Few of them were actually named in the movies, but:
X-wing, A-wing, B-wing, Y wing, Tie fighter, tie bomber, tie advanced, Naboo starfighter, vulture droids, buzz droids, Jedi starfighters, YT-1300 (I guess the Falcon's a freighter, but he uses it as a fighter or a frigate at least), Dianogas, plus the ones the clones used, but I can't think of the names.

Also, the previous question isn't answered in the movies, Han just says "you lost her to me fair and square." I'll give you the point, though.

Also, there were two Imperial Admirals named Ozzel and Piett and of course, for the rebels, "it's a trap" man, aka, Akbar.

Though, if you mean people who are actually called "General", the only Imperial I can think of is General Veers, but Han and Lando were both generals in episode 6.

yeah, has to be specifically generals. So you've got Veers, Rieekan, Lando, and Han for 2 points -- I'm thinking of one more (forgot about Rieekan), so there's at least .5 points left on the table -- but I figure post the next question, and if anyone wants to pick up that extra half-point they can add it to their answer.
