One day your leading a regular ordinary life. Your just another cog in the machine. There's nothing remarkable or special about you. Then something changes (radioactive spider bite, lightening strike). When you wake up in the hospital toy find that something about you has changed. You can suddenly do things that you couldn't do before. Will you use your powers for good or evil? Either way you need a secret identity and a disguise.

1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
5. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.

8. No fighting. I don't mind discussions and disagreements.
9. Taser means your out 5 posts (more if we are very active). Stun gun means your out at least 10 post.

Nikki can manipulate technology and technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other devices that can be termed as "technology". This allows her physical interaction with machines, or even a psychic ability that allows mental interface with computer data.

She can control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programming at will. Can operate most technology just by touching or looking.

Restoration
Nikki can repair and return any broken or damaged machine to its optimal state no matter how long it has been broken or how damaged it was.

How long this takes is dependent on the size an complexity of the machine in question.

Technopathic Perception:
Nikki can read electronic signals, sort of like mind reading for machines. Can be used to "talk" to computers or interrogate them (Hack) for information

Sentience Inducement (Random)
Nikki's ability can accidently grant complex machinery the ability to feel, perceive, or be conscious, or to have subjective experiences.

These machines must have some form of electronics within them and can range from High tech military equipment to electronic appliances.

Bio: Nikki was born 20 years ago an only child to Frank an Joyce Milinaire.
Her parents were both in their late forties and Professors at the collage her father teaching programing and her mother robotics.

Nikki grew up in a house where it wasn't uncommon to have military officers or world renowned scientists drop by for anything from a Barbecue to a closed meeting while federal officers put the house under watch. She attended several launches of space vehicles before she was 12 and even watched her mom go into space once to repair a satellite she'd designed.

Then one day it happened that her father while working on a project to program nanites for use in some unknown was killed in an unexplained explosion in his lab, Nikki was only 14 years old.

Her mother was so distraught that she had a complete nervous breakdown and had to be committed to an institution. Because of her high security clearance Nikki's mother was kept in a special place reserved for others like herself.

Nikki became the ward of Doctor Horace Wittier a friend and colleague of her parents. She'd known the old professor since she was a baby and even called him uncle Blinky a name her father had called him.

When she turned 16 Uncle Blinky took Nikki to see a lawyer who said he was executing a living will written out by her mother. In the will Nikki found herself the owner of her family home, her father's

and a small vacation cottage she'd visited as a child but never knew they'd owned.

She and her Uncle Blinky went to visit the home and cottage which had been empty for over three years. She decided to clean the dust that had settled on everything and stay a couple of weeks. Her Uncle had left her at the cottage to do her work and while doing so she found an old toy she'd forgotten about.

It was a teddy bear that looked like any other bear except that this one was a simple robot constructed by her mom and programed by her father. Set on by fond memories of her time spent with her parents she hugged the teddy and curled up on the couch. She quickly fell to sleep and was awakened a few hours later by a thunderstorm and her teddy singing as it did when she was younger. Her dad had programed the singing into the teddy to calm her during storms just like the one she was experiencing.

So clutching the teddy Nikki found that the power was out. She saw that the lights of a house across the lake were still on as she looked out the windows and remembered that her dad had installed a generator just like the others in the area had for such occasions. She was puzzled by the fact that it hadn't already kicked in and decided to investigate.

This meant that she had to run down to the boat shed by the lake where the generator was. She ducked inside and began trying to figure out how to start the generator. She had to laugh when she realized she'd brought her teddy so she set it on top of the generator case as she looked over the uncooperative machine.

After a few minutes using her cell phone as a flash light Nikki discovered that the gas feed was turned off so she turned it on. The generator started immediately as the natural gas flow began.

Nikki stood up and was just retrieving her teddy when a heavy lighting strike hit the lake about 100 yards from the boat shed. The power of the lighting was attracted to the metal of the shed and spread over it's surface like a Faraday cage protecting Nikki from it. It created an unusual magnetic field that affected a small vial of Nanites hidden in her teddy activating them while altering their programing.

The nanites escaped their containment and sought a host and that host was Nikki who didn't notice the microscopic machines infiltrating her body. She went back inside the house and watched some TV before turning in and going to sleep.

When she woke it was as if someone had turned on a 1,000 TVs and radios while at the same time adding an equal number of phone conversations on speaker. Disoriented and angry Nikki screamed "Shut Up!" It was the first time her power manifested it's self as she shut down everything electronic within two miles of the cottage.

That was 4 years ago and Nikki has learned a great deal about what happened to her and has come to love it. She has even learned to love her chatty little Teddy which came to life that night.

She now attends the same university that her parents taught at her major in mechanical engineering. When she's not in school she uses her ability to repair machines to restore classic cars in the four car garage behind the house left to her by her parents then sales them at auction to support herself

Judgment: Jordan can see into the hearts of mankind and truly judge their worth

Appearance: Jordan is a tall man, nearly 6'2 and broad. The bandages cover his body from head to toe while concealing his muscular frame. Taking a peek under the bandages you will see alabaster skin, deathly pale however he can only move the bandages aside for a moment before they snap back in place. Jordan's usual attire consists of a black trench coat, worn in jeans, and a sturdy pair of working boots.

Bio: Jordan was never someone special. He barely squeezed past highschool, never sought out higher education, and his only avenue for success was boxing which was destroyed after someone broke his Han in a bar brawl. With nothing going for him, Jordan began to take odd jobs and lived in his truck. It wasn't until he tried to end his worthless life did it really begin.

You see, his uncle was an archeologists and occultist both. Traveling to ancient ruins in an effort to unlock all of their secrets both magical and mundane. As it turned out the Knight family is highly involved in ancient secrets, old magic, and dark rituals. In his travels he found a jeweled scarab in Egypt with hieroglyphs ancient beyond measure but one thing was clear, it had something to do with death.

Having exhausting every other option he he had sent the scarab to his only living relative as a bauble several months earlier. Jordan had kept it wrapped in a leather string around his rear view mirror and as he OD'd on sleeping pills the scarabs hidden magic awoke. The whole area darkened as the scarab radiated darkness, not light, as his soul was dragged back into his his body.

Only one word was etched into his mind as he slept, Judgement.

Name: Mason Hunter

Power: Radioactive Spider-bite - This power has given Mason a wide variety of powers, all mainly focused on an arachnid-like topic. The 'default' powers are the enhanced version of his body - his strength, speed, agility, coordination, and general reflexes have been incredibly enhanced, allowing him to do superhuman feats such as jumping numerous stories, running faster than a speeding car, throwing or lifting things that are huge and heavy in weight, using his sharp, superhuman instincts to dodge speeding bullets and attacks, and performing acrobatic, bone-breaking twists, stunts, and feats that even the most talented Olympic athlete wouldn't dream of. Similarly, he can launch thick, stream-lined, durable webbing from his wrists and finger-tips, stick to surfaces, and grow his canine teeth to a long, razor-sharp point. When this happens, a thick, green poison can be transferred to another body, causing a variety of effects, depending on the amount/intent.

Appearance: Mason is a lean, athletic young man, the spider-bite having given him lean, muscular definition all along his body - not that he was frail or fat before. He is of average or so height, around 5'9 or 5'10, and his hair is a deep raven black, generally framing his fore-head, and naturally kept medium-to-short length. His face is a fair color, with deep-set hazel-golden eyes. His usual attire consists of regular jeans and sneakers, along with regular t-shirts that can vary in color; he also keeps a hoodie on him, since the weather's unpredictable.

Bio: His life building up to this was rather...average, to be honest. A track and baseball player, Mason was the sort of guy that sort of social-butterflied around. He was generally laidback and easy-going, with a sort of just cool, confident aura around him. He could joke around at times, and although the jokes could easily be insinuated as insulting to someone, they weren't particularly biting, and usually got a loud round of laughter. His easygoing demeanor drew people in, but he never really had a real...friend amongst the droll of students at his local high-school.

He was that type of guy to just hang out wherever he wanted to hang out, and be rebellious when he wanted to be; a natural intellect, he usually just spent his time on the roof of the school, looking up at the sky, reading a book, or throwing marbles towards the clouds. Whenever he saw someone getting bullied, he stepped in, and usually broke it up without too much violence; most people didn't try to fight him. Not because he was all buff or gigantic, but because, despite his cool, confident aura...there was something else. Like, if you didn't stop bullying that person, you would get your ass kicked.

Got their ass kicked they did; it was a small gang of bullies that had been picking on a nerd. They didn't stop after Mason asked, and once they turned their sights on him, he roughed them up. Didn't go over-board, but just kicked them around, due to their sloppy hits and over-weight statures, all the while with a small smirk or frown on his face, throwing a few insults their way whenever they did a particularly clumsy swing. The whole spider-bite happened a few days ago, and he has adjusted so far. Basically, he had been walking home from a passing job as a waiter, at some coffee shop called 'Folger's', when this tarantula-like spider leaped from a building and landed on his face. Obviously, he cursed and tried to slap it off, but it's fangs were already out, and the back of his hand slid right in. Now bleeding and holding a rapidly swelling hand, he finally managed to slap the spider away, right before running home to get the first-aid.

His mother was panicked when Mason entered the house with a bang, and asked what's wrong. He showed her his hand; revealing that it was completely healed, and nothing was blemished. As she giggled, he went to sleep, awakening at 3 AM and going to the bathroom...only to see his changes. It was nothing much; just some more definition to his already lean, athletic stature...but when he tried to close the door, his hand was stuck. That was a crazy night. Since then, he has adjusted relatively quick, already a naturally adaptive person.

He has to make sure to keep the whole 'superhuman body' thing in check; don't hurt anyone, since one hit could very well kill a regular human, and he had to make sure to not over-do it at track...he was still Number One, though. The whole excitement of it made him eager, however. Life was usually boring and average, with boring and average parents, and boring and average schools. This could make him finally...find a reason to generally do something dangerous and fun! That's what he was missing. Excitement...and it makes him so, well, excited. What could he do? There was a lot of crime on the streets, and different things that he could do with it. Maybe even...thieving? No? Well...maybe.

It all depended. Giving such powers to a sarcastic, adrenaline-loving, laidback social-butterfly of a teenager...what was the Deities thinking?

Name: Walter Chuck Jones

Power:

Cartoon Constructs: This ability allows him to create solid cartoon objects and beings which he can use in many different ways. These constructs can have the physical qualities and abilities of whacky cartoon characters, and they also have personalities like cartoon characters and can speak.

Despite their versatility his constructs do have a limited time for how long they can be maintained and will start to deteriorate, or will shatter if too much force is put against them. Also the bigger his constructs are, the more energy he uses up to make them and keep them strong. The strength of his constructs are determined by how positive his emotional state is, if he is too negative then his powers will weaken.

Bio: Walter Chuck Jones never really saw himself as special, but that never got him down. He was always willing to try and look on the bright side of things. He loved watching cartoons throughout all of his childhood, and tried to use the feeling he got from watching the shows to make others feel happy. But things weren't always that good for Walt, he was bullied at school on a few occasions and was many times thought of as the joke of the school, but he still didn't let it get him down.

Little did he know in his blood he carried a mutated gene that had laid dormant for generations, but now it was active inside of him and one day when he had just turned fourteen, he discovered his great powers. His new found powers were the ability to create cartoon constructs and have them do whacky things. He saw this as his chance to become a hero and do some good for the people, and so he named himself Toon Master.

He is now seeking to fight against the villains who threaten the innocent, and when Walt gets into fighting crime, wackiness is sure to follow. he still attends school, but he has a trouble keeping up with school and hopes that he doesn't fail all of his test because of his hero work.

Yep he creates cartoons depending on his imagination, sometimes it's actual cartoon characters other times it's ones he made up.

I edited his cs and it now gives an origin for his powers.
