• She's a short but pretty woman, with a curvy body and a rather elegant way of walking.
• Noticably Hispanic. Has a very thick Spanish accent and speaks pretty basic English. Often breaks into Spanish phrases when words evade her.
• Overly polite, maybe a bit too quiet at times. Stares often.
• Wearing: A matching red dress and hat. Large black heels, and expensive-looking golden bands on her wrists.

Inspired by the above, here are some thoughts about how to approach actually playing this game.

While it seems like I'm trying to ban all metagaming by keeping a lot of typically public info private, I'm actually not. You can and should use all the information at your disposal as the player; the only thing is, there isn't much information to have! So, if you've read something in the IC, even if your character wasn't witness, you should feel free to nudge your character to go and check out whatever it was. It's completely meta-gaming, and it's completely fine. The killer and I are going to be leaving you some clues, and, if you have a hunch about something, follow it up! There may even be OoC clues, too. I know there's already at least one...

In a similar vein, while establishing anything about another character can be seen as godmoding, I'm going to say that establishing something non-contradictory about their personal belongings is completely legit. In the particular scenario I have in my head, one character, let's call him Billy-Bob, leaves the room, but Billy-Bob's player does not establish what happened to his suitcase. Jilly-Jean's player should feel free to establish that Billy-Bob left his suitcase behind, and, you know, search it. While this would be considered godmoding in a lot of RP's, I'm going to call this legit behaviour in this. Un/subtly prying into each other's private lives is going to be key in this, so I'm going to call it legit to go through other people's stuff. Obviously, this should be done carefully, so as not to contradict anything established. You should also PM me if you do this, in order to ask what Billy-Bob might find - I know, because I have your sheets, and it's a good idea to have a second pair of eyes double-check you aren't contradicting canon. While I can't think of another case in which I would support a plot-advancing godmode, if anybody can think of a similar example and would like to ask if it's legit, just suck it up and keep your ideas to yourself ask me. :)

I hope that's all clear, and if anybody gets gently godmoded, I hope they won't feel too terribly violated.

Please don't fail to notice that the weather just took a distinct turn for the shitty outside.
Currently it looks like McHaggis, Allen, Freedom and DJ are on the platform, while I, Kirah and Liriia are in the waiting room. Mr. Jig is not yet in play.

I highly, by the way, recommend the usage of collaboration posts in this, since it's going to be such a tight space and the game overall is going to be mostly fuelled by character interactions. If you've rather back-and-forth conversations with shorter posts, that's also fine, but I happen to have a personal preference for collaborations. :P

Just to warn those of you that don't know, in addition to being a complete nutcase, I'm also functionally an idiot. I had completely forgotten that the train station has a whacking great shelter sticking right out of it which will completely protect you all from the rain. Not from the wind, though, which I have decided should now be harsh enough to make up for lost precipitation.

Also, the shelter leaks. Like a bitch.

tl;dr - the weather's bad and the shelter can't help you.

I really hate to be the guy that's first to drop out, but... recently, I made some life choices and I decided to slowly phase out of Roleplaying. Which means I should leave this RP before I dig in and become a big part of it or something. I do love this RP, but it's for the best. I'll finish the collab with McHaggis.

I have indeed returned, but, on this occasion, I don't bring glad tidings, I'm afraid.

I'm moving to Amsterdam next month, and don't have anywhere yet to live, which is, at the moment, somewhat pressing. Since we've only just begun and we've already had somebody drop out, I think I'm going to just knock this on the head now.

I'm really sorry to do this to you, especially since I was probably quite picky and difficult during the character creation process.

On the plus side: Mr. Jig will almost certainly return. Running games like this is great fun and, while RL has decided to butt in where it's not wanted for now, I expect Mr. Jig will be resurrected at some point in the future. There is still hope for you little murderers!
