Sorry for the delay in review, I have been busy with school related tasks.

A few things I take some problem with is first, the Everseer-class. While I do not mind mobile factories, one that is capable of constructing capital ships is a bit overpowered in my mind. I also see no mentions of defensive technologies within your technological overview, which is not much of a issue, but something you might want to rectify.

Another problem I have is how short culture is. While I normally ask for more history, I did not even write one myself this time so I am going to skip over that. Culture really needs to be expanded in some way shape or form, perhaps you might talk a bit about the tenements the makers enforce?

Otherwise, everything else looks fine.

To be fair, a ship can construct a capital ship- the thing is, that 'ship' is usually a skeleton dry dock attached to a station, which has a bunch of engines, thrusters, and reactors attached to it. Now, a full-fledged warship would be extremely unlikely to be able to construct any sort of ship, since a warship is a ship for war. Meanwhile, one would probably make ships specialized in making smaller things, because it allows for higher efficiency and all that. And the reason why you usually don't have a ship that constructs capital ships is because resources are more available in orbit above a planet, which means you really don't need anything other than maneuvering thrusters, and is moved when needed through the use of tug 'boats,' or the space equivalent of.

I have no idea why I said that, the thought just caught my fancy and i decided to say it.

Sorry I haven't been able to post, I had a whole bunch of essays for school sneak up on me and the last thing I wanted to do was keep writing, but now that that's over I should be able to write up my next post sometime today.

Sorry for the inactivity on my part, but I have been dealing with a lot of emotional and relationship problems, as well as stressing out over massive amounts homework. My school now expects me to take a pSAT because I am in the top ten apparently, so I will not be available for a while. Zab is acting GM till I get back.
