I knew it! I always miss stuff!!!!

First the stats, which I seem to have missed that detail. I added this part above in the Stats section, but your points can only go into the first 6 stats. ATK and DEF are calculated after from those stats, because your armor and weapons can change them. Even in unhanded combat, your STR will still determine your ATK, it'll just be lower because it's not manipulated by a weapon.

Second, major plot hole you missed in the plot. You are able to log out of this game. If you remember from Kikuoka's visit to the player's house, the player's log does show him logging out and in multiple times.

Third, the weapons are fine, but that doesn't describe well enough the class they would be. I would assume that they would be considered duel-wield swords, since they can't be unhanded, as they are a weapon in themselves.

Fourth, Naughty!? I hope I'm misunderstanding that.

One more thing. Please post your CS in the Character section. Save on space for the OOC.

Oh, sorry I must have overlooked that.
I picked naughty because, she's not evil, but not good. I just couldn't think if a good enough word for it.

*fixes stuff*

That's neutral then. There are nine alignments that scale from lawful good, full neutral, and chaotic evil. But as far as naughty goes, I would put that with neutral evil, depending on the actions........... oh god. Why did i type that?

So, they can log out but not after they are dead? So they can return to the real world at any time before death.

Yes. Because the amusphere isn't equipped with the tech to fry somebody's brain, it can't kill them, and due to other tech installed in them, it prevents incidents like 'not being able to log out.

I can't explain too much on this note though, because I would be revealing a lot of the story. Sorry.

@Irisity, just make a character. Unless you posted in the wrong place and that was a mistake, you're welcome to join so long as your character fits the bill.

Agi = speed too?
Dex effects parry? Maybe. :P (weaker as physical defense compared to a shield? And vulnerable to magic?

Shields, any shields? :P

Anyway interrested, still accepting? :)

@Gin, I haven't implemented agi to speed yet, but I'm working on the equation for it. I've a few, but I didn't like any of them, plus they didn't work with higher level characters.

Shields? Of course there are shields, but they kill your Dge (set it to 0 regardless of +'s or stat gains).

I haven't yet figured out parry either. I've made an equation that works, and I like it. But I need to determine what I actually does stat-wise before I start using it in math combat. As far as the narrative side goes, if you can make it work, it's fine and I won't complaint about it. But until I've come up with a fair way to determine what it does to the attacker, I can't use it for math combat.

If you have any ideas on that matter, don't be afraid to PM me your ideas. If I like them, I will try to implement them somewhere in the game.

All sounds cool really and thanks for clarifying my questions. :)
So what kind of narrative skills and form are we talking about, I am sertainly not the best at it and I can become quite awkward at moments as Swedish is my primary language. Either way I will pitch a cs to you and see if I am getting it right. :)

If I'm understanding your question correctly, then it works like this:

The person posting decides that, before posting, they want to go into fight with another player or enemy. Stats for both sides are gathered and put threw the equations to determine who would win the fight. Once the victor is decided, the GM (me) tells the player the outcome.

-If the player wins the fight, then all they need do is describe in their post how the fight commenced
-EX: While John was walking along the path, he wasn't paying attention. This ended up being a major draw back to him, as a wolf-type enemy appeared and got in the first strike before John could even draw his axe. After John readied himself, the fight ensued.

Even with John's skills and stats, the fight was taking longer than he wanted. Skill after skill, parry after parry, the wolf and John were an even match for each other, and the wolf was only three levels ahead of John. Though, with a little perseverance, John came out on top, but not until he lost nearly half his hp. John would either need to call it a day or...........

-If the player would lose the fight, then the player and the GM need to decide what is going to happen to their character unless someone else decides to assist that player before they die. Either way, once all parties included in the situation have come to an agreement as to what happens to all of their characters, the active player (the first one to be attack/attacking) makes their post, in as much detail as they desire. (As above, that was just a simple example. If you want to get down to describing the feeling of the blade strike your face, you can. Just be conservative and make sure your not spending 3 paragraphs explaining one action.) After they have posted the scenario for their character's dire situation (or escape, if you prefer), any other players involved would post in an order predetermined in the discussion before hand.

As for form, if the above stuff doesn't explain it, I'll be honest. I'm a little confused by that word. Are you asking about how the posts need to be described, or about the format for typing out the battles?

If it's the former, then that is dependent on the person posting. Get as creative as you can and/or want. Just don't go over board and use one post to describe 3 seconds worth of story.

If it's the latter, then this is also up to you. You can get down to explaining what skill your character is using at what interval in the battle...
-EX: John used his Armor Pierce skill to lower the enemy's defense, then lunged forward to sink his dagger in the enemy's skull.
... or you can use the above example and just describe a decent fighting scenario to explain the outcome of the fight.

And if I didn't understand the question at all, then I'm sorry. I'm still getting used to typing rp, rather than dnd rp, but I'm slowly getting caught up.

Make sure to read the note I put up at the top of the OOC. Also, I would like @Gin to post next, since your character is outside of the game, and because it's his first time as well. I'd like to time it so that your character and mine spawn at the same time, if possible.

As for @Pudding, please be patient, but I'd like to get one post in game before your character makes a move. That ok with you?
