feels like it's going to be a waste of time."

@YamiCuoreLaroux Scarlet glanced up at her brother and quickly down at her feet. "Why does he always have to draw attention to himself?" she asked under her breath

"You missed Power Development which you will help you develop and control your powers. You don't want to miss that class too often especially if you want to graduate. You also missed Self Defense which will help you defend yourself if your powers are stripped from you." Nike answered. He was trying to be patient but he was an active guard. @YamiCuoreLaroux@Dcatanzaro682"I know that some of you will see this class as a waste of time but you will learn lots of important things. You will learn to be a leader, a follower, and a teammate. You will learn to work with others which might save your life or the universe someday."

"I know and I am sorry for my tardiness, I promise I will make up in due times, as for being late, these were the only classes I will ever miss." he says, going next to the other students with the same smile plastered on his face, he didn't want to smile to anyone, however, being a god of death meant that not everyone would like him or trust him, so he simply kept his smile to reassure everyone there that he didn't mean anyone harm... even if it was only a lie.

"I'm sorry once again sir. These classes are also the only ones I will ever miss, if all goes well- because truly, what is the point of attending a school if classes are missed deliberately. Well, which sports are currently avalaible? "

"All sports. We will start with an obsticals course. I want to see what skills you have and what we need to work on." Nike answered honestly. He had set up the course for the kids. "Some obsticals you will be able to use your powers if they can help you. But I ask that you don't use the skill for all the challenges. That won't tell me what your physical abilities are."

John smiled. He was more of a book guy, but he never said no to a good workout.
"Very well then. So, when do we start?" he said as he observed the obstacle course a bit. "Should we take positions?"

"That didn't answer my question. Are these all traditional modern sports, or do we get to interpret 'activities' a bit more loosely than that? Dancing isn't considered a traditional sport, even though it can be just as strenuous and often follows the same basic underlying ideas. Jousting isn't often considered a modern sport as it's out of practice for a lot of mortals, but it used to be one of the most well-respected ones in Europe." The redhead released a small puff of air. It had been an honest question rather than an expression of distaste, but since the other child - the one Scarlet seemed to be equally irritated at, oddly enough - expressed his own disapproval, he figured that it had led the teacher to mistake his own question for a similar protest. Cada maladetta volta...someone always has to cause a misunderstanding. It's like I never agreed to speak like this sometimes. Leaving the incensed thought for a moment, he returned to the question.

"How exactly are we restricted? In terms of interpretation and originality?"

"You aren't. If you want to dance then I will teach dancing. If you wish to joust the we can. Any and all activities will be allowed. I don't see the point of restricting or limiting you in this area." Nike explained. He wanted the kids to try many different activities.

"That's actually a pretty good question"
chimed in John. "For example, is archery considered a sport in this regard? "

"Hunting?" John lightened up- literally, the exposed parts of his skin started glowing faintly, and his eyes were a shade of yellow-brown. "We can actually simulate a hunting environment here? "

"I can create almost anything. Whatever I can't create one of the other gods and goddesses can. Artemis would be thrilled to create something for us.eventually she might take you on a real hunt." Nike told him.

John now sported a grin all over his face.
"I think I found my sport then, sir. Not that I'm in a hurry, though; whenever we finish the rest of the classmates' requests is fine enough. "

"Were you expecting a bad one or something?" Felice glanced over at the other boy who chimed in, though he didn't hold his attention for particularly long at the moment. Turning back to the instructor, he nodded at the response. "Va bene, I'll keep it in mind. Thank you."

Roxy sighed. She looked the course over. It wasn't an ordinary course. But that was to be expected they were gods and goddesses. They needed to be challenged in different ways. She figured that she might as well get her turn out of the way. She ran towards the five spaced out steps. They alternated from one side to another. She bounded easily from one to another. Next was some sort of huge ass log over water. The log was atleast twice as wide as the arms. She was going to struggle with this one. She wrapped her arms around the log. She was glad to find so hand and feet holds. She held on as it bumped alone the railing it had been set on. Next was some kind of tippy bridge. The minute of she steeped on it the bridge tipped one way or another. She ran as quickly as she could. She almost lost her balance but she managed to stay one her feet. Next there was a swing over water with a large cargo next about five feet away. She frowned at the swing. She shook her head. She had no idea how to do this one. She turned and returned to the wall.

John waited for another student to follow Roxy's attempt. He would much prefer to observe everyone else complete the course so he could get a better idea of the workings of it. This was probably not probable, but he could at least observe the next student get of the wall and perform it.
"Aaaaaaany second now... "
He sighed as he realised that noone else was willing to step of the wall, which he then proceeded to do so himself as he approached the obstacle course.
The first obstacle was pretty straightforward. He jumped his way through the steps with ease. The log was a bit harder, but he also got through this part as he grappled it from the holds and turned it to the other side.
Then started the tricky part. He took position at the swing - a tricky position to hold, as the swing threatened to roll and throw him off. This almost happened while he swang, but he did indeed each the net at the other side and then drop back to the course.
The next obstacle seemed as even more of a challenge. It consisted of an arc with seven protruding points, and no floor. After some thinking, he grabbed the two rings he was supposed to get to the other side with and jumped to the first point. He reached the peak slowly to keep his balance , but with a pace that converged him energy. Then, he thought of saving some time by jumping towards the end ; an action that did save him two points, but cost him one ring. After hanging for a bit, he started swinging himself, and released his grip while heading towers the other side, on which he landed on a graceful face-first fashion.
He picked himself up, caught his breath for some seconds, and faced the last obstacle; a curved wall, of the kind used for skateboard trick, on the top of which was the finish line. He rushed towards the wall, and grappled it with his left hand- an ackward grip that he lost almost immediately. After he picked himself up, he repeated the procedure, this time successfully grabbing the edge of the wall and pulling himself on top. He then grabbed the airhorn positioned there and blew it, waiting for further instructions from Nike.
