Well being a former gm of my own rps, I tend to start when there's a good, even number of characters. That way everyone has an rp partner, whomever they choose.

I'm a little wary of the "controlling blood in others" part, just because I don't want anybody controlling characters that aren't their own. Other than that, this is good.

I think I forgot to mention that in the rules, so I should add that. I don't actually expect it to be a problem here, but I've seen the godmod thing happen a little too often on this site.
