By the way Charak, I suggest you try and save yourself some work and do a copy and paste for general sections.

Like Pokemon found in every Grassland/Body of water/Cave/etc. regardless of route to have their own sections. These would usually feature something like Magikarp, Goldeen, Zigzagoon, Pidgey, and so on though. Just to get the really common ones out of the way.

And then you can save the more major encounters for route specific.

Why don't to put the name of each pokemon that belong to a certain rarity in a plastic bag. When you roll that rarity then pull a random name out of the bag and that is the pokemon they encounter.

Except the problem with that is he has to write them on bloody paper to put them into that bag.

I proposed just assigning a number starting from 1 to each Pokemon in that range and rolling a dice to see what number it lands on. Much more practical.

Also random.org is helpful for these things.

You can find starters everywhere. They're just really rare. The only reason this one wasn't, is because, it's a shiny, and I don't want anyone stuck with a shiny they don't want. So that's why I made the exception. The only thing I won't make shiny exception on are legendaries
