Alright everyone!

I'm doing a much needed renovation and update in the next couple of days.

Will be working on the main opening posts so I need a bit of info from you all.

Who would like what jobs?
Do you notice any area's that need fixing up or could be written better.
I will be changing the reserved room listing and putting in a system,

Rooms idea

There will be 4 types of rooms. Basic economy, comfort class, essential luxuries, unrestricted. Regardless of their little differences and your characters wealth, to proceed to a higher room it requires a presence in the tavern. (IC Posts). It will be a way of recording how active characters were and immortalising them.

As always guys, I'm open to and welcome feed back and ideas.

Well, Dan is already an entertainer, so I suppose that's there. One thing I noticed right away is that the floor plan is pretty nondescriptive. Maybe get a stage, a proper bar area, a lounge, an area for eating, that sort of thing?

Oooh sounds so very interesting. Also I do have to agree with Danny, even if the tavern is something like an SCP some things could use a bit of detailed explanation like the areas you can go, what can or can't be done. A map would do a world of good. OH also some secrets within the tavern would be awesome! Anything really, maybe an unreachable room, or a specific history, or maybe even a hidden power that the tavern has or something the boss is hiding from the patrons. So much potential. I may have more ideas later on today to share. As for the jobs, I'm not quite sure what Knutik would do myself so that warrants more thought on my part.

Sorry, I just wanted to clear/explain some things that maybe didn't make sense in my post.

A) there was no physical pull on the ear but more of a grabbing of the attention that couldn't be ignored.

B) the boys approached from behind you. They are not in the doorway.
The door hasn't opened.

Btw, can I see your character like can i literally see him standing behind me or feel anything? that way i know if i can address him or not...im so sorry if this has already been mentioned, checked the characters page but still a bit confused.

Yes, he's a physical being slash spirit meaning you can physically see and feel him but he has ghost like qualities (ie phasing through objects at will) definitely should've specified that better, my bad lol. I've added some more info under his physiology header to clarify things better, I'll just paste what I've added here for your convenience.

"Despite being a spirit, he's not actually a ghost, meaning you can see and feel him. Where his shadows begin to fade is where objects will begin to phase through him. In other words if he was shot with an arrow it would get stuck in him and would need to be pulled out. His 'skin' feels like smooth cold silk"

If you are lucky enough and in the tavern at the right time, those auditory senses on the side of your head (or where ever they may be) will be in for a treat as they are indulged and delighted by the delicate classical rhythms of Daniel Chrolican's musical mastery.

The glowing green eyed, tall, pale young adult has been playing for nearly as many years as he has had birthdays. With an instrument repertoire including the violin, trumpet or guitar he is sure to raise those tired spirits and take you on a journey with his playful upbeat jazz melodies. Or have you in deep lifely contemplation and selfreflection as he has you in awe over his inspiring beautiful and emotionally intricate swooping classical compositions.

Please, if you have enjoyed or partaken in the atmosphere he has created, show your thanks and support as he shares his soul by cheering loudly or buying the man a drink.
