Irena chuckled "Well, there was a lot of time when we were waiting, but you did end up having a lot of errands to run. Now, about my pet, at first I was thinking in a coyote, since it was one of my nicknames in the town, in part due to the skin color and fang-ish teeth here, in part because people there knew the coyote tales that some native american tribes have. Anyway, there was none but I did find a quite charming desert fox on the list, I liked the explorer and playful nature it have, and the fluffiness factor is simply too high"

"Of course, thank you for telling me. If you're feeling well, I won't ask you to come with me now, but I would like to see you sometime soon to make sure the bone was set right." He smiled again at Desirae and turned back to Violetta.

"I'm afraid mine has been open for quite a bit longer. As long as I can remember, in fact. I have always been able to hear the song's of people's minds, for better or worse. It wasn't long until I learned how to aid those in distress, or hinder those doing the distressing."

After the last time...

Jak sat in his bed thinking of how the day was going after a long time of putting his stuff in order like his array of books he had brought with assorted classics like Shakespeare and a lot of Count Dracula as the humans called it he found literature so interesting and he loved Comedy's and Tragedies which he found equally as interesting besides those things he had were just clothing and a few other oddities but he had something on his mind.

He thought some of the students or one at least thought he was going to open the gates of hell and he found that funny and he constantly couldn't stop snickering because he came here to get away from hell.

After he stopped snickering he decided to visit the girl he talked to.

Jak got up and stepped out of his room and walked to room 10 which was next to his room and knocked on the door.

Irena was talking with Thomas when she heard the knocking, she checked to see who it was and for her surprise the person was on her door "Sorry Thomas, I will be checking that, just a second" she walked across the room and said "I'm door ten, heyo" she jested, approaching the person from behind. It was Jak, one of what she called sulfur kids, a term she came up today to have the antonym of the also kinda pejorative church kid.

Sir Marilyn turned to face Shermie. "You know what this is about girl." he stated taking a seat at his desk. "The Necronomicon is fading and you cant do anything now."

Shermie stared at Sir Marilyn, tears almost forming in her eyes.

"And the little vampire breaks," He laughed. "luckily for you, I offer a second chance at keeping you precocious book safe. Give it to me and it will be unharmed."
Shermie opened the book and started to chant. " On.."

"I wouldn't If I were you girl." Marilyn interrupted. "The more you use it, the more it fades. I can put the book in the box for you and I will fax a copy of the book to your dorm, that would require me to read it of course."

Shermie then nodded. "Please keep it safe."

"Indeed, now be off." Sir Marilyn said. "You don't want to lose anymore points."

Shermie then began walking.

"Wait." Sir Marilyn handed Shermie a note. "This will give you reasoning if you happen to get caught out on curfew."

Shermie nodded and walked down the hallway, making her way to her dorm.

After Ayaka got her PLT set up and changed, she left her room and went to the dining hall for lunch. She wondered which of these people who will now be her new fellow students will end up being her friend. She's already talked to a few of them briefly, but it didn't mean those three absolutely had to be her friend. She sat down with some pizza while looking around the room at the others.

"That sounds like a good choice. I'll need to choose a dragon to raise. But I think that you and I should be heading down to some pizza. I know that I am hungry." Thomas spoke."

"How fortunate for you. I am not that lucky. I woke up yesterday here with no knowledge of what I am doing. I was simply told that I would know what to do when the time comes. So far, I am relying on my own experiences from a big city of hoodlums. Until the students prove to me that they are reliable, reasonable adults that can listen to lectures and learn, I shall run the school as a military school where I came from. All that I ask for them to respect each other and to do their work to the best of their ability. I am not making any friends out of them.I am only here to lead them through a mess that I have yet to figure out an I need to have it ready by tomorrow night.

Is there anything you have to say before I give the afternoon lecture?" Lady Violetta asked.

Mystique walked into the Dining room and over to the where the pizza was. She got a few slices of pepperoni and a drink before heading to a table. She had many questions but she did want to check out the pets while she had time. She went back for a few extra napkins. She noticed a girl who was sitting a short distance from where she sat her things. She walked over to her and spoke:

"Hi my name is Mystique. Do you mind if I sit with you?"

Ayaka didn't see anyone worth getting up and leaving her pizza for as of yet. A girl who introduced herself as Mystique walked up to Ayaka and introduced herself, however. "Hi, my name's Ayaka. Of course you can sit with me.

Sir Mariyn had gathered his bottle and his wine glass and made his way to the dining room, He opened the door and poured himself a glass of wine, already a bit tipsy, he then looked over at Lady Violetta. "Milady." he said. "We need to have a small discussion, if you'll indulge me." He then pulled up a chair ,turned it back wards and sat down at the table, waiting for Lady Violetta.

Shermie then made her way to the dining room as well, she sat alone in the shaded part of the hall, with no necklace and no book, she was alone. She curled up against the wall and hugged her knees, burying her face.

"Fortunate is not the word I would use to describe my condition, ma'am." Oliver said, then he bowed silently and left the room, heading towards the stairs.

"Great! Let me get my stuff." Mystique spoke then got her stuff. Afer putting her stuff where she wanted it, she smiled at Ayaka.
"Thanks. I really don't know anyone and thought that I needed at least one friend here. I did exchange numbers with someone but I forgot who it was now. What do you think of this place so far?"

Lady Violetta certainly did expect that response so she stood there watching Oliver's back for a few minutes.

"I'll be sure to come visit you, where do I come to see you Oliver?", she called out before he left.

"So far it's a bit overwhelming. And the whole magic thing and the idea that one of my parents may or may not have attended a magic school and not saying anything about it to anyone. Not sure what to think of that." Ayaka started saying. "What do you think?"

"I don't know my parents. But I am so confused yet relieved to be out of the orphanage. Many children have told me that I am a witch because I have these green eyes and red curls. I am used to it but I am now questioning it. I am afraid that I will soon wake up back in the orphanage however." Mystique spoke calmly as she nibbled on her pizza.

"There is a map of the castle on your computer," Oliver said, pausing and turning around. "My office is on the first floor." One more smile and he was gone, off towards the staircase.

Lady Violetta finally turned to Sir Marilyn trying to remember who he was. She walked over to him and smiled as she crossed her arms yet her one hand held her goblet. Her eyes were roaming the room and noticed that Shermie was sitting off to one side, by herself and on the upset and very sad looking. She did not have her book. Lady Violetta felt sad and decided to try one more time to persuade her to give up her book after she was finished with this guy.
"What do we need to speak about and please remind me who are and what position you have here, please." she spoke simply and in a bored voice.[/color][/b]

"Well I know for sure I'm now dreaming," Ayaka smiled at her. "Unless we're somehow having the same dream? Somehow I don't think it's a dream for you either." She was more of trying help her not be afraid of waking up back in whatever orphanage you came from. "I'm sorry you don't know your parents. Can't imagine what that's like"

"Of course no one remembers the butler of this grand institution or is it an asylum full of freaks." Sir Marilyn grinned and poured Violette her wine. "Although, I thought you'd remember me from our drinking days and the murder of the Queen of England." Sir Marilyn winked. "As for miss Shermie, she gave her precious book to me. I just want to understand it , then it will be placed in the box milady, what puzzles me is how a vampire girl of the wilds managed to get a hold of the infamous Necronomicon."

Shermie had started to cry softly in her corner. All she wanted was to be able to keep the Necronomicon on her and use it when needed, there was no harm in that. She then stood and stormed out with her hair covering her eyes and streams of tears running down her cheeks.

Sir Marilyn frowned. "Poor girl, 'tis a broken heart, like the loss of a mother."
